Audio watermarking
Either by a fingerprint, something one can't hear, but can be decoded. Or by inserting some spoken words (custom mp3) every 20-30 seconds.

Allow for one-off permissions changes to individuals in a group.
When inviting a group to a folder, we would like to have the ability to give a different permission to just a specific member within the group. Currently if a group is invited to a folder, all members will get the same permissions. Te only workaround is invite the indiv user separately. However, this is not an officially supported functionality of Box.

Decouple the requirement for a SINGLE UNIQUE email address as a primary dependency for accessing the Box service.
Practical example: Slack allows the same email to appear in their system multiples times, accessing separate Enterprise/Team sites. See login here, which prompts for the unique URL for login.

Display modal when a shared link is produced confirming the action.
We would like a modal to be displayed when shared links are being created that asks the user to confirm they are aware shared links may become publicly accessible

Collab report for one folder needed
These are frequent requests (e.g. who have access to complex folder/sub-folder structure, permission levels, things users do in their folders). We also want this feature to be available to every folder owner.

Notify admin when Files/Folder tree report fails because of scale instead of just never populating the report in the Box Reports folder.
Currently the scenario leaves the admin with no next steps.

Optimise white space on Admin Console tab
Currently, there are many pages on the Admin Console which have fixed width elements. This means that there is a mass of white space on many pages when there is no need for there to be. Setting the element to be a responsive, percentage-based width would be a marked improvement.

We are currently considering how to address customers’ needs for dealing with inactive content.
Reporting functionality for inactive content will be considered at a later date as we enable our customers to manage such content.

Admin Insights Map improvement
Extremely important that the Geographic location visualisation (map) for Admin Insights allows full detail drill down to identify the specific actions, ip address & user that has triggered an action at a given location.

Bulk add users as admin
Currently the only categories in bulk add are:
Name Email Groups Storage Restrict external collaborationWould be helpful to be able to bulk designate admins at this time, especially for sandbox environments.

Disable downloading of files to those not on an Allow List
I have files I want hiring managers to see but not download. Give me the option (on files or folders) to allow/disallow downloading. Also, when a person wants to download, have it email me for permission of a one-time download or adding an email address to an Allow list if that person logs into Box.

Cannot permanently delete a file with a retention policy before its expiration date (immediately)
Please enable immediate deletion for files that have a retention policy set for a specific period.
Additionally, there is an issue where files remain accessible via shared links until the retention policy period expires, so we would like to request implementation of a feature that disables shared links for items that meet specific conditions.

Display of account name when approval task or Box Relay creator user is deleted
After an account is deleted, the user who created an approval task is displayed as "Previous Collaborator," making it impossible to verify the approval status at that time. Please change this so that the username from that time continues to be displayed even after the account is deleted.
