Validate Form fields in Box Forms via field matching
For Bxo Forms, it would be critical for us to have form validation fields that require two fields to be matched. Simply, this can be used in scenarios where someone must enter an email twice to ensure that the email address is correct and without typos.
This would then provide greater assurance that Box Sign workflows we have set up will be sent to the right individual rather than bouncing because they had a typo.

Add ability to add a custom image for the banner on File Request pages like is available on Box Hubs
Please add the ability to upload a custom image for the banner on File Request pages just as you do on Hubs. This would solve for the issue of the tiny logo area available for File Request pages and would also allow for a more seamless transition on different pages in Box (Hubs and File Requests for example)

Re-add capability to get more custom colors (including Hex Value) for File Request page banner
Very recently a customization was removed from Box File Request theme settings that our managed users (about 3700 currently) used to use frequently. This was the ability to choose from the whole spectrum of colors (getting as specific as Hex Value) for the banner on File Request pages.
Our users own their own businesses, and the current selection of colors sometimes does not always correspond well to the logo image that they have uploaded. This makes the page not look professional and lowers the validity of our users' businesses. Please re-add this capability soon!1 vote -

Admin Console - Pending Users
It would be nice if we there was a tab that showed Pending Collaborations and a way to filter by email address. We recently had the need to remove five email addresses from all folders they were invited to, but we had to choose to either traverse hundreds of folders or delete the main folders that we knew they were in.
Additionally, this could also be something offered via the API, perhaps the request can require the user email address and what collaboration state(s) you want returned. That way we could have easily specified an email address and pending, received…

Box Collaboration Invite Reminder Emails - Send a single digest instead of one email per pending invite
It would be ideal if collaboration reminder emails would be served as a digest instead of a separate email per pending invite. We just migrated quite a lot of content/folders to Box and some of our external users received multiple reminder emails, flooding their mailboxes.

Allow forms to be saved for later completion
It would be helpful to have a way for someone to begin a Box Form, and if needed, save their responses for later completion. This will help in cases with more complex data collection, and could potentially allow for things like people recalling their form submissions or making edits once their form was completed as needed.

Convert XML to CSV / Excel
I have several XML files that I need to convert into CSV and Excel format for reporting purposes, but I’m not sure what the safest and easiest method is. Some free online tools I tested either fail with larger XML files or don’t preserve the data structure properly after conversion.
I also looked into manual methods, but they seem too time-consuming for bulk files. My main concern is converting the XML data accurately into rows and columns without losing any information.
Can anyone suggest:
- The best way to convert XML to CSV and Excel?
- Whether manual conversion is reliable for…

the search option is so messed up now. I am spending so much time looking for the exact folder and files I need to locate
The search option prior to 2 weeks ago was perfect. I am not sure what changed but My whole team is pending countless time on each search. please reset it to that prior setting. Or tell us how to do that. Why does all that other stuff show up before the folder with just what I am looking for?

Upload Files from Windows desktop directly into a Box Hubs
The workflow in mind is that I'll be able to directly upload content from my desktop (currently windows) into a Box Hub directly. Having an option to include files from my desktop as well as options to include Box content can provide a much more seamless experience for end users and ensure they can build Hubs more quickly rather than needing a set folder structure before adding to Box Hubs

We're constantly adding and removing external users, and the list can get quite long. Unfortunately, the columns are not sortable - or expandable. This seems like an easy win!

Ability to customise the content of the notification emails
Currently, Box does not offer the ability to customize the content of the notification emails sent when sharing a link or inviting a collaborator. The email notifications are standardized and cannot be modified to include additional instructions or guidance.
We are seeing an increase in clients reporting difficulties accessing links and files shared via Box. To help mitigate this, we would like to include additional guidance within the notification emails sent to recipients at the point of sharing.

Persistent Encryption, encryption on the object (file itself), instead of just the container
Looking for the ability for persistent encryption, on the object/file itself, instead of just the container. If a user download a file and puts it on a USB thump drive or emails it to another person, the file needs to remain encrypted.

capture history should be optional
The Capture History should be optional to toggle on or off.
We have a folder that relays the file to a secure location. We have onboarding iPads that we use to have people fill out their forms that contains sensitive information, and then they place that file in that folder. The onboarding team just realized that a copy of that file and any images/pdf's are being stored in a different folder.We want to keep our information secure, and this automatic feature isn't beneficial for our use of Box. We don't want to have to manually delete each copy.
