Folder Version History in UI
Provide version history for an entire folder in the app UI - gives the ability for folder owners and contributors to see the full edits done within said folder.

Large Folder Operation email notification when the operation is finished
I would like to have the user and admin to receive an email notification once the large folder operation (LFO) is finished so that each counterpart knows when the operation is finished.

Show timestamp in "update" column in Box Web/Box for Teams
Dear Box team, it would be very helpful shwoing the timestamp of the last change of a file/folder is shown in Box Web and Box Teams Plugin instead of showing the date only (or a text).

Selective Bulk Trash Restoration
Enable the ability to further filter trash folders by folder path and date deleted and perform a bulk operation to restore affected files. Alternatively allow a view to see a full list of all deleted items, rather than the smaller pages.
The current bulk method is to restore all deleted items in trash. In organizations where the trash retention is set to never auto-delete, trashed files are maintained indefinitely which can create a very large trash folder for users. We do not want to restore files and folders for all time, just a select period.
Example:
Files below a specific folder structure Main>Tier>* (folder or file) were deleted by a user inadvertently. There were 70+ pages of files in that user's trash folder out of 164 that needed to be fully restored. The only method to do so was to highlight each page and restore page by page. Instead, filtering by the relevant criteria including deleting user, date, and folder structure affected, then bulk restoring all files identified would save significant time.Enable the ability to further filter trash folders by folder path and date deleted and perform a bulk operation to restore affected files. Add Folder for New User
When creating a new user, we would like the ability for the admin to create a dedicated folder for said user within the new Admin Console UI.
Currently this feature exists within the original UI.

Google Workspace Add-on - Remove Collaborators
When a customer uses the Google Workspace Add-on (either clicking the Box icon in Google Drive to move a Google document to Box OR using the Gmail integration) and that document has Collaborators who were added in Google, then Box will emails all those Collaborators invites to the new Box folder. Multiple customers have complained about this.
For my customer, Coursera, their main content storage solution is Google. Only the Legal Team uses Box for retention. When the Legal Team moves a file from GDrive to Box, it then sends Collaboration requests to all Google Collaborators on the file (many of whom don't have Box accounts). They moved a file over to Box on Monday, 50 people were alerted to join Box and our customer was really embarrassed. Plus their IT team assumed that our customer's email was hacked.
Customer is requesting that they have the ability to turn off the Google Collaborators and simply copy the file to Box.

View file that still on circular
Example I am the second number on the workflow of five signer in BoxSign, after I sign the document and the signing process still onprogress, I cannot view or download the document unless all the signer has been signed the document.

Metadata additonal column
Adding metadata as an additional column into Box interface which is similar to Tags can help to check the status.
The User activity report should have option to pull the report for who add/edit status in the report and should have what the collaborators tried to add.
The user activity report should have ability to get the Tags Add/Edit from the report.

Add Box Sign as an option in MSFT Teams approval workflows.
In MSFT Teams there is an approval workflow which has e-signature as an outcome. Currently the only options are DocuSign or Adobe Sign and we would like to utilize Box Sign as the solution as opposed to DocuSign or Adobe Sign.

Request: Improvement of preview of high resolution movies
Request: Improvement of preview of high resolution movie in Box
Currently, when users preview movie files( .mov) in Box web app, sevearal issues happens depending on the files
Unable to read the preview screen
The preview stops suddenly in the middle of the movie file and unable to start again.
According to the support ticket, the risk to happen the above is likely to increase when the movie file is relatively high quality/ high resolution. Actually the issues happen when we preview movie files which is 8 minute-long and 13 GB/file. So temporal workaround is to tune it and make it lower resolution.
However, we handles a lot of movie files daily and it takes time to tune each one. In addition, it requies to store 2 files ( one is original ver. and the other is lower resolution ver.) so it is costly to manage.Request: Improvement of preview of high resolution movie in Box

Progress Bar when uploading and restoring
Is there any progress bar or any visible information where we can know the progress of tasks being run? For example, I wanted to recover a 200gb folder. It took a long time to find the data that needed to be restored. This is a similar thing when uploading files onto Box onto the web app. There is a progress bar but when a user goes to a new page it disappears and it is still running in the background

Can't filter search files marked for offline use to unmark quickly and regain HD space.
NEED ASAP: See file list of marked for "offline use" to quickly/easily unmark to regain HD space. I regularly run low on space locally. Users should have a way for Box to ID files based on cache of local machine—to "unmark all" quickly, AS WELL AS selectively with a list of files marked offline to keep any files "offline available" as needed. A MUST-HAVE feature for managing files, since the whole point of box is file storage and accessibility.

Remove the cautionary message at the bottom of file request page
At the bottom of file request link, the following message is displayed:
"Before submitting, please make sure that you trust this site, have the rights to the data and want to share this content to the owner of this file request.
Box Terms of Service|Box Privacy Notice"It does not seem professional at all. As we are paying to use the services, this should not be displayed. Okay if you want to advertise that its Box platform, leave the terms and privacy notice. If you are law firm etc, people are already cautious about sending files. the "advice" seems very heavy handed.
I have been told there is no way to remove this.

Box Sign Watermarking
We need to be able to have documents sent out for signature using Box Sign be watermarked with the name of the recipient/signer. This currently prevents me from using Box Sign for approximately 80% of the documents for which I'd otherwise use Box Sign.

Japanese is a language in which "hyphens" and "spaces" between words are extremely rare.
Therefore, even if another string of characters is connected to a string, the meaning of the characters is not completely changed, and the original characters often have the same meaning.
In this case, it is too inconvenient to exclude a custom term from the search just because there is another string before or after the string.
We would like to see an improvement so that not only numeric + string custom terms, but also string custom terms + string are included in the search target.■In Japanese

Feature to retrieve a list of apps added to a managed user account
Currently there is no ability for tenant administrators to manage the apps that users are adding.
At a given point in time, we request the ability to get a list of app addition statuses in order to understand which apps are being added by managed users.(Japanese)

3rd Party Integrations and Pull Data from Other Sources
We would love to see Box Canvas have robust integration capabilities (e.g. MS Suite, Zoom, Miro, Mural, etc.) It would be great if we had the ability to pull data in from other sources (for example, MS Excel) to Box Canvas.

Sort files/folders/etc by exclusively names
Right now can only sort files and folders by name separately ie. 04 folder, 05 folder, 01 file, 02 file, 08 link, 09 link etc. Would like them all in a row as they are steps to complete/fill out:
