Bulk converting files to most-recent latest version
Recently for some unknown reason, many of my files content were lost (size showed 0 bytes and could not be opened).
I had to revert those files back to most recent previous version MANUALLY, 1 BY 1 to recover my files (there were 200+ files affected). Please consider allowing bulk version revert.
Also, will be great to be able to search files with potential errors (e.g. 0 Bytes), so I don't have to manually locate them.

Enable a "notes" field for each Managed User and External User in the Admin Console.

Allow Shield List of Countries Usable for Access Policies
There may be certain countries a Box customer may be prohibited from sharing with under any circumstance. I suggest making it possible to whitelist or blacklist entire countries by allowing Shield Lists of countries to be included in Access Policies.

Ability to configure Microsoft Teams Chat Files to exclude external user
We would like to be able to set it so that external users are not invited to Microsoft Teams Chat Files.
Currently, there is no way to prevent this from happening in the chat settings on the Teams side.
In addition, it is possible to invite external users on Box.(In Japanese)

Request for resolving the problem of retrieving group memberships
I wish the following problem will be fixed :
We are able to see the issue when retrieving group membership datas if the group have multiple users having the same name and get membership with multiple offset.
For example, there are two users having the same name and both of users is a member of the group. UI alert on invite message when character limit is exceeded
It is VERY annoying to write a nice detailed note to the person you are inviting and then have it just disappear bc the character limit has been exceeded. Box should either not allow you to exceed the character limit, or at least have it refuse to send the invite but not completely delete everything you have just written!!!

Box Tools(or other app) Reports
Ability for Box Admins to run reports to see users who have Box Tools(or other Box Apps) installed. It would make it easier and more efficient for us to contact users who need to update to the latest version if we knew who had which apps and what version.

Box report on keyword
BOX report does not have a feature to create a report based on keyword. For example I wanted to find out any folder named Ring Central but there is no way to do it. It only searches for the entire of our box and sometimes fails to give us the report

moving a file within a folder
As in Datasite, I wanted to move a file to a higher hierarchy within a folder (say file #4 should actually become #1), and also number the files (or folders within a folder) so we can talk about a number., not a full name. In Datasite you just drag and drop the file or folder and move location. Can this happen in Box as well? Thank you

LocalSystem sees current user's Proxy settings during automatic Box Tools update
Box Tools Automatic Updates:"Box Edit Upgrade Service", please make sure that LocalSystem refers to the current user's Proxy settings as well as Box Drive automatic update.
If the logon of "Box Edit Upgrade Service" is LocalSystem, the automatic update of Box Tools will fail. By changing the logon of "Box Edit Upgrade Service" from LocalSystem to the current user, communication via Proxy will be possible and the update will be successful. Also, by setting the Proxy setting equivalent to the current user for LocalSystem with the following command, Box Tools will be updated automatically.

Using Box Relay on Mobile
Box Relay's [manually initiated] workflow does not currently support mobile.
We would like Box Relay to be able to use mobile even more effectively.(In Japanese)

Template for publishing to specific groups in Box Relay
The only templates in Relay are company templates and My Templates.

Improve speed of reflection of latest data for reports less than 1 hour
Reports other than the User detail report will take 24 hours to reflect the latest data. Only user detail report is live with 1 hour data freshness limit. It is very inconvenient that the latest data is not reflected immediately.

Sharing File paths with others in my organization on box drive
Before my company switched to box we had a mac server. When directing people to files on this server we used a utility called PathSnagger where it copied the file path which you could then email to someone and it would become a clickable hyperlink. When you click it, it took you directly to that location on the server. It was great to be able to do this.

Password Mail
When we share the open link with password, currently we need to create the new email and send the password separately.
If we have the Email Icon to send password, we can work this on only Box.

Metadata: enable cascading Metadata for custom Metadata
I enabled Cascading Metadata, but can only use existing Metadata Templates. When I try to use custom Metadata that is not an existing template, I get error: "Cascade policy cannot be applied to custom metadata at this time."

Email Notification for specific documents or tags
In the current version of the Box product, there is no feature available to notify a user or a user group for that matter, of any uploads of specific file types or specific tags on files.
We would like for our users to be able to be notified of uploads of specific files in a given folder instead of being inundated with notification emails for every upload done in a folder.

Add total number of pages in certificates of completion
Only the page on which the signature field is located is indicated in the certificate of completion. Adding the total number of pages of the signed document in the certificate of completion would be a very valuable piece of information that would help provide evidence that the signer accessed/had access to the complete document
