Allow me to stop Box Drive without hiding the Box contents
If I stop Box Drive (right click on the icon and choose exit), the Box folder disappears, even though I've marked all folders for available offline.
I sometimes am in a location with a very low data cap, and the costs for exceeding the quota are very steep. If I store a file in Box from another device, when my computer connects and Box Drive is running, then it will attempt to sync and download any files.

Please make it possible to hide the name of the user who uploaded the folder or file.
We would like to be able to customize each folder so that only the owner or co-owner can see the name of the user who uploaded it.(In Japanese)

Shield classification - Admin console visibility and user reporting
1) "Whenever any user tries to apply the classification, Box console is not able to tell the owner which users would be affected due to this."
2) "As well as while adding external users for collaboration on a classified folder where external users have this limitation, It would be great if the console can let the owner know about it, Otherwise he would think all should work but in actual it's just not enough, He has to whitelist the external domain under classification."

Adds the ability to hide the notifications that appear when you open an auto-locked file on a box drive for all tenant users.
Tenants that automatically lock files in Box Drive will be notified that when another user opens a file that is already open from Box Drive, the file will be locked and opened in read-only mode.

Add ability to set time for reminder notifications by each user or admin.
Currently assignee will receive reminder notification 24 hours before the due date of the assigned task. Users are receiving these reminders at mid of night and they want to receive them in daytime.
Box Relay can set the default due ("time to complete" option) like how many days and hours.
This default due is set automatically based on when the task is started. So for many cases, the reminder will be sent out because the task is started in daytime.But non-Relay task (General and Approval task) can set only due date from calendar picker, like "June 16". The due…

Ability to send e-mails from Box Web UI when "Restrict collaboration to within <Enterprise name>" in folder setting are activated
Following enhancement was made at May 7th, 2021.
Collaboration Allowlist Enhancement

In this state, shared link are used to share files with external users.But with the update above, we can no longer send shared links by email from Box Web UI.
Copying the shared link and sending a separate email is a workaround, but it doesn't get users to understand.

Data files that are textual are not identified as text for preview
I'd LOVE for the ability at the enterprise level to be able to say that ANY file with a given extension should be previewed as if it were this other extension. This would both add extensions as WELL as override the Box.com default content type logic.
examples:
myCustomersOrderData.edi should be previewed as is it were a text file, so .edi as .txt
.json as .txt
.funky as .mdI say at the enterprise level so this works for manually uploaded files. However, if an appropriate attribute could be sent in the file upload|modify|version APIs, that would be better than nothing.

Change or delete ”People in your company” in link settings.
In our company, not only the headquarters, but also the operating companies use Box in the same Box tenant.
Therefore, the domains of all companies, including operating companies, are registered in Box as domains to be managed.
However, even though we are an operating company, there is a lot of information that we do not want other group companies to see.The average user misunderstands the "People in your company" permission in the shared link as referring to their own company.

I would like to copy the triggers and the outcomes within a flow
We can now copy a workflow but when I have a long flow where I am using the same triggers and outcomes, I would like to copy them to make it easier to make the flow.

How does "Restore All" in Trash work?
From my testing, it appears when you have a bunch of content deleted out of order (from bottom up rather than top down) in your trash and you click "Restore All", Box will not automatically restore everything back in the appropriate order, but rather will start restoring until it reaches an item without a parent folder. It will then initiate the "The folder(s) where one or more of the selected items were originally located no longer exist" pop-up. Is this expected behavior? Install Box Sync on PC using existing Box Sync folder
You have a published workaround here:
This only describes how to download the Box Sync data all over again. I do not have high-speed internet, so this would take weeks to do.
All I did was change out my storage drive. All of the Box Sync data was copied exactly, so all 50GB of data is still there. I just need to have it see that the files in the current folder are the same (you can use the filename, location, and file size). Adding commas in tags
We'd like to be able to add comma's in tags we apply files. For example, we'd like to place a tag for "1,250" on a file. Right now if we try that, it will show up as two tags, "1" and "250".

Please add a new way to change the maximum cache size of Box Drive without having to make a personal registry change.
In Box Drive, as described in the link below, Modifying the maximum cache limit requires a registry change.
However, in many companies, end users do not have the skills or authority to modify the registry.We would like you to work on a way to achieve this other than by changing the registry when modifying the maximum cache limit.

Please add a button to switch between 'available', 'Add by Default' and 'Never show' for "the items displayed in this Box web app".
In the near future (2021 7/15 JST) there will be an update to the user app settings in the Box web app.
Once this update is in place, applications that are 'available' in the app settings of the management console will appear in the Box preview screen.While we are very happy about this, we do not want to confuse end users with this update.
We would like to see only the applications that are set to "Add by Default" on the screen as now, and not the applications that are "Available".

I need to save an e-mail to my my files that have been recently migrated to BOX but I can't because BOX is NOT an option to save something into. How do I save e-mails to BOX folders when BOX folders are not an option to save something into?

Collaboration Whitelisting UI Enhancement (enable labels and filter/search)
When we have dozens of domains in the whiltelist for external collaboration, it is hard to manage.
We think that it needs some UI enhancements such as
1) enabling to add a label to each domain e.g. company name, descriptions, etc.
