assign folder
Where folder contents need to be updated from time-to-time, have ability to assign various people as assigned "Folder Manager” who are responsible for managing the contents for accuracy. Shoudl be viewable in the folders view (ability to set a new column). 1) Tags could work; 2) It seems column headers can not be changed; 3) metadata doesn't seem to work (especially for non-tech savvy people.

Copy File using Salesforce SDK
There are many useful methods in the Box-Salesforce SDK, but it would be helpful to have one for copying a file id to a new folder.

Request for Partial Upgrade to Box Enterprise Advanced.
We would like to partially upgrade to the Box Enterprise Advanced plan, rather than applying it to the entire tenant. This would allow us to conduct testing in a real environment, which could ultimately lead to a full company-wide upgrade.

AI units insights
Add enhanced reporting capabilities to the admin console that provide more granular and visual data on AI Units consumption patterns - instead of just a number on the insights. Having the just the tile with the overall number on the insights makes it difficult to track and manage my AI units efficiently.
I would like to have:
Graphical representation of AI Units consumed
Daily breakdown of consumption data
Ability to identify workflows causing usage spikes or dips
On-demand access to usage insights3 votes -
API to execute and export Box report or notification services to receive alarts when usage is approaching or exceeding the allocated limit.
We would like to better monitor and manage the number of chargeable API calls, but without relying on manual checks via the Insights dashboard or executing and reviewing the Platform Activity Report (PAR). Instead, we seek a more automated and efficient solution.
Specifically, we request that Box either:
Provide a public API to retrieve relevant usage reports, or
Enhance the existing reporting functionality to allow administrators or designated users to receive alerts when usage is approaching or exceeding the allocated limit.
This would help ensure appropriate and proactive API usage management.

Make the popup box on desktop go away
I would love if there was a way to remove or click on this dialog box to make it go away. It is constantly in the way of work. I know box want me to "resolve" the issue but if they'd like me to do that they should provide more information on what exactly is the problem because when I try and fix it, it never works.

I want to be able to select an area of the file (like comment or annotate) when I assign a task.
When I assign a task, it's not always clear what part of the file I am referring it. I would like to be able to (optionally) select a portion of the file and then assign a task to it.

Number of files in folder not correctly shown
All the folders in the Box I'm using show "Size" as "0 Files", when in fact each folder contains several files. It would have been useful for this feature to work correctly. Instead, I'm manually opening each folder to check their contents. In the alternative, an option to click an arrow to go to the contents of the next folder in the file list would be helpful to save a click navigating back to the main page.

Request for API Access to Collaboration and Folder/File Reports for Admin
Hi Box team,
Ref case #3373797 and our recent conversation, we want to retrieve all collaboration data via the API instead of manually generating reports from the Admin Console. We understand report generation currently requires a manual trigger and no API exists for this.
The two main reports we’re interested in are:
- Collaborations
- Folders & FilesIs there any way to access these reports via API now or planned soon? If not, could you suggest any alternative for programmatic access?

We want to restore a file by ourselves in Box Drive, when our accidentally move/delete it.
When using Box Drive, we often move/delete file(s) by mistake!
We want easily check the history of actions taken to moved/deleted contents, in order to easily restore it to its original location in case of a mistake.

Enable the selection of permissions when "Specify when started" is chosen in Relay task assignment
When creating a workflow that is started manually in Relay, if you select [Assign a Task] as the result and turn on [Specify when started], the default permission for inviting assignees is fixed to Viewer.
Changing the permission to invite the person in charge to an editor every time when starting manually is cumbersome, so I would like the option to select editors as the default when creating a Relay.-in Japanese-

Request for UI improvement of Box AI for Hubs
Content: Currently, in Box AI for Hubs responses, sharing reference materials is displayed as a number, which requires a click each time and makes the display difficult to understand.
We would like to request improvements to make it easier to access reference materials, such as by changing the subject line instead of the number.件名：Box AI for HubsのUI改善要望
内容：現在Box AI for Hubsの回答で参考資料の共有は番号で表示される為、都度クリックが必要となり、表示がわかりにくいです。

We want to be able to see the origin folder of a file request link.
By implementing features such as a button that allows users to navigate to the originating folder from the file request link, We would like to make it clear which folder the file request link was issued from.
