Box Drive Integration with Windows Information Protection
Some users want to protect all or part of the folders on Box Drive with Windows Information Protection (WIP) as a corporate area, but Box Drive do not currently have direct integration.

Very often, I create a file through an app into Box Drive and I'd like to see it directly into my Recent files in Box drive, that would be helpful.

options dialog when moving and file already exists in destination
Currently, when a file is in the process of being moved from one folder to other and a file with the same name already exists in the destination folder, an error message is given and the operation is candelled.
Maybe an options dialog would be better, asking the user if they want to overwrite (add a new version of) the file, or rename either of the files within the dialog.2 votes -
Set a password for the "People in Company" shared link.
"People with the link" shared links can be set a password.
We want to use this for "People in Company" as well.Some companies also require you to set a password when sharing items to company users.

Approve each file separately for a manual start with multiple files
We want to approve each file separately for a manual start with multiple files.
For example, I get an application for three files and I want to turn back only one of them, but as it stands, I need to turn back all three. The applicant has to choose three files again and re-apply, which is very time-consuming.

Updates are no longer unlimited... WHY?
Updates are essential... Box won't allow viewing of updates on the Mobile app anymore, and with the latest update, the Updates feature on desktop only goes back 24 hours... This is unacceptable.

Zoom for Goverment accounts support with Zoom for Box application
Zoom for Government is a FedRAMP Authorized SaaS service operating at the Moderate baseline and has reciprocity to DoD Impact Level 2. Zoom for Government is operated and controlled by only US Persons-including all customer support personnel, sales engineers, and operations personnel. Assign Relay task to person who completed previous task.
If you create a task and assign it to multiple users, say Tom, Bill and Susan where only 1 person needs to complete it, I want to be able to automatically assign the subsequent task to the person that completed the preceding task. For example, if Susan is the person that completes task 1, I would want the subsequent task to be assigned to Susan only, eliminating Bill and Tom from the process.

Sidebar is too dark
Font needs to be legible in sidebar of Favorites. Currently the font is white when viewing list of all files, but font turns black when viewing a specific folder. It's too hard to read black words upon blue background. Please revise, thanks.

Folder tree organization
No way to archive / organize folders (both shared with and created) on box without just deleting them. I have box on my desktop for work and also use the web portal occasionally. I was unable to move folders (that either were shared with me or i created) into an archived / organized manner within my Box workspace. I asked Box product support and they said it wasn't a feature at this point. We urgently need the ability to drag/drop from box.com directly to other web apps.
We handle a large qty of jpg imagery. We need the ability to drag/drop directly from box to our web app (which has drag/drop capability). At the moment we have to download to desktop then upload to our web app. Massive bandwidth waste.

Change Pop up Window for external users downloading files from public share
There is currently an animated pop up window that appears for external users that are downloading files from a share, The pop up never goes away and states the download is "IN PROGRESS" there is never any indication the download is complete as this pop up forever stays on the screen.
this pop up only seems to appear when the user is either using a browser for the first time or does not have a Box account. While it is meant to snag additional users to sign up to Box, it is confusing to many users waiting for the download…

Distinguish FTP and FTPS in User Activity Report
would like a way to distinguish the difference between FTP and FTPS traffic.
The “details” column in the user activity report only shows the connection to “Box FTP Server”,

File Picker utilizing mobile deep link for Box iOS/Android App
Dropbox has a library called Chooser, which makes it easy to select files in Dropbox from custom Mobile apps. ( https://www.dropbox.com/developers/chooser#ios )
Dropbox Chooser uses mobile deep link bidirectionally to move between a custom app and the Dropbox app. As for Box app, mobile deep link is one-way; the Box app can be opened but it is not possible to select files and go back to the custom app.
The major advantages of using Dropbox Chooser for service providers are as follows.
