Rows of logs of Sign show different level of file paths
Log of Sign Operations
The logs of Sign operations show either full paths or the lowest path only, for the same file.
If Box Sign were to export paths with the same level i.e. everything is in full paths, it'd be much easier to handle logs.

Add input fields to Sign Request creation (API)
For Sign Request creation API, add input fields.
In GET sign template the response already has inputs with positions https://developer.box.com/reference/resources/sign-template/#response-example
We generate our own PDF documents programmatically and can extract position of any element, especially the signature input fields. For us it would be very convenient to be able to provide information about signature position, coordinate (exact and/or relative), page size, metadata such as id and/or label, type, etc.
This way the signature creation process can be automated completely.

Nested notes list
Currently, the left-hand menu in Box Notes only displays a linear list of recent and historical notes.
Introducing a "Nested Notes List" feature would be particularly beneficial for project management. Projects often involve multiple layers of tasks, sub-tasks, and associated documentation. A nested list structure would streamline navigation and organization, enabling teams to locate specific information more efficiently.
If there are no plans to develop this feature, recommendations for third-party tools capable of providing this functionality would be appreciated.

Metadata in reports
I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in creating a report for the documents within the folder. My goal is to see all the metadata associated with each of the files uploaded to that particular folder. Your help in this matter would be truly valuable.

Ability to use the client share link with templates
I would love for the client share link you can create for individual folders to have the ability to be built from templates. Having to add logos and file descriptions and additional file categories to every client upload link can take some serious time. This should be able to be streamlined by adding the ability to copy from templates so that clients can easily drag and drop files/folders into the correct category and with the added benefit of feeling more professional with company logos already set up for the links

Notification if Box Sign request hasn't been completed
If a Box Sign request has been sent out, but not completed withing eg 2 weeks, it would be great to have an active notification about that.

Ability to specify wildcard folder in folder path for folder event trigger
Here's the scenario. Box folder partitioning is recommended for scalability when the number of items (files or folders) within a parent (root) folder will exceed 15000. The Salesforce default integration creates a folder for each account under a 'Accounts ' Parent folder and typically number of customers will exceed 15000 for large organizations. With the Box Partitioning flow (available in the Managed package for SF), folder partitions can be based on using starting letter of the account (e.g. partition folder will be named AFolder). Shared Link creation doesn't automatically add user to folder when adding file in Box for Office in Outlook
When adding a file to an email in Outlook and using the Box for Office integration to upload it to Box and create a shared link, you have the option to make the link visible to Invited Users Only. However, when doing this, it does not add all users as collaborators to the file so they can access the shared link. Ideally, the integration should add the users CC'd in the email ass collaborators if they are not collabed already so that they can access the Invited People only link

Option to choose Can View or Can View and Download Outlook pop up
Currently there is no option edit shared link permissions (between Can View, or Can View and Download, or Can View Download and Edit). In order to do this, a user has to go to box and make those settings changes. It would be a better user experience to be able to make those changes in the Box for Office Outlook UI directly.

Box Drive - Prompt Users to Lock Files When Opening Files from Box Drive
For Box Drive, it would be nice to have the option to lock files when you take them offline. For example, when a you choose "Make Available Offline", Box could prompt you with "Do you want to lock these offline files?" So, you remember to lock the files while you still have online access to the them.

Clickable link in BoxSign message
Inside Boxsign view detail windows, the message formatted in plain text, that resulted the url cannot be click directly from that window, need to copy and paste to new window.

Box for iOS Annotations
The pen and and marker options when using the Annotations feature within Box for iOS is limited as the lines are often too thick and obscure information on the documents used by our customers.
The suggestion here is to add a line thickness slider for both the marker and pen options so that users can experience the same pencil thin annotated lines in the Box for iOS Mobile Application as they do when annotating via Box.com

Allow End Users to run a Collaborations Report for Content they Own
As organizations scale, IT Admins may want to enable end users to manage their own content and who has access to this content. Users being able to run a collaborations report and/or a folder and files report on content that they own is important for enabling users to manage their own content collabs so that these responsibilities can be distributed, and don't necessarily fall solely on the admin and security teams who manage Box to audit content and associated collaborations. At present, we have the capability to create individual folders from salesforce. Is it possible for Box to offer us an API that facilitates multiple folders creation in one transaction?

Can Box provide us an API which allows us to clone a folder along with its sub folders?
We have a predefined folder structure as a template, and we'd like to create new folders following this template's hierarchy. As Salesforce imposes limits on external system callouts, if the Box team could offer an API for this purpose, it would enable us to accomplish this task
