Allow for in-line document edits for Approve/Reject step
We want the ability to actually edit the document (not just provide comments in preview pane) as part of an Approve/Reject step. Rather than having an edit step followed by Approve/Reject we would like to accomplish with one task - the key is they'd like to be able to provide edits inline and reject it back to a certain step in the workflow. On some occasions they would also make edits and approve
3 votesWe are not planning to have tasks exist in the in-line editing of content.

Language selection setting on collaboration email
When Japanese speaking users invite a collaborator, collaboration notification, the email body text is written in Japanese language. This behavior is not suitable when collaborator is Non-Japanese speaker.
So it is needed to be able to select the language of the invitation mail body when we invite others.
Japanese speaking users invite some English speaking users without changing their "default language" in account settings.

We need a Box role that does not allow the "view item list in folder" function.
There is a use case where external people are using Box to upload content. The folder where they upload in is a shared folder. Even with the role of uploader, people still can see what others uploaded.
Currently we worked around this problem with an automation that moves the file as soon as it is uploaded.
Can you build another permission level, or a selector for disabling the invite items in folder capability ?

Remove sharing on all folders option.
When deactivating a user, I also want to remove their sharing from all folders, otherwise it appears to other users that they're still sharing with other users which causes confusion.

Need ability to associate selected file types with existing built-in viewers or choose with an "open with" type of menu option.
For example, common .INI or .HL7 files open with conventional text editors like Notepad. However, these example types must be downloaded to local machine to view (with Notepad) since the built in viewers have no association to these types. Our security model strives to avoid downloading whenever possible.
