I want to be allowed to define a property such as shared-links-target-policy where I will be able to control where a shared link opens
As the publisher of box shared links I want to be able to define the target-opening policy as for example one of the following "browser", "app", "client" in which 3rd option that choice would be defaulted to "browser" having the end app user change this during installation of app. Also when a url gets intercepted by the box app I believe 99% of the users don't realise that it is the app that asks for login to show content and they complaint to the publisher of the link saying that they don't have anonymous access to the shares as the publisher claims.

Anchors to apply fields automatically based on text of documents
We need the ability to create templates which apply fields automatically based on text in the document. Other products call these "AutoPlace" or "Anchors".
For example, we have a standardized signature area in our contracts which are always formatted the same, even if they appear in different areas of the document. We also have a footer with an "initials" indicator.
I need to be able to have the "Signature" box automatically applied to a template, even if we swap out the underlying document.
Manually having to drag signature fields (and soon hopefully initials fields) to every document we send is preventing us from adopting this product.

Ability to order files by file names
I'd like to fix the order by ''file name''
but even I correct it once, the order gets back by ''updated date'' again.

When multiple folders/files with the same name are created (newly created/copied) on the same day using Box Relay's folder/file actions, the current specification makes it impossible to determine which item is the latest.
Please insert a date/time variable such as "yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss" in the item name so that we can know when the folder/file was created.＜BoxRelayのファイル/フォルダに日付と時刻の変数を設定する機能＞

Update invited collaborators expiration settings
Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing > Invited collaborators expiration settings > Notify affected users
Currently, we know scope of the notification includes co-owner who is collaborated in the folder itself.

I currently understand that the behavior will be as follows.・ When you tap the "Move to folder" button in the invitation email
➩ The browser login screen is displayed・ When you tap the shared link of "Company user" or "Invited user" in the email

Ability for administrator to set "Legacy Invite Expiration"
We want the administrator to be able to set "Legacy Invite Expiration" .
Legacy Invite Expiration cancels outstanding invites to join a Box enterprise that have not been accepted after one year,
but one year is a long time and raises concerns about security.
Therefore, we would like to be able to select the timing of expiration, such as 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.

「古い招待の有効期限切れ」の期限を選択できるようにしてほしい「古い招待の有効期限切れ」機能では、1年経過した後も承諾されなかった未処理の招待をキャンセルできるようになりましたが、
1年という期間は長く、セキュリティ面に懸念があります。
よって有効期限切れのタイミングを1か月、3か月、6か月、のように選択できるようにしてほしいです。

Folder settings Notification mail
Currently, there are two ways to set up email notifications: from [Account Settings] and [Folder Settings].
The name "Folder Settings" may be misleading.
The reason for this is that the name [Folder Settings] seems to affect users who are invited to the folder as collaborators.
Therefore, please add a note to [Folder Settings] that the scope of the effect is only the user who made the setting, and that the effect is not reflected on users who are collaborating on the folder.
現在メールによる通知設定は、[アカウント設定]からと[フォルダ設定]があります。
この[フォルダ設定]ですが、とても誤解を受ける名称をしているかと存じます。
理由として、[フォルダ設定]とあるため、フォルダにコラボレーターとして招待されているユーザーに影響があるように見受けられるためです。

If the access policy restricts download and printing, Excel files cannot be co-edited with MS Excel Online
Excel files cannot be co-edited in MS Excel Online if the access policy restricts downloading and printing.
One of the purposes of using Excel Online is co-editing.

View file audit log with "Deleted users" name on files even after users have been removed.
It is not a feature of Box to allow "file audit logs" to persist on files showing a deleted users name as the person who made the changes and currently when you remove a user all the collaborators (non-admins) can see is "user made change" instead of the person's name. Yes, you can pull a file management report, but that is for admins and does not provide the teammates of the file any insight as to who was the person that made this change, nor does it help admins determine it easily either. I would like for the product to incorporate persisting this data on all files, even if a user has been fully removed from the tenant. The change logs should persist indefinitely on a file whether a user is active, inactive, or removed.

Create Custom File Request links
Currently, today, you can create a file request link, which generates a 32 character alphaumeric string. I'd like the ability to create a custom URL (like I can with shared links) to make it easier to promote my file request links to my stakeholders and make them more rememberable.
These custom file request links could have mandated security attached to them, either enforcing these to be only available to links set to "Require Uploaders to log in to Box" or (not available today in the product), enforce adding a password to access the custom file request link (see additional idea - https://pulse.box.com/forums/909778-help-shape-the-future-of-box/suggestions/42999867-passwords-on-file-request-links)

Ability to add custom names to reports
The ability to specify a custom name for each report would be helpful when creating several custom reports. Having them all say Files and Folders doesn't tell me which one is created against which user or custom folder target.

Allow granular controls for disabling "Mail All" function for file/folder shares with collaborators.
Allow companies to disable the "Mail All" function of the Collaboration page of a File/Folder so that hundreds/thousands of collaborators of a large company wide share cant be sent notifications errantly, causing a lot of unnecessary noise.

Please implement the search filter of "User who deleted" in the Trash.
Please implement the search filter of "User who deleted" in the Trash.
(This is not same as the filter of "Items I owned" or "Items I deleted".)
Currently we can use owner filtering when searching for content in the Trash.
