Box Cataloging Spreadsheet
I would like a live spreadsheet that shows an outline of our folders and files, who updated them, and when - and that we could add columns to that we manually update. This could be within box or another app.

Save file preferences
The classification of my preferences of how I want the files to appear are not saved and you have to be changing it every so often, it is quite annoying

Admin aggregate account-wide trash folder
It would be helpful to have access to an aggregate Trash folder for the entire account such that finding recently deleted items is as easy as browsing to that folder and sorting by date deleted.

Save/set file sort preferences. E.g., by "name, ascending." Set different sort preferences for different folders + universal sort preference setting.

I want to be able to set any image in the group.
Because it can be difficult to understand the purpose of a group just by the name of the group.

Enable default classification of MIP / Purview marked content from outside our tenant
We have multiple Microsoft Tenants and one Box EID. The challenge with this is that Shield only enables us to map sensitivity labels from one tenant. As a result we have a lot of information in our Box environment that is MIP marked but carries no Shield classification. It would be ideal to enable a default Shield classification for to be applied to data that has come from outside our MIP tenant. When a folder is moved to another folder, user would like to receive a notification when the folder is moved from the folder settings.
I would like to receive notifications in the following three cases.
Notification when a user is moved to another folder. (Reason: Because there are many cases where other users are moved by mistake and there is no way to immediately confirm the move.)
Notification when an error occurs while moving an item. (Reason: To be able to determine the situation in which the move failed so that the next action can be taken more easily.)

Ability to track # of favorites to a file or folder
While access to the # of previews, edits, and downloads is great, it would be super awesome to be able to access the # of favorites a file or folder has received. This would give the opportunity to show deeper engagement of a file or folder.

Prompt for Metadata in Workflow
It would be good to allow users to be prompted for the metadata values when the workflow triggers, instead of requiring the user to prefill them in the workflow template. A simple pop-up box with the field name and value input would suffice. Much like the existing prompt in the workflow, but automatically displayed based on the trigger.

Adding more functionality of Box Drive enhancements into the Admin Console
My customer has deployed Box Drive out to most of their employees and it has been widely adopted across their organization. What they are now having trouble with is that there are security concerns when it comes to their employees having personal Drive accounts so they want to the functionality built in to Admin Console to force log out their users in Box Drive - as of right now many of the Admin functionality relate to Box Sync and Admins do not have the option to make changes on the Box Drive functionality

WebApp UI - Ability to collapse left sidebar
New Box layout New Box layout takes up space, reduces visibility and ability to recognize folders/files
Perhaps I am missing something. With the new Box web application, there is now a wide, persistent orange menu in a left sidebar. That menu does not appear to be something that I can hide. I use Box on a laptop with limited screen real estate, and the new sidebar eats up a lot of the space previously available to show data. We would like to be able to register a group in the BoxSign configuration even if the group's permission setting is not "Administrators only
Currently, when we try to register a group in the Sign configuration, we can register the group if the group's permission setting is "Administrators only", but not if the group's permission setting is "Company" or "Group Members".
Registration location [Enterprise Settings > BoxSign > Edit Configuration > Sign Configuration].
We are using "Company" and "Group Member" as the permission setting for groups to be able to respond to group invitations, etc. outside of the management console, so we would like these permission settings to be able to be registered in the Sign configuration.<グループの権限設定が「管理者のみ」以外の場合もBoxSignの構成でグループを登録できるようにしてほしい>

Build native Box Search to also search the end of a text string, not only the beginning of a text string.
Specifically, my customer wants to search for a folder, ABCD1234, where searching for "ABCD" populates all folders with "ABCD" as the fore end of the nomenclature, but when searching for the tail end of the nomenclature (aka the unique, identifying text string), "1234," the specific full ABCD1234 folder is not populating in search results.

Ask users to enter their email address before viewing a file
Is there is a feature that requests/restricts a person who receives a file link to submit their email address in order to view the file. Sort of a Docsend killer.

Check the details of SSO for external collaborators
We can require 2-FA for external collaborators, but for external collaborators using SSO, Box does not check for whether users pass multi-factor authentication. Please add the ability what kind of authentications(ID/Pass, MFA, Device check, IP address limitation, etc) does external collaborators passed on SSO.

Need guest authentication by own AzureAD for external collaborators
We can require 2-FA for external users, but it’s not enough security level to some customers. So, please add the ability to require guest authentication by own AzureAD for external collaborators.
