Draft (Sender) - Ability to save a sign request / template as a draft
When preparing documents, there is no feature for draft-saving.

Box Shuttle Scheduling Feature onboard
Currently BoxShuttle does not have a scheduler function.

Include comments in workflow complete email
Customer who uses Relay a lot for their AP/procurement process. People involved in the invoice approval process often leave comments in the workflow related to each job/invoice. Customer wants to see all of the comments associated with that approval workflow when they receive the email confirmation that the workflow is compete. That email confirmation is saved and they want the context that the comments provide included in that confirmation email.

Allow reporting of user search activity
Allow reporting of user search activity.
We would like to get statistics on how many times a day users search on Box.
And what searched. who was search.
This is currently not available in the User Activity Report.that research for user's searching demand is an important knowledge data for admin and usage development.

Add new Variables to Box Relay for Naming
In Box Relay, I find the additional variables in the Naming of Folders and Files, such as the Trigger Date, to be very helpful. However, I would like to suggest including a new variable that would reference "Workflow Starter".
Workflow Starter variable could potentially include:
- User's email
- User's Last and First name
- User's Box ID
By incorporating this variable, I would be able to effectively organize incoming files into folders named after the user who uploaded them.

Schedule settings for all reports
Currently, the following reports cannot be scheduled.
・Platform Activity
・Outbound Activity
・Security Logs
・Legal Holds
・RetentionThere are several types of reports that only the administrator can output, Since it takes time to output each report, automatic acquisition on a regular basis will improve operational efficiency.

Allow the selection of multiple files at once to send to Box in the Google Workspace Box Add On
It's currently not possible to select multiple files to add to box when using the Google Workspace Add On. This would be useful.

sign in via phone
Seems more and more sites now are going away from having users sign-in via an email and allowing them to sign-in via their phone number. User enters phone number and generally authorization code sent and entered before allowed into site. Not sure if there are regulations to have users sign-in particular way based on the information that could be stored, but just an idea to potentially allow login by phone number in addition to email and password.

Right now a GIF file cannot be pasted directly into a Box Note as a picture. I can paste a link to it, but not the actual picture itself.

Request to improve metadata_query limitation
Metadata queries Limitations
https://developer.box.com/guides/metadata/queries/limitations/When sending a metadata query request for which the result set exceeds 2,000 items, the API can only guarantee that it returns all all matching results if both the following conditions are met.
1.The requesting user has at least Previewer permission to all items in the result set
2.The ancestor folder contains all of the files in the result setWith the above limitation, it is not possible to narrow down the search to metadata for a specific folder when the range of metadata assigned is wide.
Could it be improved so that the number of items in the result set is counted after taking into consideration the narrowing down of folders?
*Request is to remove the limitation of "2. The ancestor folder ~".When sending a metadata query request for which the result set exceeds 2,000 items and for which these conditions are not true, the API might return error with a 4XX response code indicating that the query will need to be restricted to return fewer results.
Alternatively, could it be possible to relax the limit of 2,000 items, which is the number of result set items that could return the above error?

Add Setting to open documents in a new tab by default
Clicking on a document opens the document in that tab, which means I now have to go back to view the document list again. opening a document should open in a new tab by default (trivial html edit) which should also be configurable at the user profile level.

Box Sign requests default "my requests" folder
Box Sign requests default to save into a "my requests" folder for all users. We don't always need the sign request saved into our regular Box folder structure and having a separate place for each user to send their requests to would be more beneficial.
