1. Add tasks to main API

   I am trying to use the tasks feature as a method of notifying our automation software that it has work to do via your API. However, I can find no method for a user to list all their tasks. 2. When inviting a user with a secondary address, please show them in the collaboration list with the email address (secondary address)

3. I would like to add attachments (with shared links) in Outlook on the Web and make the attachment location at the top of the email body.

   When you add an attachment (with a shared link) in Outlook on the Web, it is attached at the bottom of the thread if the text field is expanded.

6. I'm a sole proprietor and need your Business Plus features

   Hello, I'm coming back to our exchange on Twitter from earlier today.

   I was a Box user between 2013-18 when my business started to grow and my Box plan became too limited. Also the branding of my file exchange service became a must.

   Back then I wanted to switch to Business Plus but the minimum of 3 payed users made this way too expensive and also simply unreasonable for me as a one-man show. I exchanged various emails with your support and spoke with your office in Munich about whether it was possible to offer a One User Business Plus account before giving up at some point since the answer was no. I switched to WeTransfer where I soon became a beta user for their current Plus plan.

   I like WeTransfer and had a good relation with their beta team but unfortunately their platform is not always as reliable as it had to be and the features offered still leave a lot to be desired.

   Let me keep this brief for now, do you see a chance to offer a one user Business Plus account, ideally with a 'fair' monthly fee that suits a fairly small business like mine?

   I'm a audio mastering engineer and work with clients around the world around 15 per month, while 4 or 5 of them are regulars. Reliability, ease of use for my clients and speed are crucial for me, so is storage space and branding. I love the idea to offer my clients an app for communication and fast project updates, and in general I'd love to move all project related communication into their dedicated folders.

   I have plenty of colleagues who are 'so/so' happy with WT, Dropbox, G-Drive etc, none of them would hesitate to switch to a much better platform as long as the cost will stay in relation to our income.

8. Ability to customize file and folder report

   File & folder report execution customization has to be there So that we can run the report only for a particular or a list of the user account. Rather than running for a whole domain, Which really makes no sense on having huge reporting dumps.

    Launch a Zoom video from directly inside of Box web UI, Box Notes, etc.

12. Really need a better way for individuals to organize folders on their Box Drive

    I see some ideas under consideration, and amazingly adding Collections to Box Drive is not one of them. Box Drive urgently needs a better way for individual users to organize contents without affecting the online heirachy for everyone else

13. New Authentication Process at sign in

    The new authentication process is forcing us to use two step authentication even with our ATB Email address' every time we enter or come back after a period of time.

    I am really hopeful that this is being looked into as its the most inconvenient. Our CSR's do not have business devices for google authenticator nor does the text feature seem to work to the branch office phones and when you ask it to call it takes a bit for the phones to ring and connect and cuts half the message off so we don't get a code. This is not a seamless process and has caused customer impacts when trying to do things such as payouts or access forms that are housed in here.

    Can this be linked to our adaptive again?

15. Allow multi-file downloads greater than 20GB by streaming as gzipped tar

    Downloading multiple files via the Box web interface is currently limited to a total file size of 20GB. I assume this is due to needing server-size storage to create a temporary zip file for the download. If, instead, there were an option to download the selected files in gzipped tar format, there would be no-need for additional server-side storage (because both tar and gzip are streaming formats) and there would be no need to cap the download size.

16. Document ID on Documents

    We would love to be able to have the document ID either added to the document itself, say in the footer, or be added to the name of the document when opening.

    That is pretty standard for most document management systems these days.

    You will see documents named "12345 v2 Settlement Case" (where the v2 normally indicates the version of the document). It would be nice to be able to have this set at the user level so the user can decide if the doc ID and version are necessary for them.

17. (Android) Usage of Android App Bundles

    This would reduce the installation size of Box by a significant amount on Android devices. I personally suffer from inadequate storage space, so this would be extremely useful for users like me.

    Currently the message that is displayed when a user returns to a box note is "you don't have access to this file"

20. Autosave in Box Drive

    I don't understand why this isn't already happening, but please create an Autosave function for Box Drive that saves content every few minutes automatically. This way, when your computer crashes and you were working on a file in Box Drive, you won't lose 6 hours of work just because you didn't hit the save button. Same as OneDrive- your competitor. Please see if you can make this update soon. Thank you.
