Redirect senders back to the origin folder after sending a request
I want to go back to the folder where I sent it from but instead it shows the Sign page. Frustrating and wastes a lot of time.

Ability to manually update a Box Drive version (menu option)
I would like to see version update added to the right-click menu of the app so that I can manually update when the latest version of BoxDrive is released.
Currently, Box Edit and Box Drive are designed to automatically update their versions, but depending on the user, the timing of implementation may be delayed or there may be cases where the version is not automatically updated.
In order to deal with this, we have to uninstall and reinstall the tool, which is very inconvenient.

Prevent paid accounts from inviting free accounts with the same corporate e-mail domain
It'd be good If managed users can't invited free accounts who has the same e-mail domain or notify Admin immediately so Box users can comply with fair use policy.

Allow ownership of Relay workflow to groups
A customer has high turnover of admins for Relay workflows and requested an option where instead of transferring Relay to a new user or a service account that it be owned by a group for less overheard when an admin or owner of the Relay workflow leaves the company.

Box Relay: Enable API's so that I can re-assign workflows and/or task ownership to another person at scale.
E.g. if someone is on holiday, sick, or leaves the company, we want to use API's to group together all of their existing workflows and/or tasks, and transfer those to a new person.

Today, I can transfer ownership of a single workflow or re-assign a single task from one person to another, but if someone goes on vacation, is sick, or leaves the company and they own multiple workflows or have multiple tasks assigned to them, then today we cannot group these together and transfer them all at once. Compatibility with MadCap Flare PDF Output (Fix copy/paste in preview mode)
In Box.com preview mode of a PDF that was built via MadCap Flare, when you copy text and paste it somewhere, it removes all of the spaces in the text and makes it one big string (see example below). The copy/paste feature works fine from PDFs built out of InDesign and in all downloaded PDFs. This has been a common issue for our Support reps who want to simply copy/paste text from a previewed product documentation PDF into a Support case without having to download it each time.

Ability to specify display sheet in URL

If you add "#p = number of pages" to the end of the URL, you can display the specified page in PowerPoint or Word.
In Excel, there was no way to specify the URL of the sheet to be displayed when accessing.
We need the ability to specify an Excel sheet in a URL.

Alert if classification label is changed
Send a notification when a classification is changed. When a classification is changed for a piece of sensitive content, there is currently not an alert or notification generated. Reporting capabilities on any changed classification labels are also important.

Inactive Status - Should have visual indicator that shows the account is inactive when user is still a collaborator on folder/file
When I change a user to inactive in the admin console, The user is still a collaborator on a folder or file. There is no way for the active folder collaborators to know if people are active or inactive. The inactive user should either appear greyed out in the list of users or have an red x or something to indicate this user is no longer active. You would become aware if you try to send a comment or at mention to the inactive user it will not pop up but that still doesnt emphasis that person is no longer…

Ability to print PDF documents without downloading
In order to make it easier for the end user to print PDFs it'd be nice to have a print option directly in the context menu (both in the document preview and on document list).
As PDFs tend to contain forms to fill in either interactively or manually it might be consiedered as useful to print them directly from the browser. Currently it's not possible as after user hits 'command + P' there's only 1 blank page to be printed.
The current user path for printing a PDF is:

Box Relay
Allow metadata and other substitutions in the message body and subject lines of the Assign a Task and Send a Notification outcomes. We would like to be able to customize message body and subject lines with one or more metadata items. As an example, if we have a workflow that is being run for each of several subject people (think onboarding a group of new employees), the tasks will be assigned to the same user for multiple people. We'd like to add name of target employee in the subject line or body of the outcomes.

We would like Box to have a secure calendar available for office use.
We would love if Box had their own calendar available for office use. I work for a mobile anesthesiologist. We use Box to store patient info/files. Right now we use Google calendar for scheduling purposes, but can't put any patient information on it, as it's not secure. It would be great if Box had a secure calendar that we can use for scheduling. Mostly we would like if we can copy a patient's file to the day they are scheduled, so all of the info the doctor needs for the day is all in one place.

Easier way to create a bookmark in Box from shared link generation
Bookmark takes too many steps even when saving a Box's shared link. It should be easier to create a bookmark of a shared Link from adoption perspective.
As-Is: 1. Generate a shared link 2. Copy the link 3. Move to folder where I want to save a bookmark 4. Create Bookmark and paste&name the link

The following feature is redundant:
Block all applications from downloading content - No integrated applications (except Microsoft Office for the web, Google Workspace, Apple iWork, and Adobe Acrobat Online) or published custom applications will be able to download content protected by the access policy.
I thought the purpose of Box Shield was to protect organizations from data breaches????

Customize Your Account's Branding | Menu Text Color
Unfortunately you can not change the text color of the navigation/menu box on the left with "Customize Your Account's Branding".
For example: our brand color is a dark green and box.com automatically determine the text color to a dark grey. It looks very dark and weird now, there is any contrast and it is not very reader friendly.
The ideal thing here would be to make the text white, such as on the navigation/menu box from the admin console page, a dark gray background with white text.

Provide an Endpoint to Manage Public/Private Key Pair
To retire and generate a new JWT application's public/private key pair, manual intervention is needed by both the Developer Application owner and the Box Admin. It is very common to require periodic rotation of RSA keys and is often required by internal security standards.
