Request for a web page that better captures domains AND IP ranges for Box, including an XML feed to subscribe, changelog, etc
Can Box emulate Microsoft and create a web page like this. Originally (about 3 years back) this page was bare bones and just contained services, urls and IP ranges. Network admins had to scrape the page to grab the IP ranges they needed and use IFTTT. They have since added an XML feed and a way to subscribe to changes. They post updates once a month or so before they go into effect. Improve Box Edit Error - Unable to Save error message
We would like to improve the messaging on this error so that it forces the user to save a new copy of the file. Too many users are simply closing the error and losing their work.

Report showing total number of files from Box
This is useful for being able to price out an enterprise search tool.
1 voteStorage size used is generally used as a measure of value rather than the absolute number of files stored in Box.
We would be happy to consider additional cases where displaying the number of files and/or folders would be helpful.

A new 'folder setting' that owners and co-owners can enable, which prevents users from being able to delete commenting
Business unit has a requirement to prevent users from deleting comments, to comply with audit requirements. We do not want to build a process to provide them with a user activity report each time they want to reactively investigate a case

Template Version History
We would like to have a history of changes made to templates so if they modify one they can revert back if needed or have a record of who changed what/when - one use case is for compliance templates they need insight in to who created/when but also iterations of the template

Special characters searchable in content manager
The ability to search with the filename and extension within quotes, i.e. workshop.one
Right now search separates the two and makes it difficult to locate the file, as it would be searching for "workshop one"

Compulsory sub-metadata once a specific metadata attribute has been chosen.
We want to expose a sub-set of metadata based on the initial choice of attribute. For example, if you were to pick the attribute "size" it might then offer you a subselection of size variants.

Folder Level Setting to Enable Office Online
It would be outstanding if Box could enable some intelligence around editing office documents, and/or have a switch you could set to only allow designated files to be editable via Office Online. That way no one could accidentally step on changes to a file that someone else made, or cause a conflict which has to be manually resolved. This would be a real big win. And when I say designated files, I mean in a folder not across Box for all of us certain file type.
