Custom Applications Scroll
At IBM we have a large number of JWT applications currently whitelisted and we receive new requests for them daily. When we want to whitelist a new application, we have to click through 9 pages of Custom Applications listed in the admin console to Enable the App Authorization.
This makes approving 4 applications a 30 minute process because each arrow click to the nexxt page takes up to a minute to load.
Instead of having arrows to flip between the pages of existing JWT apps, I recommend a scroll bar so we can quickly scroll to the bottom of the…

NetSuite integrations security enhancement.
Allow the creation of a folder in Box that is secured by box, but the record is attached to the transaction. For example, under bill payments adding a box folder that can hold the contract for that specific payment. Contracts have more confidential information that needs to be secured. Since security in NetSuite is best used as a group, not all who can see if a payment was made, should see the details of the contract. Therefore the select folder should allow more restrictive security, managed by box.

List of folders with overridden email notifications
Many users choose to override the default email notifications for certain box folders but then forget which folders they chose the override setting. It would be nice under the Notifications section to list which folders the user has chosen to override email notification settings.

Apply a custom support email address (i.e. support@mycompany.com)
Apply custom email address (i.e. distribution list), rather than defaulting to the Box Admin's personal email address in error messages. This is most prevalent in our organization when users attempt to use apps that are disabled by our policy.
The resulting error message is
"This application cannot be used because it is not allowed by your Box Administrator."
"If you have any questions, please contact your administrator at John.Smith@mycompany.com"
For large organizations, with global offices, and as an enterprise-class application, Box should provide the ability to have a distribution list email address rather than an individual (ex. support@mycompany.com)

folder notification
Notifications about folder activity for emails who are not collaborators in the folder.
Use case: Our end users are not allowed to access cloud data sites on our corporate network per compliance regulations thus them not being added as a collaborators. I sync the folders down to our file servers and share them creating a two-way data sync between our end users and their clients who use the website. I’ve just been asked to supply alerts when a client performs activities in shared folders but can’t do so directly because I can’t add specific email addresses to the alerts.

Capabilities to upload SmartSheets.
We use SmartSheets on a daily basis and would love it if BOX would have the capabilities to upload SmartSheets so that we are able to share with others users in BOX.

SSO for Salesforce Community for Box free External Collaborator License
We have a growing Salesforce Community. Some have their own Box accounts; others do not and are provided with Box free External Collaborator license. However we want to implement Box for Salesforce Community for all our users. Currently we can not implement SSO with free External Collaborators.

Custom text in password entry screen on password protected links
Allow users to customize the text that displays when a user is prompted to enter a password when accessing a password protected shared link. The text currently says "The content you are attempting to access is password protected. To continue, enter the password below." It would be helpful to enter custom text like "By entering the password below you agree to the following terms of use: " so that we could ensure that users are reading and agreeing to a confidentiality agreement every time they access the file.

Update Shared Link Reports to Stop Security Flaw
Whilst I see this issue was raised a few years ago, I wanted to separately address this.
Currently, from discussions resulting from a support case ticket, when I send a shared link email, there doesn't appear to be a shared link report that includes critical details such as the date the shared link was sent together with at least the email address of the recipient.
The shared link report under User Activities only appears to show actions by the owner of the link and no details of the recipient (i.e. download/access details).

Folder sharing workflow to show all options by default
Currently, when I click on "share this folder", I have only a minimal screen.
For security I ALWAYS want to expire the shared link after some days, but currently I need to click the link for additional options, before I can set an expiration date.I would help me a lot on my day-to-day work, if ALL SHARING OPTIONS would be visible at once, after I click on the "share this folder" button. An in my opinion it would also help other customers to protect their shares, as they would be aware of the additional functionality (expiration, passcode set).

Please add Box as an extension option to Safari iOS. I only get Box as an option in Safari when I want to save a PDF. Need Box for cut and paste usage in Safari! Please consider this option.

Share folders with all users in the organization with specific default permissions (ie Editor, Viewer, or Uploader)

Content Manager needs bulk folder/file re-assignment tools
If a user changes departments or leaves, must be a way to re-assign files and folders - not just a choice of all owned material to one designated user (if deleting the prior user's account) or update one folder at a time. That is unsuitable for enterprise management.
Might also want to allow login from the support suggestion link before slamming a red bar demanding a sign-in other than the default Anonymous.

Enhance Custom Applications for large enterprises
Concerning "Custom Applications" (Admin Console-->Enterprise Settings-->Apps-->Custom Applications), the limits enforced by Box are entirely too low for a large enterprise.
--The dashboard for Custom Applications shows "22 of 25 App User licenses used". However, I only see 10 listed on the page. When I click the arrow icon to advance to page 2, I then see two more. So I can only view 12 of the 22 apps.
--When I click the 3-dot icon to the right of one of the apps to view the menu of actions, then click one of the actions, the view re-positions to the Box…

Remove message model when changing owners
We would like message prompts that come up whenever with changing owners to be gone within the move and copy module so moving items between different folders is faster and quicker.

Filter folders by date modified when selecting "Move or Copy"
Would like to have the ability to filter folders by date modified when selecting "Move or Copy." Currently files are organized by alpha and I have to scroll through files to find the one I recently created.
