Add more detailed information to Relay workflow tracking
When viewing the tracking for an individual document progressing through a workflow, the task completion status is not granular enough to tell if any or no assignees have completed a task. For example: if there were four people required to approve a step, and three had approved, but the last person hadn't, this level of detail is only visible from the activity pane on the document, not from the tracking in Relay.

We would like to see the option to prevent a user with Co-owner permission from being able to assign Co-owner permission to other user's.

Add a 'description' for folder and files at the top of the page, just below the folder/file name.
A description of the folder at the top of the page will save time for our users, stakeholders and team members. It can be used as a way to describe what a user can expect to find in a given folder; and if this option extends in all sub-folders and files, it can help save a lot of time, bandwidth, and storage.
The following format example will work well:

Pull all embed widget links from folder of documents
My company uses a lot of analytics dashboards. I have the need to connect a large folder of documents with the dashboards, and am unable to copy and past 10000+ widget links in order to give previews.

I cannot use the box application the same way I use my macpro server or windows server drives.
Would be nice on enterprise files that you allow me to use BOX in the same way I use MacPro or windows server application. Limiting my files and the speed they can use has pushed me to go to AWS and use it natively - ie not use your application because I cannot backup my VMWARE fusion files.

Manually update on box drive
Customer wants 'Manually update' function on Box Drive.
Box Drive is often delay to update but they wants to update box drive as soon as possible.

All FQDNs should be published in a Json file
The FQDN you are publishing is incomplete and Box Edit fails to upload the file when I configure FW based on this content.

Email notifications
It appears that as an Admin, I am unable to set up email notifications for my outside users. I was able to set up email notifications for outside users when we used Sharefile. My outside users expect me to set up these email notifications. It would be nice if Box had the same feature. Thanks!

Allow the Admin to Set File Request requirements and default settings
Allow admins to require all File Requests globally to have certain fields (like email address or a pre-populated description Box with a legal disclaimer) or settings

Quit Safari (v14.0.3) (Cmd+Q)
Launch Safari
Navigate to account.box.com/login
Login without 2FA (2FA enabled)
As a separate test, I also removed my Safari session from Box security, quit Safari (Cmd+Q), opened Safari and was able to login without a 2FA credential.
When a user removes an active session (or saved login location), any new login attempts should be seen as a new computer, and thus prompt for the credentials setup by the user logging in.

Want to be able to add file request to folders via Zapier
Now you have a dedicated File Request API, it'd be great if I could add File Requests to folders via Zapier (which I use to automate the creation of folders). And then also to get back the File Request URL so can make that part of my workflow.
At a very minimum, you should be able to export a list of all folders and their associated File Request links so that I do not have to copy each one individually after bulk creating folders and bulk adding a File Request to each!

ACCESS MULTIPLE WORKSPACES ON BOX DESKTOP DRIVE
Hi,
I run a small agency and more clients are asking me to work directly in their Box server. The problem is that I can't log into several different Box workspaces on the Desktop App (like you can in Slack for example). Please help! I may have to go back to Dropbox for this reason.

Managing Groups

For "Group Management", we would like to request the permission settings that meet the following requirements.
・Can freely create groups
・Can only manage groups created by themselves
・Cannot manage groups for the entire tenantCurrently, a group administrator can have administrative rights for only certain groups, but cannot create groups.

File Request Timestamp
File request duplicate timestamps:
When we upload files with same file name via the file request link, time stamp will be automatically added to end of the file name in UTC+0000.
We would like a way to select the timezone used to add the timestamp (maybe the timezone abbreviation can be specified at the end of the file name timestamp for when other collaborators view it)

Syncing bookmarks and Windows shortcuts between Box Drive and online.
To better organize my personal Box files and share with teams, I've saved my files in the team folder and used a Windows shortcut (in Box Drive) in my personal Box folder to link files/folders elsewhere on Box. Box Drive doesn't sync Window's shortcuts so these links are lost when working online. The workaround online is to use the bookmark function, using file/folder URLs to create shortcuts. I would like to have access to the recycle bin using the mobile app for iOS devices
Right now only the web page permits to access the recycle bin to delete permanently files and folders.

Please make shared links searchable to allow for quicker file access.
I am a photographer/image manager for an e-commerce company and many of our manufacturers provide their digital assets through shared Box links. However, there are thousands of images and folders to manually comb through to find the correct images for products.
Most manufacturers include part numbers product names in their image titles, so simply introducing a search feature in shared links would save hours of time finding the correct images!
