  2. Allow companies with o365 and Gdocs to sign into either with different domains

    Companies have to be either or with o365 or gDocs and our company, for one, uses both with 2 different domains. We'd love to keep all our docs on box but currently we can't log in and get the functions of one without signing out of the other other and totally losing those integrations. We would like for Box to be able to accept 1 domain for o365 integration and a different domain for gDocs integration.

  3. Blocking low resolution images from upload

    We work in print and often the customers upload images that are simply too small for print. It would be nice if the upload widget would have a mandatory file size and let the customers know that their image was rejected via a pop up message.

    While creating an account !1Password 1! is a good password and 3904kjldfxkl2039!jkljerdf903jkdfjkljkld323rehfljkdfsklewiopertio is weak. NIST recommends not relying on using specific combinations of upper, lower, alpha etc to determine strong passwords but length.

  6. OCSP stapling

    Please add support for OCSP stapling. This will speed up connections to box.com and help protect the users' privacy by eliminating the need for them to contact certificate authorities to check the revocation status of box.com's certificate.

    When box.com replaces its current certificate, please consider getting one that specifies OCSP Must-Staple.

  7. Harden the TLS configuration

    Please consider doing the following:
    • Add support for TLS 1.3
    • Drop support for weak cipher suites that are used for TLS 1.2
    • Drop support for TLS 1.1

  8. Submit box.com for HSTS preloading

    This will force users to connect to box.com over HTTPS if they attempt an insecure HTTP connection, even if it is their first time trying to visit box.com. box.com already uses HSTS, so HSTS preloading is the natural next step in improving security.

  9. Custom Terms of Service - Archive of Previous ToS Text

    Currently, when changes are made to the text in an existing custom ToS, Box does not save the original text that was signed off by previous users. Only the most up to date version of the text will be available in Box. I would like to request that, for compliance reasons, there's an archive of previous ToS available so it is clear which specific language each user has signed off on.

  12. [android] mutiple directory sync

    Hello,
    in mobile app , can we have option to have multiple from-to pairs of folder to sync instead only one?
    Eg. I'd like to have sync from/to mobile
    - documents,
    - photos
    - music
    - exported data from app 1
    - backup from app 2
    - etc
    all of those are in different places on mobile device and they will go to different places on box.

    If you want, can you check nextcloud android app (auto upload section) for inspiration.

  13. Icon or Warning Message to display when MFO using Box Drive would be helpful to collaborators

    Is there a way for an icon or warning message to display when users mark a folder for offline use or when a file is marked for offline use? This would really help since multiple people might be viewing and editing the same file and if someone is already working on it offline, then we wouldn’t want to make changes and override it.

    In addition to the formatting of a boxnote I would like to organize my note by header and sub header. With the keyboard shortcut being ctrl-shift-1, ctrl-shift-2, etc.

  16. Remove the Sync icons in Webapp after uninstalling Box Sync

    After transitioning from Box Sync to Box Drive (and uninstalling Sync), the “Marked for Sync” icons on the webapp should be removed to avoid user confusion on how syncing works with Box Drive.

  17. View is broken after binning multiple items - needs to force a refresh?

    I hit a bug:

    I had 33 files in a folder. (There are 20 per page). I selected the first 20 (one page of files) and clicked Bin to move them to the bin.

    The files went to the bin and once the process completed, the view showed "There are no items in this folder."

    ...but there are - there are still 13 files in the folder!

    Hitting F5 to refresh didn't fix this.
    Hitting "Next Page" took me to a "There are no items in this folder" page with no page navigation buttons. (I guessing this is because it…

    We will not be supporting additional EMM features for Android Device Admin; moving forward, we are supporting EMM feature requests on Android Enterprise.

    APK/Device Admin was announced as deprecated in 2017, and deprecated in last year’s update (P), and this year’s Android update (Q) no longer supports APK/Device Admin at all. From Google: “Starting with Android 9 (API level 28), some admin policies will be marked as deprecated when invoked by a device admin. We recommend you start to prepare now for this change. To learn more and see the migration options, read Device admin deprecation” (https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/admin/device-admin).
