Ability to export Enterprise Settings
I want to see the settings such as custom settings and security in a format like a parameter sheet.

Allow multi-file downloads greater than 20GB by streaming as gzipped tar
Downloading multiple files via the Box web interface is currently limited to a total file size of 20GB. I assume this is due to needing server-size storage to create a temporary zip file for the download. If, instead, there were an option to download the selected files in gzipped tar format, there would be no-need for additional server-side storage (because both tar and gzip are streaming formats) and there would be no need to cap the download size.

Document ID on Documents
We would love to be able to have the document ID either added to the document itself, say in the footer, or be added to the name of the document when opening.
That is pretty standard for most document management systems these days.
You will see documents named "12345 v2 Settlement Case" (where the v2 normally indicates the version of the document). It would be nice to be able to have this set at the user level so the user can decide if the doc ID and version are necessary for them.

(Android) Usage of Android App Bundles
This would reduce the installation size of Box by a significant amount on Android devices. I personally suffer from inadequate storage space, so this would be extremely useful for users like me.

Update Notes prompt that appears when returning to a boxnote
Currently the message that is displayed when a user returns to a box note is "you don't have access to this file"
This is should be changed to something to the effect of "please refresh to work on this file" or something like that1 vote -
Password Requirements - customize min required characters
Password Requirements -> Minimum required characters -> only has the options of 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12. We would like to be able to set this character as 9, or any number in between 6-12.

Autosave in Box Drive
I don't understand why this isn't already happening, but please create an Autosave function for Box Drive that saves content every few minutes automatically. This way, when your computer crashes and you were working on a file in Box Drive, you won't lose 6 hours of work just because you didn't hit the save button. Same as OneDrive- your competitor. Please see if you can make this update soon. Thank you.

To have shared file Information field open to public (non-logged) viewers
Hello, I would like to suggest that Information field of public file shares are shown without requiring login. I believe that both the class of utility that particular field offers to visiting viewers as well as the practical aspect of having to log-in in order to view that text is not realistic and should be open to public viewers.

Easier way to create a bookmark in Box from shared link generation
Bookmark takes too many steps even when saving a Box's shared link. It should be easier to create a bookmark of a shared Link from adoption perspective.
As-Is: 1. Generate a shared link 2. Copy the link 3. Move to folder where I want to save a bookmark 4. Create Bookmark and paste&name the link

Do not delete option
Id like to be able to designate certain folders in Box Sync that could only be deleted by going to the server and not from a local Box Sync folder on the computer to avoid possible accidental deletion of important folders or files.

Allow me to stop Box Drive without hiding the Box contents
If I stop Box Drive (right click on the icon and choose exit), the Box folder disappears, even though I've marked all folders for available offline.
I sometimes am in a location with a very low data cap, and the costs for exceeding the quota are very steep. If I store a file in Box from another device, when my computer connects and Box Drive is running, then it will attempt to sync and download any files.

Supporting Text Format in Box for Outlook
Currently, Box for Outlook is only available in HTML format, which is the only format supported by Outlook and OWA.
Some companies make only plain text available.

Split and transfer data to several users when the owner is deleted (including folder assignment)
Hi,
it would be nice if I could split the data of a user to be deleted among more than 1 other user.If, for example, a department head leaves the company and another head takes over the disciplinary part on an interim basis, but the technical issues are still mapped in the department, it makes sense to be able to separate the structures. We are currently transferring the disciplinary page manually.

Disable full-text search for a subset of Box content
Suggest adding the ability to disable full-text search for only a subset of Box content versus just enterprise-wide.

Possibility to share with non-Box users annotated files including the annotations.
Annotating files, especially pdfs, inside Box would be much more useful to me if I could share the annotated file, including the annotations, with non-Box users. A setting on the shared link dialog like "Allow persons with the link to view annotations" would be a great enhancement.

Have sync centralised in cloud and automatically sync between website and computers
Keep the concept in Box Sync where you choose what folders you want to sync on Box.com or via Box Drive on computer. Then Box.com and all computers using Box Drive should sync those folders. I don't understand why we currently use "Make Available Offline" feature to individualise syncing for each computer instead for all computers of same account.
Also, documentation says you lose these offline files once you log out of Box Drive. That's a pain if you have to redo choosing which folders to make available offline.
Overall, sync like in Box Sync is a more desirable feature…
