Add Signature field to Box Forms
It would be helpful to be able to include a signature field for a Box form submission. In cases where a user submits a purchase request form, we'd like to also show that they have signed/approved the information being passed (which is something we currently do when a user fills out the form and signs before submission to the procurement team). Being able to include a signature field in the form would save users multiple steps and closely approximate the experience of filling out a form and signing it.

Box File Request - no longer on brand for us - we would like to be able to change the picture or leave as a solid color
We utilize the File Request links regularly for our clients. Recently, there has been a change to the cover picture, and now our clients can't easily identify that it is, in fact, our branding and under our purview. We would like to go back to having a solid color that we can customize/match to the rest of our Box site or be able to customize the picture choice.

Log in as “AutomationUser” from the new UI Content Manager
Content: Currently, it is possible to log in as a proxy via the Content Manager of the old UI, but it is not possible to log in as a proxy on the new UI.
If the user is a managed user, you can log in as a proxy from the "Users and Groups" screen, but since AutomationUser is not displayed on the "Users and Groups" screen, you will need to log in as a proxy from Content Manager.
Since not being able to log in as an AutomationUser has a large impact on our business, we would like this functionality…8 votes -
We want a notification function for end users on the Box home screen
When rolling out new features or raising awareness, it's useful to be able to prominently notify end users on Box.

Multi-tenant support for Box Graph Connector
It is a very common configuration to have a single Microsoft 365 tenant and a multi-tenant Box, but the Box Graph Connector is only available for one Box tenant.
Box Graph Connector should be supported even if Microsoft 365 is single-tenant and Box is multi-tenant.8 votes -
Pop up message when users try to move Large folders to a trash
Hi Could you consider displaying a pop-up message when users try to move a lot of contents to a trash?
Currently, a pop up message appears when large folders are moved to oher folders. But no message appears when a user tries to move contents to a trash.

Extending the number of characters for AI execution to documents stored in Box
I want AI to scan the entire document in Box.
If I ask you to create a talk script for a document stored in Box, it will only scan 10,000 byte characters. At least, I hope that the target number of characters for AI to be executed on the document itself will be expanded.8 votes -
Visualize the description field on the metadata input screen
Visualize the description field on the metadata input screen
Currently, when you open metadata attached to a file, the description field is not displayed and you cannot view it unless you hover the cursor over the item.
When entering metadata, you want to refer to the description, so it is inconvenient that the description disappears when the cursor is not over it.
I would like them to change it so that the description field is always visible to the user, like before.メタデータの入力画面で説明欄を可視化する
現在、ファイルに付与されたメタデータを開くと説明欄が表示されておらず項目にカーソルを合わせないと確認ができません。
メタデータの入力時は説明の内容を参考にしながら行いたいためカーソルを当てていないと説明表示が消えてしまうのは不便です。

Height and width of sticky notes in BoxCanvas
BoxCanvas sticky notes can only be resized in a square shape.
Although you can arrange sticky notes freely on the whiteboard, it is inconvenient that you cannot make them longer just vertically or just horizontally.
Set anchor points on the sides as well so you can resize it freely.

Block users from placing content into File Explorer locations that they don't have rights to within Box
The current user experience can be confusing to the user, because they are able to place files into File Explorer even though they don’t have rights within Box to write to that location. Box Drive does issue notices that the files are not syncing to the server; however, this can still create an issue for novice users, since the files still exist within File Explorer and allow the user to make changes to the files locally. It would be preferred if Box Drive blocked the user from placing anything into that location within File Explorer.

Box AI for Hubs for External Users
Currently, in order for an external user to use AI for a Hub they are invited into, the external user's EID must also have Enterprise Plus AND have enabled AI for Hubs.
We would like an option to grant external users AI access if their EID doesn't have Enterprise Plus. Thank you!

Provide Box plugin for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Copilot plug-ins have the advantage that data can be handled in real time, and there are no limit to the number of items, etc.
In addition to the Graph Connector, the Box plug-in for Copilot integration is also required.

Integrate Box for Microsoft Teams with multiple Microsoft tenants
The Box for Microsoft Teams integration currently requires a 1 to 1 mapping with a Microsoft tenant. We would like the ability to enable this integration across multiple tenants while maintaining a single Box EID.

The ability to choose any folder to save recordings via Box app for Zoom
The current integration does not support requirements that users usually want to accomplish. To be specific, it would be great if a user could select a desired folder to save recordings not fixed "My Zoom Recordings". Customers want to save a recording automatically and share it in a folder where other users are already collaborated. But if you can only save in "My Zoom Recordings", you need to invite users on a recording file or move it to a shared folder every time.

The ability to change the format of metadata templates once set
The format of a metadata template cannot be changed after it has been set.
In this case, once a numerical value has been set for the format, only numerical values are available afterwards. This is less convenient and makes information collection more difficult.
If new metadata is added, I have to reconfigure non-target items as well, and since metadata is deployed company-wide, the number of target files is too large and the workload is too high.
Also, to set it via API I have to create a programme, which increases the number of API calls and increases costs.

Dynamic notification feature in Relay
In Relay notifications, it's currently only possible to include a pre-set static message. We'd like to have the ability to include dynamic settings that incorporate pre-trigger information such as the target file name.

Uploading files with exactly the same hash value on BoxDrive should not be recorded as a 'copy' in the user activity report
If I upload a new file on Box Drive and then upload the same file (with the same hash value) again, the server copies the first uploaded file to reduce load and the user activity report records it as a copy. Even if these two file names are different!
In this case, if I have a workflow triggered by 'upload' in Box Relay, the trigger may not work because the event is considered a copy.
This behaviour is a limitation of the product specification, but I would like a fix so that it is treated as an upload.■In Japanese…

Please display the time range (hh:mm:ss) in the update date column.
When sorting search results by modified date, the time (hh:mm:ss) is not displayed in the modified date column.
This makes it difficult to guess the time range and find the file in the search results if many files were updated on the same day.
