Box drive for surface pro
I have the latest surface pro laptop, but it says box drive is not compatible with this device. I use the drive version heavily for work and prefer not use a different content management software. . Surface pro suggested reaching out to box for support. The model features the Snapdragon X plus (10 core)/ X Elite. Can you provide an update that makes the drive compatible?

Show Folder Size in GB/MB at root and tree level, inside
To see, at a glance inside the Box.com web interface inspector, the file size allocated to each parent folder and should I click in, each sibling folder. Right now, the interface only gives the number of files, which is deeply unhelpful when trying to assess what folders are taking up how much storage...

Change the warning message when external users change their password.
The new feature "Enable detection of confirmed leaked passwords" has been applied.
If an invited external user does not meet the password criteria, they will be required to change their password.
When entering a new password, if the password does not meet the requirements, a message will appear stating "Password was exposed in a data breach"
This message is confusing as it misleadingly suggests that a data breach has occurred on the tenant's side.
Therefore, please change it to something appropriate, such as "The password you entered is weak, please make it more complex."

the ability that allows users to add each image pages of a PDF ducoment in Box Canvas
we want a feature that allows users to add images of each page of a document in Box Canvas.
Onenote has a same kind of feature. We are thinking ot switch from OneNote to Box Canvas, so we want to add images of each page and then add comments to those images.
currently we can not add each page of a PDF including 100 or more pages on Canvas.5 votes -

Filter the Sent Requests for tracking items as they are reviewed and signed
There needs to be additional filters to be able to see responses to box sign requests by date. Specifically the updated column. Sorting this by date updated at a minimum. Having a column that lets you see and sort by recipient of the request would be beneficial as well. I have to limit what I use box sign for because I can not filter with enough criteria.

The date format "YYYY/MM/DD" in a CSV file changes to "MM/DD/YYYY" when saved via Box for Office.
If there is date data in the "YYYY/MM/DD" format in a CSV file created in Excel, saving it via Box For Office forcibly converts it to the "MM/DD/YYYY" format.
The reproduction steps are as follows:
(1) Launch Excel and create a blank workbook.
(2) Enter a date in the "YYYY/MM/DD" format in a cell.
(3) Click "File" → "Save As."
(4) Click "Browse Box" when saving.
(5) Select any Box folder as the save destination, choose "CSV (Comma delimited)" as the "Save as type," and click the "Save" button.- Even if you open the saved CSV file in Notepad, it is in the "MM/DD/YYYY" format.
- This occurs in any Box folder used as the save destination.
- It is not converted if saved to a local folder.

Bulk Download of Seal History
A feature that allows users to download a CSV file containing the history of applied seals. This is useful for searching seal records when a large number of documents have been stamped. Current Box : SpecificationThere is no function to view the seal history as a list within the system.

Allow use of signature and initial image files for GXP part 11 compliant signatures
Could you please allow the use of signature image files when signing under GXP part 11 compliant conditions? As currently configured, only "fake" machine-generated signatures are given as options. Since the Part 11 compliance is conveyed by the coding, the selection of an actual signature image - as allowed for non-Part 11 compliant signatures (and initials) - should be an option. Thanks.

Allow use of signature image files for GXP Part 11 compliant signatures
The current GXP Part 11 compliant signature function allows only the use of "fake" machine generated signatures. While it is the electronic signature that matters, it would be desirable to be able to use a saved signature image file as the signature and initials. This is possible for non-Part 11 signatures and should be for Part 11 compliant ones. Thanks.

Suppression List Query & Management
The new tool in the admin prompt to release users from the suppression list is half a solution. We need the ability to query for any of our users on the list. It would also be great if we got a notification when a user with our domain showed up on the list so that we could know to go in and remove them before they end up getting angry at Box for "not working."

Ability to download multiple files from a box hub
We are using Box Hubs to gather assets from various folders in one place for publication. We need to be able to download all the assets so we can color-correct them, and it's a bit tedious to have to download them one by one.

Extension of the number of versions limit when using Governance
We would like to be able to extend the maximum number of versions that can be set in the management console to about 2000-3000.
When we subscribe to Box Governance, we can choose to have unlimited versions of files or 1~100 versions.
We are currently using unlimited, but sometimes we find that files with many versions (e.g. restoring from the Recycle Bin) are slow.
Since each file version has its own ID and is tied to the original file, I believe this is possible due to the mechanism, not my imagination.Therefore, we would like to set an upper limit, but 100 is too few, so we would like the limit to be expanded.

BoxAI save chat to Box Notes or Document
On top of the copy button, you should be able to save your whole conversation to a Box Note or some kind of document. Including links and citations.
Sometimes I will have a back and forth asking and summarizing points in a document and it would be nice to save that history for others to see.

Calculated Fields in Box Sign
Box Sign does not currently have a way to calculate numbers that are filled out within specific fields. Examples include: setting up an order form, automatically populating contract term expiration date, and signing up forms with multiple choices.

To be able to look back and correct my own operating history when I realize I have been operating incorrectly.
Although there is a load on the system, we think it is useful enough to be able to see the past 24 hours.(In Japanese)
