Box Drive can no longer "open on box.com" on Mac
Previously on Box Drive you could right click on a file and choose to be taken to its location on box.com.
Since the latest Mac, the functionality has disappeared, which affects the ease of using integrations with box.

Add a RE-DO function to the UI
I accidentally covered a file (A) with another one (B) when I was UPLOADing (B). I want to re-do that step but I cannot find a way to do that. I tried to get access to older version of that file to recover the old one but there was no older version record, It looks like I lose that file (A) permanently.
I need your help to:
(1) Recover the file (A)
(2) Add a RE-DO function to the UIThank you.

Single Pane of Glass for Multitenant Administration
We currently have 3 Box tenants that we are having to support and currently doing so with 3 different sets of accounts/credentials. We would like to be able to see all tenants under one Admin Console and be able to make changes from that one console to all of our Box tenants.
We are also using Okta single sign on all domain joined devices. Users login to their laptop with their primary domain account and are signed in to the primary Box tenant. Users that need to access a different Box tenant are having to user another browser or incognito…

Relay outcome based on File Type
Use Relay to take actions on files based on file type - e.g. ability to create a workflow that if X file is uploaded to a folder and is a .JPG, the outcome would be to add Z metadata or copy the file to Y folder, etc.

Access Stats time reporting in Web App
For reporting purposes, would like the time stamp within Access Stats to show user activity on a file down to the second within in web app reporting (hr:min:sec). Currently, Access Stats give access time to the minute (hr:min).

Make it possible to change or remove multiple people's permissions on a folder all at hte same time. I
Currently, if you want to change or remove the permissions of collaborators, you need to do it individually, and it takes 3-5 clicks/person. It would be great if there was a checkbox and you could click or unclick those you wanted to remove from collaborating. Alternately, it would be even better if the the folder could be moved to an archive which would automatically remove permissions.

Bug related to New Folders and Inputting Titles
Every time you create click create a new folder, the title input box pops up but you're only allowed to type for less than 1 second before you have to manually click back into the Folder Name text box.
I am using the Box website online and this issue didn't exist until Q4 2019 when I first noticed it. At that time, a user had to click the tab button to be able to type into the Folder Name text box after creating a new folder. The tab button no longer works as of today on Box.com meaning that a…

When something is uploading I cannot see the last file on the list because the "Uploading Bar" is covering that up
Make it so that you can detach the upload box from the bottom and move it to the side, or have the Upload box be even more collapsible to a single small tab so that it doesn't get in the way like it does now.

Multiple Uploads failed - please solve that
Every day I get a message that multiple uploads failed due to file type.
But I have to find all of these manually.
Please make a button to isolate all those files in a local folder, to stop the messages from coming, and allow the user to sort those out.1 vote -
Transfersafe - Docs Signed Email Notification
An option to have the signed email notification be an option on it's own. The amount of emails TS sends is a lot, but this would be a key email that some may want to keep an eye out for.

The ability to send a file to a specified user without requesting receiver to create Box account
We are looking for a way to share a file without requesting external receiver to create Box account. Shared Link with "anyone can access" is too open and risky so we need to specify the receiver by email etc. Dropbox provides this by Dropbox Transfer.

Box passwords user experience
Two issues I'd like to highlight that is significantly making the Box user experience for my users (and me) extremely frustrating.
1) Box Drive sign in experience
When my users try to sign into Box Drive and input incorrect passwords multiple times and keep trying, they get a captcha response requirement to continue trying. It's simply broken. It requires images to be selected but this process always gets stuck in an endless loop. Instagram Feed Planning
Hello!
Im trying to plan my instagram feed and considering some apps to do this. My problem is that I cannot access my photos in Box from these apps.
For ex-. I can't upload pics stored in my Box using PreviewApp or Planoly. In Planoly the option to upload from Box doesn't even show up. On PreviewApp the option shows up, but when I click, I only see a 'sand clock' with no option to proceed.Every app is linked to Dropbox. I think Box should make sure that apps link to Box the same way as with Dropbox.

We need Box enablement to all the App user to "see" the refreshes of documents periodically

Moving shared folders should be simple and not involve changing ownership
Many people in my organization share folders with me. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM ends up in my top-level directory. But some should be in one folder and some in another. I should be able to move any shared folder, even ones I am not a collaborator on, to ANY place in my directory structure without changing the physical storage space and without worrying about ownership. automatically disable link expiry
I never want my shared links to expire. I wish there was a way for me to set a link expiry preference on my account since I have to follow this process for every boxnote.
- create a boxnote.
- navigate to the folder it is in.
- create shared link.
- go to link settings.
- disable link expiry.
I wish I could instead just create a box note, click share and be done with it knowing my link won't expire.

Box web UI does not clarify whether download capability is available for a shared folder
When logged into the web app on both Firefox and Safari for macOS, I see options to open a particular shared folder file (PDF format) by opening it in Adobe Acrobat.
However, I later receive the error message "There was a problem completing your request. Please try again".
I'd strongly suggest against such generic error messages. It is possible that the opening of the file in this way does not succeed due to folder permissions. Perhaps I am not granted access to this folder or file to do anything other than view the document inline. The thing is, I do…

I receive an email from support at box ... (also referencing Zendesk in the email domain)
And within this email there is a link with label "this link".
Following the link in a session that begins free of any cookies and state (that is, a private browsing session), I am brought to a page to authenticate me - which is just fine.
However, post-authentication (or in the process), I'm brought to ageneric support page instead of the specific ticket ID. I'm brought to: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us
