Make sure there are multiple ways to login to Box incase 2FA is disabled or not working. Perhaps ask a security question in lieu of the 2FA. So if someone changes the phone or email or the app, they can login with their username and password, and then if the 2FA fails, answer some security questions to get logged in. I just changed my phone and the authenticator app was not working,so I had to email the Box team and it took 2 weeks to get back into my account. So let's come up with a system for this. Thanks.

Explorer
When you open a folder in Explorer format and use BackSpace to go back from where you opened it, the opened folder will be hidden from view in the reduced window. If there are only a few displayed items when you return, there is no problem because you can see everything, but if there are a lot of files and folders (more than can be displayed in the reduced window), some of the objects visible in the window will be displayed. , it goes out of its way to be one of the topmost files and folders. why? Toolbar vanishes randomly
When multiple files are selected the toolbar goes invisble and right click options are reduced to a minimum. The chance increases with every selected file which makes it practically impossible to move multiple files/folders at the same time.

Admin permissions
Admin role and permissions should be able to correct a mistake When a collaborator is accidentally given the ownership of a folder. Also when the owner of folders and files leaves a company, the Admin should be able to reassign ownership.

Box Sign notifications: a setting to group notifications sent to signers in case of many docs sent for signing during the day
Sometimes our managers receive several docs for signing during the day and it's not convenient to be pinged by the requests during the day, also there is a chance to miss something if they don't sign immediately.
We'd like an option to group such notification in order that the employee receives one notification per day with all docs they need to sign.

If I drag folder directly from my PC to Box, some files in the folder cannot be uploaded
If I drag folder directly from my PC to Box (webpage), some files in the folder cannot be uploaded. I find this problem persist and happen more than once. Why?
This is annoying because after I upload a folder, I need to check manually whether all files in that folder has been correctly uploaded. "Upload folder" function become useless.

Improved file count interval in WebUI
I heard that it takes up to 24 hours to update the number of files.
When moving folders in Box, you may want to check the number of files immediately.
I want to be able to see the number of files in real time.

Sharing permissions
Currently, if an account does not have sharing privileges at the "upper level", it cannot be shared at the "lower level".
Therefore, although the "higher hierarchy" holds more information, it is not possible to give them permission to share only part of it.

Default search in "Sign" section
Please update the default setting for the search bar in the 'Sign' section. Currently, it only searches within the list of documents sent for signature, even though we had a separate search bar for that purpose. The search function should be set to search across all areas.

Add Timestamp to Files and Folder Tree Report
The Files and Folder Tree report in the Admin Console only displays the date for content created/modified, etc. It'd be helpful to include the full timestamp in the date field.

Customize System-Generated Email Notification Messages
Box notification emails (such as the warning users receive when content will be deleted by retention policy) should be customizable to some degree. They should also include the ability to include a link users can click for more information.

Automatic Data Move without an assigment
We have created a relay and need a use case where a file, after being uploaded to a specific folder, is automatically moved to another folder. Currently, the relay is only possible when the starter confirms an assignment; we need this without an assignment. The file should be moved after a defined time.

Remove or Show a Different Box Admin Address to Enterprise Users
In the Account tab of the user Account Settings screen, users can scroll down & see our Box Admin service account e-mail address, which we need to keep invisible. (We certainly don't want users spamming it when we have a help desk.)
How can we either eliminate showing the Admin Contact here or show a different address? (This should be an Admin Console setting.)
This part of the product design does not show any regard for an enterprise with more than a few IT folks.
