Email notification to include name of person signing
Looking for an option where the email notification includes the name of the signee from your signature requests.
This would make it easier to search in our emails rather than having to click the link to see who signed the documents, which wastes time and makes it a lot harder to track.

Request for enlargement ratio when browsing files
- Thin line in a file disappear, when we reduce file's rate of magnification and display whole file on screen. So, we would like you to consider measures.
- When the rate of magnification bar and title bar overlie on the file,we can’t see the characters and figures in the file. So, we need a function to erase these bars temporarily.
- The default file's rate of magnification is 200%, when we browse a file. The file's rate of magnification can change in 25% increments now. But our customer would like to change more finely.(in 1% increments,if it’s possible.)

Box Skills triggers for shared links and collaborators
Currently webhooks support shared link and collaborators event triggers. Webhook v1 can be set at org level but does not work. Webhook v2 cannot be set at org level.
As Box Skills is the recommended webhooks for 3rd party CASB providers over Webhooks v1 or v2.

I don't want the header to be printed when printing in Excel.
When printing important Excel file documents, I want the headers to not be printed.

Update Rejected naming in the notifications
Please stop writing "rejected" in the notification that comes back when the created approval task is rejected. I would like to see more options, such as "send back".

Specification for uploading Outlook attachments to Box in the Box app (Box: The Content Cloud: 5.13.0)
When saving Outlook email attachments via the Box app (Box: The Content Cloud: 5.13.0) on a smartphone, I would like to be able to register a folder other than "All files" on the destination selection screen.
It is time-consuming to select a folder by going down the hierarchy from the root (all files) each time when selecting a destination, Please make it possible to add any folder to the destination selection screen, such as favorites.
スマホにおいて、Outlookメールの添付ファイルをBoxアプリ（Box: The Content Cloud：5.13.0）経由で保存する際、保存先の選択画面にて「すべてのファイル」以外を登録できるようにしてほしい。
保存先を選択する際に毎回ルート（すべてのファイル）から階層を辿ってフォルダを選択することは手間であるため、お気に入りなどのように任意のフォルダを保存先選択画面へ追加できるようにしてほしい。

Restriction of the link icon for specific folders
There have been cases of employees accidentally clicking the link icon for "Create and copy a shared link" while working on the web site.
In order to prevent such cases, is it possible to implement a function to enable or disable the link icon for specific folders on Box?

We have multiple folders for each project. And navigating up and down the file tree is something I use often. how do i navigate back up?!?! the most recent update removed the folder path

Ability to delete comments in the mobile version of Box
Currently, the mobile version of Box does not have the ability to delete comments.
I have been marking files by handwriting, etc., but it is inconvenient without the ability to delete them.1 vote -
Behavior of checkbox [Disable all email notifications for all collaborators] in folder settings.
[Email and Notifications] section in folder settings ([...] > [Settings]) , when the settings saved with checkbox [Disable all email notifications for all collaborators] selected, the radio buttons [Use my default notification settings] and [Override default settings for this folder and all subfolder] remaining inactive even if the checkbox selections cleared.
Therefore, when I change the setting of radio buttons I have to save it once.
It is inconvenient, so it needs to be improved so that radio buttons can be activated without saving once when the checkbox is cleared.日本語(Japanese)：

Real time alert if user accesses Box from a new location/device
Currently we get a Daily Login Activity report. This is a daily report and most important piece of information on it is report of new logins with information like user, device, time, and IP address..
Unfortunately this is daily and can only be on or off.
Requesting the ability to enable real time notification instead of the daily.
As it relates to security, immediate notification is critical for unauthorized access.1 vote -
Box Sign- Template New Recipient Update (fields)
Ability to assign a new recipient on a Box Sign Template from placeholder to new person across all the fields in the document without having to first add the new recipient, then having to assign each field to the new recipient from the placeholder.

Remove Zoom Feature on Box Sign
It would be great to be able to remove/move the page/zoom bubble at the bottom of the Box Sign signature screen. It typically falls right over where a signature needs to be placed, and can be tough to work around.

Box to prompt for a large data or folder deletion.
Box to prompt when a user is trying to delete more than X amount of data. OR Y amount of files from Box. Box to ask user to type something specific like “confirm”, “delete” or their email address in order to proceed with the file deletion.

"Restore All" and "Delete All" is not available in the specific case
"Restore All" and "Delete All" button in Trash is the function to restore or delete all items that are in both "Items I Deleted" and "Items I Own" filters.
So if there are any items in either filter, I think the buttons should be pressable in Trash.
But if there are items only in one filter, the buttons are grayed out in a filter that has no items.This can cause confusion, so I hope it would be any behavior like the following.

Support & governance
Allow all users, even free users, to publish a ticket to support for resolution, as was the case in the past. If this is not the case, you might as well delete the accounts of your free users, given the serious consequences they may suffer if their problems remain unresolved. This will prevent the worst from happening. It would surely be fairer and better for Box's governance.

A left pane, My collection should be more controllable
A left pane, My collection should be more controllable.
It is happy if a left pane menu will be able to fold and unfold .
And more, if a left pane menu will able to change the order of "My collection" items.The left pane is not neccerry all to be anytime.

Flexibility to not notify signers
Interested in having more flexibility of who gets notifications during a signature process. If there are multiple people involved but not everyone needs to a copy, they want to be able to elect for this option to reduce noise in inboxes
