Additional features you would like to migrate to BoxRelay.
1)
I would like to receive a notification even if a file is uploaded to a child folder after the specified folder.It is tedious to attach actions one by one to the folders divided by year and month.
2)
When sending an email triggered by a file request, I want to include the uploaded file name in the email.
It is also easier to use than adding an item to the upload form to collect the name of the person who uploaded the file.Best Regards,

Copy experience
When copying a file using a web app, if a file with the same name exists at the copy destination, (1) will be added to the file name.
I would like it to be overwritten and updated in the same way as when uploading a file with the same name.
Since there is a file with the same name, it would be better if there is a confirmation message asking if you want to overwrite it.2 votes -

I want to be able to view admin logs without running reports.
I would like to be able to view administrative audit logs without having to run a report. Running reports can take hours. I shouldn't need to wait hours to see, for instance, which admin deleted a user.

BoxDrive needs to have the BoxSych feature for selecting shared folders, and tracking and updating new folders and files in the file tree.
They sync feature needs to be incorporated into BoxDrive

Limit the bandwidth usage for a set of users/organization from Box Admin Panel
Limit the bandwidth usage from the Box Admin panel for a set of users/organization. As the admins could restrict some users from using too much bandwidth for Box.

For operational purposes, I would like to make files available to external users for a limited time, and then end the release on a set date.
However, if you use automatic file deletion'' or '' specify folder time,'' the deletion execution date may be delayed by several days from the specified date.
Please delete files/folders on the specified date instead of deleting them sequentially after the specified date.
If it is functionally difficult to delete on the day of the specified date, and the delay of several days cannot be corrected, then a warning message should be displayed when the deletion date is set to indicate that there will be a delay of several days, or some other warning.運用として、外部ユーザーにファイルを期間限定で公開し、設定した日付には公開を終了させたいと考えています。

Section 508 Compliance for Box Sign
There are customers who require Sign to have 508 compliance for Sign for accessibility purposes. I would also throw in WCAG 2.0/2.1 compliance as part of this ask as well.

The ability to resize or delete the astronomical images on the Relay notifications.
In its current state, the astronomical image is so large that it is difficult to see the text underneath.

Allow users to set Sort Preferences
Users should be able to save default sort preferences.
Currently I see "Least Recently Updated" documents first, which is never helpful.

Request for change of report output destination for Content Insights
We can export the activity log from the bottom right of the content insights, but it's inconvenient that we can't specify the destination for exporting the activity log.

Changing Microsoft label (Sensitivity) in Office after enabling Co-Authoring
After we enabled Co-Authoring, we are not able to change the Microsoft label (Sensitivity) when we open the document e.g. in Word because it is greyed out in Office and Box takes it from the Office file. It would be great if the possibility of changing the Microsoft label (Sensitivity) was enabled.

Please change the specification to recognize "AND" when a word is separated from another word by a space.
In general, if we put a space between words when searching, Explorer, Google, etc., will do an "AND" search.
However, in the case of Box's search function, the same operation will result in an "OR" search.

Please add some items to the search function so that users can specify the priority.
The current search function displays files in order of relevance by default.

Allow BoxNotes to add hyperlinks to images as well as text
On a normal website, you can click on a banner image to skip to the link, but BoxNotes does not allow you to do this, which is inconvenient.

Email Notifications for Viewers
Users are able to set their email notification in the folder options. However, if you have "viewer" access, you are not able to select these notifications for uploads. You must have "editor" access to do so.
We have groups with "Viewer" access as they shouldn't need to edit files in the said directory, however they should be notified when a new file has been uploaded.
The only solution box support provided was to turn on the upload notification in the user settings for all of their files. This would be counterproductive as the clutter of notifications for all uploads would remove the importance of notifications on the few folders that need to be tracked.
If a user has "viewer" access to a folder, they should be able to enable notifications regarding uploaded files to that folder.

Recycle bin restoration
I would like it to be possible to check where the data will be restored when restoring it from the Recycle Bin.
Also, I think it would be more convenient if you could change the restore destination and name when restoring.
