Better alignment options for multiple Box Sign fields
We could use better alignment tools for aligning multiple fields in Box Sign. We would like to be able multiple fields and have an option to align them all together to the left, right or center.
For example, if we have a document requiring 5 signatures, we would like to be able to select all 5 of those signatures fields and have them all aligned to the left so they are exactly one underneath each other.
Currently, we can drag each field and use the dotted line alignment guides to get close to aligning correctly with the field above it, but there is often an options modal that gets in the way of being able to see where the field above or below it precisely is.

Apply retention policy to both metadata and folder
Currently you can only select metadata or folder when applying retention policy,
I would like to set the retention policy up by applying both metadata and folder.
This way I can restrict the specific content by narrowing down the files within the folder that has a specific metadata.3 votes -
Add metadata to multiple files (without using a folder cascade)
I was wondering if it would be possible to add the possibility to add metadata to different pictures/files at the same time. We know it's possible to add meta data to a whole folder, but we would like the same to be possible for a selection of pictures within a folder. It is possible to add tags in this way, but not meta data.

I have to unlock it in order to delete it… not intuitive and a poor end user experience that confuses a lot of our customers.

Ability to designate a group as the recipient of a Box Sign
We have materials that we need all members of each department to sign,
and it is difficult to select each member one by one,

Default sort only savable from All files page
The default file sort (name or last updated) can not be saved as a default. When refreshing the page it goes back to the last sort that you used on the "All Files" page.
Similar to other online file sharing platforms, when you change teh default sort to name or last modified it saves that sort for all other folders. On Box.com if you change the default sort to by last modified on the All Files page it then applies that as the default sort for all other sub folders. I found this bug with Box support after entering a ticket. They suggested I report the bug here. Case 2744369The default file sort (name or last updated) can not be saved as a default. Be able to use Microsoft 365 for our mail server sending Box Sign
We would like to use Microsoft 365 to send mail for Box Sign. The issue now is that some people get emails from Box and they'll block the domain in their spam filters. (Sorry Box) Most of our customers have our domain whitelisted. It would look more professional and we can manage it better.

BoxDrive-like UI for web apps
I want you to change the UI of the web application like Windows Explorer or BoxDrive.
Specifically, I would like the content list screen to be split into two, with the folder list displayed on the left and the contents of the folder displayed on the right.
If you use this UI, you won't have to switch screens every time you want to display another folder, so I think it will improve work efficiency.<WebアプリのBoxDriveのようなUI>
WebアプリのUIをWindowsエクスプローラやBoxDriveのように変更してほしい。
具体的には、コンテンツ一覧画面を２分割して、左側にフォルダ一覧、右側にフォルダ内コンテンツが表示されるようにしてほしい。

Rewind a folder
Dropbox had an incredibly useful feature called "rewind", where you could rewind the entire contents of a particular folder back to a certain point in time. This has saved our company on numerous occasions. Box should look into adding this feature since there isn't a way to preview different versions of a folder (only a file). Could save customers from huge headaches of losing files within a folder.

Dear Box team, I am trying to install the Content Cloud Plugin for Adobe Creative Cloud.
We can install: Content Cloud Plugin Content Cloud Plugin | https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/108224/content-cloud-plugin - this one is free but doesn’t have the Box integration
What we need is this: Content Cloud Plugin for Box Content Cloud Plugin for Box | https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/108110/content-cloud-plugin-for-box - which we can't install because I apparently have to pay for it.
As the integration is offered in the Box App center, would it be possible to get the Content Cloud Plugin for Box for free?Also, we are in general interested in more Adobe-Box integrations (e.g. Workfront, Adobe AEM, Adobe Dynamic Media, Adobe Photoshop integrations).

Gap in deleting a file being locked between WebApp and Box Drive
In WebApp, collaborators don't have trash menu against the locked file, meaning collaboration cannot delete it during being locked. However, they are able to remove the locked file from their drive and leave an error in problem items. This deletion can only be done within Box Drive and the file isn't actually deleted. After removing the file lock, Box Drive will make it effective on Box. This can lead the users to create a same item before removing the file lock, and edit.
