Allow XML on mobile to open in the Settings app
When a .mobileconfig file is opened from a shared link on mobile and the Box app is NOT installed, the file opens on m.box.com and can be downloaded from Safari. When the app is installed, the file's raw text is displayed. There's no way to download the profile when sent as a shared link, and the app is installed

Prevent the easy deletion of root level folders
We accidentally deleted a root level folder for millions of folders.
This may be done by locking the folder, where it could allow users to create/edit/delete the contents within the folder, but not allowing the locked folder itself to be rename/moved/deleted.
This may also help Box Sync (and possibly Box Drive) users, as many Box Sync users often delete the top level folders by accident.

Request Content Box Task Type
Upload Content action needs to be optional, not required. My pretty hacky workaround now is for them to create a BoxNote or word doc that says "no content required" and link to that as the upload content step for now.

Show number of unread notifications on left menu bar
In the past, users were given the number of unread notification they have on the left menu bar. This has now been replaced by a red badge. We would prefer to have the number display so it is more accessible.

We would like the ability to @mention users invited via groups.
A user can only invite users to folders via group. At present, if a user is invited via a group, they cannot @mention this user.

Modify Select All Feature
When selecting all from within a folder, only the first page of files is selected. If there are multiple pages of files within a folder, it does not grab everything that's in there.

Simplify New User Sign-Up
If you don't have a Box account and someone invites you into a folder as an external user, the process to create account seems cumbersome with a lot of steps.

Additional Scopes
We have white labelled Box into a ServiceNow product.
The service account at the moment creates the structure for every case that is populated.
From a security perspective, we would like the service account to create content and maintain folder structures but not be able to delete or read content. The best we have at the moment is the Uploader Role which would then allow the creation of sub folders but it means that e have to:
- Create the base folder
- Assign a new owner to the folder
- Change the Service Account to an Uploader
- Create sub folders.
