Add Support for Windows Server OS
I see this has been posted int he past, but am going to post again. With the current Remote Work situation the ability to run Box Drive on a Windows Server OS would be extremely useful. We have over 1,000 employees working remotely and collaborating, and those files need to make their way back to our main storage. The best way to do that is by syncing box drive and using a 3rd party application to manage and move the files. This would ideally be done on a server based system for reliability.

show file name in Version History
Some files with autosave create new versions every couple of minutes (2 hours in a Keynote = 238 Versions). It is necessary to be able to view filename in the Version History sidebar, not just in the preview pane. It is impossible otherwise to determine which file I'm looking for just by looking at version numbers.

Add specificity to downloaded files/folders report
Request to add the function for Report which list when, who and completion time/date for the download.

PCI Compliance
As a user in an industry which must be PCI compliant,
I want content flagged by Shield as containing PCI content to not be included in the full-text search index,
So that our Box environment can be PCI compliant without having to disable full text search for the entire environment.1 vote -
Lock Entire Folder (and all files and folders underneath)
Product Enhancement Request: In the same way that I can currently lock files, it would be great if I could lock things at the folder level and that lock would apply to all files and subfolders within the main folder.

Adjust "arrow" to forward to next document when viewing a document it conflicts with the scroll bar when viewing an existing document
The arrow that you click to forward to the next document overlaps the scroll bar for the existing document. This impacts the ability to scroll up and down on the existing document. Please adjust the placement so the arrow doesn't overlap the scroll bar.

Universally apply multiple templates to a file
Universal metadata fields:
Today, metadata tagging is not universal. This customer sets the metadata tags for particular folders, and one of the universal tags is Community Name. They want to set up that metadata list on multiple file hierarchies; but they can't currently use the same metadata lists over and over again.
Not every employee can see entire file structure; it's not owned by one person; when you define metadata as a list in Box - you apply it at a folder level, but we have non-overlapping folders that need same metadata.

whitelist external users for File Request Link
In business you frequently work with external partners or agencies and need to have the ability for those entities to manage a File Request Link. Limiting the File Request Link to just managed users limits the collaboration ability of the business needs.

Tale over the settings in shield trial mode
Currently, the trial mode classification and settings will disappear at the end of the trial period.
If we have a Shield contract, we would like to take over its classification and settings.By eliminating the need to set them up again in the production environment, we can make a smooth transition.

Avoid 3rd-party cookies in embedded widgets with iframe tag
Cookies in an iframe will be treated as 3rd party.

a better way to handle people wanting to collaborate with you - scams
Once scammers have your email address you receive a TON of "user x added you to collaborate with" communications and it is very tedious to remove (decline) them, as you have to do it one by one, each taking multiple clicks. make a way for me to "select all" those who want to collaborate with me and decline them ALL at once. I'm so close to just deleting my box account as I get 2-3 notifications of people (scammers) wanting to collaborate with me and takes me a long time to decline them all.

Approval/Denial Dialog Should Appear on Same Monitor as Browser for Better User Experience
Change the behavior so that the approval/denial dialog appears on the same monitor as the browser where you ran UI Elements Open With With Box Edit to open the file. Currently, this dialog always shows up on the primary monitor. This is sometimes bad experience like missing dialog.

Ability to create a Bookmark file within Box.
We'd like to get a feature like creating a shortcut on Windows,
- There is an option to create a bookmark on each file
- People can select folder where created bookmark file is located into

New app version
Could you go back t the 5.1.0 version...
We lost the page number up there in the preview, so you don't know where you are... and in the 5.1.3 the accesibility tool for blind people doesn't work. Que you do the gesture sliding two fingers down the screen it take you back to the first page of the document and sais there is nothing to be read un tha document.
Give us back the 5.1.0 version!!!!

Box Content Preview: Allow File to be Renamed in Preview UI Element
Files can only be renamed in the Content Explorer, requiring navigation away from the file to rename while in the Content Preview element. The request is to allow files to be renamed while previewing the file.
