Support & governance
Allow all users, even free users, to publish a ticket to support for resolution, as was the case in the past. If this is not the case, you might as well delete the accounts of your free users, given the serious consequences they may suffer if their problems remain unresolved. This will prevent the worst from happening. It would surely be fairer and better for Box's governance.

A left pane, My collection should be more controllable
A left pane, My collection should be more controllable.
It is happy if a left pane menu will be able to fold and unfold .
And more, if a left pane menu will able to change the order of "My collection" items. The left pane is not neccerry all to be anytime.
it's more useful if it extractable.Thank you,

Check the details of SSO for external collaborators
We can require 2-FA for external collaborators, but for external collaborators using SSO, Box does not check for whether users pass multi-factor authentication. Please add the ability what kind of authentications(ID/Pass, MFA, Device check, IP address limitation, etc) does external collaborators passed on SSO.

Permanently mark a file as not malicious
We had a user (with Box Drive) who had a file marked as malicious. She apparently made a change to a local copy and added it back to her folder, causing it to be marked as malicious a second time. In fairness, the hash is different, since the file changed. When I looked at the first event, I ran the file through VT, and the results came back as all clean, so I marked it as not malicious. The user was still not able to access the file. I had to go back into Shield, find the second instance, scan it with VT, and mark it as not malicious there also. The user was then able to access the file. I'm concerned that each time she makes a change to the file, it will be flagged as malicious again by Shield. It would be helpful if there was a way to mark the file as not malicious in a way that would persist.

Flexibility to not notify signers
Interested in having more flexibility of who gets notifications during a signature process. If there are multiple people involved but not everyone needs to a copy, they want to be able to elect for this option to reduce noise in inboxes

Collect price offers that are published at a specific time
Would like to be able to create a user where the user can upload offers for a job. BUT the information must first be published to everyone including admin at a specified time.

Need for Retaining and Utilizing EXIF Data when Uploading Photos to box.com and Box Drive
I have been managing my photos on my PC and I'm considering migrating them to Box for better organization and accessibility. However, I've encountered a significant obstacle - the important EXIF data associated with my photos, such as the capture date and time, is lost once the photos are saved in a Box folder. This issue persists whether I upload the photos directly from the browser or through other methods.
I'm using Box Drive on Windows, and I've noticed that the property values also disappear in Explorer. Interestingly, when I moved the same file out of Box Drive, the property values were restored, suggesting that they are merely hidden. I'd like to request that, at the very least on Windows, property values such as EXIF are made accessible according to Windows specifications.
The EXIF data is crucial to my workflow as I rely on it for tasks like sorting and grouping photos based on the capture date. I believe many other users could also benefit from having this information available, as it could significantly enhance the organization and searchability of photos within Box. Besides, utilizing additional EXIF information can also open up new possibilities for managing and organizing photos.
I have attempted to create a metadata template using the EXIF property names as a workaround, but it hasn't proven to be an effective solution.
Hence, I would like to request the Box team to consider the feature to retain and utilize EXIF data when photos are uploaded. This feature would greatly enhance the user experience and functionality of Box for those of us who manage large photo libraries.
Thank you for considering this feature request. I look forward to any updates regarding this issue.

Allow Us To Move Collaborator Folders to a sub-folder without removing the permissions
When a user shares a folder with us it sits in our Root folder. Can these show up in a Shared folder to save our Root folder having a load of odd name folders. We believe you can do this in Dropbox.
ideally we need to be able to change the folder name at our end too without amending it at the user end.

Combine WORD and PDF documents
Please create a function to be able to combine WORD and/or PDF documents within BOX so we do not need to down load all of the documents, combine and then add back to BOX.

Prohibit the creation of free accounts
I want to prohibit the use of SSO without SSO because I cannot use SSO due to circumstances.
We are aware of the automatic registration function, but due to budget constraints, we would like to create accounts based on internal requests for creation.2 votes -
Support for Qualified electronic signature (QES)
Supporting Qualified Electronic Signature through 3rd-party identity validation would be incredibly useful as it's required within the EU for some categories of processes

Update Managed User email addresses at scale with a support ticket
This happens all the time when companies change their name and email domain, and is very easy to do on platforms like Zoom, where they give us a .CSV with our current list of Managed Users that we update with new emails for the Managed Users.
When changing emails for Managed Users in bulk, give us the option to submit an Excel list with old emails and new emails to Support, and have support handle everything on the backend so that those users can now login with the new emails.

Support a parameter to remove all external collaborations for all folders and files under the given folder
Folder trees often needs to be cleansed of external users. It would be easier for admins to have a single call to traverse through a tree to remove external collaborations (external users, and possibly managed users, etc).
My suggestion is to add this as a parameter to the existing collaborations API call.

allowing admins to sort by what folder permissions a user has so we can mirror those for another user
allowing admins to sort by what folder permissions a user has so we can mirror those for another user. Right now, I can't sort by permissions under a user. I have to manually scroll down the whole folder structure and then have another window open with the user that needs the same permissions to the same folders, and add them manually. Why can't we sort by folder owner, or permission?

Allow more than one Box Sign Display Setting per Salesforce object
Within the 'Box Sign Display Settings' tab in Salesforce, only one configuration can be specified per object
We may need to send different documents (with different Email Subject, Email Body, Recipients) etc
It would be good to be able to have multiple setups for an object

Salesforce Quote object support
Although a Box Sign button can be added to the object as there is no Lookup field to Quote on the 'Box Sign' object a record is not generated, so we cannot see the status of a sent Box Sign
