UX is slightly different than Box Notes
Notes from left pane takes you to your notes inbox. Canvas creates a blank canvas in your default save. It would be a more congruent experience if the UX matched

User activity on some days only (like saturday and sunday)
Would it be possible to run the activity report and select some days in the week ?
It could be interesting to see the activity during the week-end (saturday and sunday), so we can see if it's normal or not.4 votes -
Enterprise Setting not Applied to Invited Manger User
In our Box enterprise account, we have a default setting that ensures the restriction of external collaboration is enabled. Although, we have noticed that if we invite an existing Box user to join our enterprise account this setting is disabled for them. So instead of having the new user follow our default setting they keep the default setting of their previous enterprise account. We would like the ability to have our default enterprise settings take precedence over the invited Box Managed user’s previous enterprise settings.

Change/correct signer email address after signing has begun (another signer already signed))
Just discovered an issue on box sign. I try to revise the email to correct it but then it tells me it can't be changed because at least one other person has already signed. We need to be able to make corrections to the senders if the email bounces without having to start all over.

Box Sign - Add Witness
DocuSign has the ability to have the document witnessed. This allows the person signing the document to invite a second person who can view the document and record their name, email address, occupation, and physical address. The witnesses information is then recorded on a separate 'summary' page. Our attorney's have requested this feature in Box sign.

Box for G Suite Integration doesn’t include the Protected Sheets & Ranges feature yet
We have spreadsheets where we have protected a lot of cells due to workbook integrity purposes, however, those protected cells can be deleted by anyone who accesses the document. Can you include the Box for G Suite Integration that includes the Protected Sheets & Ranges feature, please?

Allow the setup and generation of automatic license alerts based on set thresholds to know when to expand/order more licenses.

Canvas - Grid markings
When working in Canvas the grid markings are so faint, they are hard to see. Should be able to adjust for personal preference.

Ability to view and download the document after you sign it, but before all signatories have signed the document
Currently, in box signing, if you are one of the signatories assigned in box signing, after you sign the document, you cannot view and download the document until all signatories have signed the document,
Sometimes, it is desirable to review the file again after signing the document, but it is impossible to view or download the document until all signatures are complete.

More SSO Granularity
It would be great if we could have more granularity with SSO rules instead of just applying them universally. Having something like an SSO admin account that can log in with credentials and set SSO to test mode when an identity provider outage happens would be ideal. Right now the only option to recover login access when an identity provider outage occurs is to submit a support ticket and hope for a timely response.

When the MFA option is released currently the option is:
1. TOTP
2. TOTP or SMS or Email.Can you make it a check list so we can enable the one we want?

Apply search or filter in Box Notes
If you create a FAQ in boxnote, it will be easier and more convenient to find it if there is a function to apply a search or filter.
It is very useful in that you can share the item and the manual file for it at the same time, but it is difficult for users to find it easily.2 votes -
Ability to schedule outcomes in Relay relative to the trigger date
Rather than selecting a specific date for an event to occur, add the ability to schedule an outcome (e.g., send notification) on a date relative to the date the trigger occurs. For example, Trigger = file upload, Outcome = send notification 180 days after file upload.

We need a completely anonymous comment feature.

Managed user
We need the ability to purge user accounts from the "managed users" without deleting them, or "waiting room" of the "managed users".
After inviting users with email addresses from the same domain to collaborate, they are automatically added to the "managed users" list when user accounts are created. If we do not want them to be the "managed users", we must delete their user accounts, as there is no action to purge them from the "managed users".1 vote -

When presenting a PDF in front of a client. The pen is messy. The highlighted (comment box) works really well. How can I eliminate the comment section?

Add input fields to Sign Request creation (API)
For Sign Request creation API, add input fields.
In GET sign template the response already has inputs with positions https://developer.box.com/reference/resources/sign-template/#response-example
We generate our own PDF documents programmatically and can extract position of any element, especially the signature input fields. For us it would be very convenient to be able to provide information about signature position, coordinate (exact and/or relative), page size, metadata such as id and/or label, type, etc.
This way the signature creation process can be automated completely.
