Power consumption diagnosis/rehabilitation program
The power consumption of the task manager is
very high'' for theBOX'' process, and the PC is actually getting hot and the fan is running at high speed. I think it would be nice if there was a program that could diagnose and resolve the reason why the power consumption of the BOX is increasing. (You can also create and deploy a manual to reduce power consumption.)タスクマネージャの電力消費が’BOX’のプロセスにおいて、’非常に高い’となっており、実際にPCが高温となり、ファンも高速で回っております。BOXの電力消費が上がっている理由の診断、解消をしてくれるプログラムがあればいいなと思います。（電力消費を抑えるマニュアルの作成・展開でもよいです。）

Box File Request - Ability to add a global forced expiration date.
Box File Request - Ability to add a enterprise global forced expiration date policy. The users by default are not prompted to apply an expiration date. It would be nice to have a future setting that allow box admins to enforce a global policy to enter an expiration date or timeframe with options that admins control/enforce.

Contract term display added to the "Accounts and Billing" screen on the Administration page
Currently, it is not possible to check the contract term on Box, and to do so, we must contact the sales agent.
We would like to see an improvement to the "Accounts and Billing" screen of the Management Console to add an indication of the contract period so that the administrator can check the contract period at any time, as is the case with trial tenants.＜管理画面の「アカウントと請求」画面に契約期間の表示を追加＞

Default to files being in alphabetical order
it's such a bummer that I have to click the file button on top to sort an alphabetical order… And it's not even me… there are people on my team we don't know how to do this yet… This should be a very standard feature

Ability to distinguish logs with classification labels added or removed from the report.
The logs of adding and deleting classification labels will be output from the User Activity Report as "Add Template" and "Delete Template".
However, since the details are blank, it is not possible to determine from the user activity report whether the logs actually add or remove classification labels.
Therefore, I would like to see the addition and deletion of classification labels added to the items as "Add Classification Label" and "Delete Classification Label" instead of "Add Template" and "Delete Template".
If it is difficult, I would like to see it placed in the detail column so that we can distinguish whether the classification label was actually manipulated.分類ラベルを追加,削除したログはユーザーアクティビティレポートから「テンプレートの追加」,「テンプレートの削除」として出力されます。

Incorrect unsuccessful SSO sign on message.
My company uses Okta for SSO. I went to sign on at box.com. After entering my username, Google Authenticator token, and my password, I received an error message.
"Single sign-on authentication was unsuccessful (reference #GMSOVUES). with a partner # and a Target resource (I have a screenshot).
I typed "box.com" into the location bar to start the sign on process again. I entered my username. Boom, I was logged in. Thus, either the error message was incorrect, or Box has larger security problems.1 vote -
Make deleted comments on a file recoverable.
It is very simple to one-click Delete all the comments on a file. Please allow the ability to restore and/or recover comments either separately or in the version history of the file.

Updated retrieval of invitation logs from external tenants
If you get a log by user name, you can see which tenant you received an invitation from, but if you set the acquisition target to an administrative group, you will not know which tenant you received the invitation from. Even if you designate a group, I want you to know where you received the invitation from.

Retrieving usage logs for external tenants
I want you to be able to upload and copy files outside the tenant as well as logs inside the tenant.
Currently, we can see the file ID, but we don't know the file name or which tenant stored the data.1 vote -
When using Box Relay as a trigger for a "file request" file that requested login
Send an email notification to the "user who started the workflow", but that email address cannot be used on any other relay, but if you change the file name from then on, that email address will be used to send the file to the person who submitted it. I would like to rename my email address.
「ワークフローを開始したユーザー」にメールで通知を送れが、そのメールアドレスは、それ以外のRelayでは使えないが、それ以降のファイル名を変更するで、そのメールアドレスが使って、ファイルを提出者のメールアドレスにリネームしたいです。

SSO Supersede Box PW Reset
Currently, it is considered "expected behavior" for Box that when SSO is required (per Enterprise Settings), the Box Password Reset is to be enforced before users are able to login via SSO again. So the Box PW Reset supersedes SSO until that request is fulfilled. This is confusing logic and should be reconsidered. If SSO is required for all user's login attempts, users with Box Passwords should not be required to reset their Box Password before being able to login via SSO. They should still be able to login and just have an outstanding task or something of the sort.

offline files and selective sync
I would like to see the ability to mark files and folders for local or offline storage. Currently box drive allows for only the folder to be marked offline or downloaded locally. When I don't need to have a file downloaded anymore there is not a way for me to mark them offline. I have tried marking the folder offline but that doesn't work to make the files I want offline. Additionally, this would cause all files that I do want locally to become offline. Dropbox currently has the ability to selectively sync the files and or folders that I would like to see. Like box drive, I can choose to have all files and folders visible and in offline mode. However, unlike box drive, Dropbox is allowing the files or folders to be worked on and afterwards, either marked as offline only or made invisible by using their selective sync technology which keeps the data online but not visible locally on the computer. Personally I keep most of my data online in their file structures and download/upload work that I need to open on the computer programs. The box drive software doesn't work as intended and needs these features to make it better.

Notification pop up to be constrained to its bounding box
The notification popup takes the entire width of the screen when it appears, stopping you from clicking the search box, this really needs to be constrained to the bounding box of the notification itself, rather than taking the entire width.

External collaborators last log in
I would love a way to see the last time an external collaborator logged in. We share a lot of files and dont have way to see whose accessing them regularly

Need to be able to custom create reports. Being able to choose from different category's like shared links, user activity, and user status.

Default Setting: Invisible Collaborator List for External Users
Exposing the list of users collaborating on a folder to users from other companies could lead to a personal information leak. In the future, we would like to make the collaborator list invisible to users outside the company by default. We hope that this will be improved.

Box Sign Checkbox to enable Granular and Specific Reporting for Box Sign
In the Box Sign feature, we would like an option (possibly check Box) to determine what type of document is being sent for signature. E.g. Contract, HR Doc, Victim Statement.
We would then like this information to be available in reporting. So we can report how many Contracts have been signed during this period, how many Victim Statements have been sign in this period etc.

waterfall
I would like to add or enhance to the waterfall folder permission settings
As it stands today due to waterfall permission, anyone who has access on the parent folder will have access to all the subfolder inside it and currently.
I would like to please request that there be an option that we be able to create sub folders or parallel folders where we can edit the viewers to just our office internally. Reason being is sometimes when we are in the middle of projects our internal office needs to colloborate or do other things that we don't necessarily want or need the client seeing. And Yes I understand we can create a folder outside of the shared folder but that is not what I am hoping to accomplish.
