auto classification policies/engine to apply scanning of files within a compressed file
Extend auto classification policies to compressed files (content within the zip) as well and have shield policies be able to enforce rules established for certain classifications. If something inside the unprotected compressed file is detected according to the auto classification policies, apply the same classification to the compressed file so the shield policies are adhered to.
Without this, shield policies can be bypassed by simply zipping a file that would have triggered shield policy as the scan doesn't currently scan files within the compressed file.

Make file versioning the default behavior for Box CLI "box files:upload" command
if file versioning is the default behavior when uploading files in the URL Box web page; Why isn't that exactly the same behavior when uploading files thru the "box files:upload /path-to-file/filename.ext --parent-id FolderID" box CLI command?
The logic is straight forward:
1) If the file does not exist in the box folder, then create the file
2) If the file DOES exist in the box folder, then instead of displaying that horrible warning message "409 Conflict, the file already exists", please update the content of the file and increase the FILE version number.

Need to have ADDITIONAL sort options in Trash / Bin
In NEW CONTENT MANAGER, when viewing any Trash, it is important to be able to SORT columns, not only by UPDATED column, but ALSO by ORIGINAL FOLDER LOCATION, so that content may selectively restored
OR Make the Filter for FOLDER so that users may enter a text string (with " ") to identify and display results for the BINNED folder name
ALSO display the binned folder and file IDs so that these can be selected in folder filter

Sort or Organize Box AI Agents in the List
Currently the agents are displayed in the order in which they were created. It makes it really mess for users. It should be alphabetical or allow an admin to sort the display order.

Notification pop-ups that have already been viewed are now unread.
For the past month or so, notification pop-ups that have already been confirmed will be marked as unread.
Even if I click to mark them as read, all notifications are often marked as unread.

Box does not work on Microsoft Edge when Norton AntiTrack is enabled. Would be great to have a workaround for this.
Box does currently not function on Microsoft Edge when the Norton AntiTrack plugin/extension is enabled. Have to disable the plugin to be able to use Box. Would be great to have a workaround for this i.e. not have to disable Norton to have Box function on Edge.

When setting up a BoxRelay workflow, I want to extract only users who have not approved and create approval tasks

When set up with the following conditions
Action: Assign task
Type of task to assign: Approval Task
Task Details (Person in Charge): Check “This task will be considered complete if one of the persons in charge executes the task.We want to be able to extract only the users who did not approve the above settings and set them as the person in charge of approving the next approval task.

Request Signature outcome should have Form Submitter variable
When creating a workflow like the one in the following article, the Request Signature outcome cannot use the form submitter as a signer
Some of our workflows start with a form, use Box Doc Gen to generate a document, which then needs to be signed by the original form submitter. While the Request Signature step can access form variables, it notably does not have access to the Form Submitter.

Ability review the most recently uploaded documents in temporal order
Aside from that, my real feedback is that your data room doesn't have a feature to review the most recently uploaded documents in temporal order. This is a crucical feature to M&A lawyers, and a lot of your clients use Box for M&A deals. I would suggest that you look at DataSite and incorporate some of their features, because there are a lot of M&A lawyers who are forced to use your service (becuase you're who the bankers decided to use) and the experience is way worse than DataSite. Request for Additional Output Items in the User Details Report
Could we enable the User Details report to include the user's registration date on Box? Specifically, we would like to propose adding a column titled "User Registration Date."
This information is necessary for user management.
Currently, we have to request this information from Box regularly.

Box AI Reports now available for existing Box plans
Box AI Reports are currently only available on the Enterprise+ plan.

Flexible Account Display Name
I want to change the display name of accounts for internal and external collaboration within my company's tenant.
When viewing content within my company, displaying "Name-Department" makes it easier to identify individuals in a large organization.
On the other hand, for external collaboration partners, I don't want to show the department name, but "Name-Company" can be easier to identify.
It would be great if the display name could be customized according to each environment.
