  1. Ability to hide file previews from Access Stats when a specific user/group of users views a file in Box.

    There is a need for a 'covert' style admin functionality which would mask when one of these users views a file in Box.

  3. The feature to delete completed/cancelled workflows

    User can delete the workflow template, but there is no option to delete workflows that have been completed/cancelled. Over time, the number of those can grow, and so customer should be given option to delete or hide some of those.

  6. Retain Mark for Offline setting when logging out and re-signing into Box

    Currently if a user marks content for offline access in any of the mobile devices once the user logs out the content is removed from offline. The next time they sign in to the Box app, content needs to be marked for offline again. The request is to remember content has been marked for offline access on the mobile device so the next time they log in it makes the experience more seamless

  7. The ability to add an auto-expiration on specific external collaborators access to a specified file or folder.

    I would like an Expiration option date picker to be added to the Collaboration Invite window. This will allow our company to let a user privilege expire without us being forced to expire by auto-deleting a folder, or sharing a link that expires but can also be shared with others in the meantime.

    Unfortunately this is not planned in the near-term, but please do keep adding use cases so we can consider this request for the future.

  8. Bulk add users as admin

    Currently the only categories in bulk add are:
    Name Email Groups Storage Restrict external collaboration

    Would be helpful to be able to bulk designate admins at this time, especially for sandbox environments.

  10. Direct "Save As" when saving from Box Edit to a navigable area on local machine.

    Currently if you hit Save As on the default Box Edit location, it will save the version of the file to the cache and this causes version/maintenance issues with a document.

  12. Customizable file order within folder (not root level)

  13. @Mention Someone When Replying to an Annotation in a Box Note

    iIt would be nice to be able to @mention someone in a Annotation within the Box Note. I know you can do it in the comments, but if a note is lengthy and you want to put someone's nose right to where you want them to look (or a tasks you've assigned them to), this would be nice to have.

  16. Decouple the requirement for a SINGLE UNIQUE email address as a primary dependency for accessing the Box service.

    Practical example: Slack allows the same email to appear in their system multiples times, accessing separate Enterprise/Team sites. See login here, which prompts for the unique URL for login.

  18. Device security check UI should be editable

    When the user logs in to Box with Device Trust setting on, it might take some time for poor PC to logs in. We request "Device security check" UI with text message should be capable to change by user side. Because texts are not exactly describing about customer "Box tools" status.
