SSO certificates auto-renewal
Requesting Box allow SSO certificates to auto-renew based off the metadata allowing Box to refresh the cert from the idp without manual renewal of the cert.

Regarding the display format of metadata reports
Is it not possible to set the output format arbitrarily when generating reports from metadata, rather than being limited to JSON format?
I would also like to have commas inserted into numeric fields of metadata to format them with thousands separators.(in Japanese)

Unify move and copy behavior between BoxDrive and the Web browser.
There is a detrimental effect caused by the fact that BoxDrive and the Web browser have different specifications for the operation of "move and copy," which is a basic operation of Box (it is actually upload and download).
In particular, the fact that Shield's Access Policy and Classification Labels "maintain the original labels when moved and copied" is a major reason to use that feature.
However, BoxDrive does not maintain labels, which does not lead to enhanced security or control of usage.
Since there are many users who use BoxDrive as their main application, we would like to see the behavior unified with the web browser.(Japanese)

Online shortcuts won't be visible on BOX (desktop version)
To let all people in my organization access my folder without affecting anything or editing anything, i decided to make shortcuts for folders.
i've made a shortcuts for these folders, which are they working properly on BOX online, but it won't be visible on the desktop version of BOX.
so there is an area of enhancement there to let all the folder even if it's shortcut to be visible or previewed on the offline version of BOX1 vote -

No Logs for prevent Managed User username change
The new feature allowing administrators to Prevent managed users from altering their Profile Name information does not generate any log entries when it is activated. Additionally, changes to this setting are not recorded, like when someone deactivates it.
Please request that any modifications made through the Admin Console be included in the security logs. This must be forgotten in the development plan.1 vote -

I would like to add or enhance to the waterfall folder permission settings
As it stands today due to waterfall permission, anyone who has access on the parent folder will have access to all the subfolder inside it and currently.
I would like to please request that there be an option that we be able to create sub folders or parallel folders where we can edit the viewers to just our office internally. Reason being is sometimes when we are in the middle of projects our internal office needs to colloborate or do other things that we don't necessarily want or need the client seeing. And Yes I understand we can create a folder outside of the shared folder but that is not what I am hoping to accomplish. I want to have a download link for folders
I want to be able to create a shareable link that will automatically start a folder download when clicked.

How to delete a relay for an owner who is a deleted

Synchronize Single Files in folders
We want the ability to synchronize individual files in a folder to the desktop rather than entire folders, allowing us to accelerate what is available in the WebUI faster.

heatmap
Would love a heatmap report/feature that shows how often particular folders (or files) are accessed (over a specific timeframe). This way you could quickly identify folders/data you may not need to keep any longer. This would allow you to identify folders storing stale or useless data that could be cluttering up everyone's view. You could tie this into policies that could auto-delete/archive folders that have not been accessed within a certain time frame.

If a user tries to use an application that is not allowed by the tenant, the following error screen will appear.

New Shared Link Setting for OTP to Specific Email Addresses
Proposing a new Shared Link setting or type that allows users to send a shared link to a specific email address which requires a OTP password, similar to the authentication used when an individual is sent a Sign Request via Box Sign.
This would allow for a simpler, more secure user experience when sharing one-off links than password-protecting a public link.

Request that multiple file requests not be created when creating a File Request using the API
When creating file requests using the API, multiple file requests can be created independently for one folder.
In order to avoid this phenomenon, I would like an API to be prepared to retrieve the created file request ID from the folder.

Allow admins to promote a secondary email to a primary
Admins and co-admins need to be provided with a way, both in the admin console and via API, to promote a secondary email address to a primary email address while the "Prevent users from changing their primary email address" control is enabled. For security the swap should still be approved by the user. The current workaround to this problem is inefficient, as it requires the change to be rolled back and the user to make the adjustment themselves. When a co-admin rolls the change back, logs in as the user, and selects "Make Primary" next to a secondary email address, they're asked for a user's password before the change is even submitted to the user for approval. Also, rolling back the change for any amount of time opens up the possibility that other users can change their primary email address when we don't want them to.
