Enhancement of the Custom Terms of Service Feature
Could we enable users to click the Agree button only after scrolling to the end of the terms?
We are setting up Custom Terms of Service.
Users need to scroll through the displayed Custom Terms of Service to review the content. (In many cases, terms can be lengthy with other companies as well.)
However, under the current Box UI, users can click the Agree button without reviewing the terms in their entirety.
We would like users to read the terms completely before clicking the Agree button.
Therefore, could you please improve the UI so that the Agree button is activated…

Enhancement of the "enable exposed password detection" feature
Could we enable the "enable exposed password detection" setting for internal users as well?
Currently, this setting is only available for external users.
We would like to have control over internal Box content if any of the internal users' passwords are detected as compromised.
The setting location for "enable exposed password detection" is as follows:
Enterprise Settings > Security > Password Requirements > External Collaborator

support editing of Open Office .odt, ods, and .odp files in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
I'm asking for Box not to block certain file compatibility functionality that is aIready within Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets, when not used through Box. I would like to edit Open Office Formats .odt , .odp, and .ods files, preferably from with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets respectively. MS Word does not support Open Office formats, otherwise I would request that as well. Somehow, Box is blocking Google Sheets and Docs from opening their Open Office file formats (.ods, .odp and .odt). Normally, Google Docs can open .odt files, if Box is not "in the way". Allowing BOX to mount a mapped network drive on local system
The Vast majority of competitors of BOX allow for a mounted virtual drive . BOX would be more useful if you can assign certain BOX folders to a mapped network drive

Box Sign make colors for signers more distinguishable
When using Box Sign for documents with four or more signers, the colors for signer #1 & signer #4 are nearly indistinguishable, especially for anyone with limited color processing/color blindness. See attached image.
All other signature boxes vary widely from each other. Given the nearly endless range of colors available, it would be extremely helpful if Box:
1) changed the default color of either #1 or #4 to better differentiate the two items; and/or
2) allowed admins to customize the signing box colors to better fit branding requirements.

syncing new items in folder
When a new item is added to a synced folder, that item should automatically sync to the desktop.
There are two people working in our folders, we have sync so when one makes changes the other gets them, but when one of us creates a new file/document, it does not appear anywhere but on the web, even though the master folder is synced.

The ability to block users from adding any sign field apart from Sign field
Within the GMP world in life sciences you need the ability to block users from adding any field apart from the sign block when setting up a sign request. If you scan a GMP record and send it out for signature you need to make sure the user cannot alter the scanned doc. e.g. if the user adds a sign text field and then makes a correction on a calculation from the original paper doc. then this is not reflected in the original doc

Add/Update Box Drive icons to show if a folder is personal or shared and if it has a classification applied.

BoxAI should be able to copy entire chats not just responses
Right now there is only a "copy" button for BoxAI responses, but sometimes I need the question and answer because it is part of a back and for that is refined.

I would like enhanced notifications for public liniks
I would the ability to receive notifications for downloads of Shared links (that is, publicly accessible links, not requiring a login). Further, I would like the ability to demand an email address be entered before the download occurs. You can demand an email address on public upload request, and it would be great to be able to do the same for a download.

Manage Folders and Files by Other Users
I recently noticed that, as an administrator/owner of The Animal League of Green Valley account, I cannot see folders and files deleted by other users.
This caused a serious problem when a user accidentally deleted a folder and then left for an extended leave.
I expected to be able to enter "Trash", see the folder and restore it; however, it was not visible to me.
Fortunately, we were able to contact the user who deleted the folder, and that person was able to restore it, but the situation could have been much worse, disastrous actually.

Date and time functions will not work correctly in shared Excel file
When an external collaborator opens a shared link of an Excel file (with 'People with the link' option selected) without logging into box, date and time functions will not work correctly.

when uploading photos in the Box app, they are in wrong orientation
Since last update, when uploading pictures from the app, if the photo was taken in Landscape mode, it shows as vertical once uploaded. PLEASE take it back to like it was where no matter what orientation we took a picture, it would show up correctly in the files.

Admins to delete root level folders in the UI on All Files page
Annoying you have to go into content manager to delete content. Should be able to delete the root level folder as an admin on the All Files Page.

Customizable "Thanks for signing!" Box Sign email
I really need to be able to contact a signer immediately after signing, even if it's after hours or on the weekends. Adding a space on signing templates for a custom message would be HUGELY helpful and solve a huge problem.

Check if a shared link exists in BoxDrive
On BoxDrive, it is not possible to tell in which folder the shared link has been issued.
I wish there was a way to check if a shared link has already been issued on BoxDrive.-in Japanese-

Playing audio files
Can you please move the next/previous arrow buttons away from the Play/pause button on the mp3 player because I can't click play without going to the previous track. Attached is screenshot
