Ability to display and move the BoxDrive search window anywhere
The BoxDrive search window will be displayed according to your taskbar display settings.
We would like to be able to display and move anywhere with mouse operation or setting.

Ability to search history
We use history as a way to find files that we have seen in the past.
However, the history does not have a search function, and only 50 files can be displayed per screen.
Moreover, it is very inconvenient to go back and check the history because you have to click the next page many times.
Please make history searchable.過去に見たことがあるファイルを見つける方法として履歴が存在しますが、
履歴には検索機能がなく、1画面あたり50ファイルしか表示できません。

Require additional Multi-Factor Authentication for external collaborators using SSO
We can require 2-FA for external collaborators, but for external collaborators using SSO, Box does not check for whether users pass multi-factor authentication. Please add the ability to require additional multi-factor authentication for external collaborators using SSO.

Change Back Bullet/Numbering/Checkbox on Box Notes
I have tried reporting this as a bug, though I have been told it is an "expected behavior" - Users used to be able to change individual lines' bullet formatting - but now, if you change a line, it changes ALL LINES above and below to the selected formatting (bullet/numbering/checkbox). Even if you highlight a single line, all lines above and below get changed with it. Please change this back to how it was!

When copying a file from another folder in a Box, if the destination folder contains a file with the same name, a message will appear asking if the file should be overwritten.
The message "There is a file with the same name, do you want to overwrite it? and if the user selects "Yes", the file can be overwritten.Currently, the process is: "Add (1) to the end of the copied file"⇒ "Rename the file that already exists" ⇒ "Remove (1) from the end of the copied file".
However, it is not possible to manage the version history as a single file, and the file ID is different, so it may be inconvenient.＜ファイルコピー時、コピー先フォルダ内に同名のファイルが存在する場合、上書きするかどうかの確認機能の追加＞

Create automated Relay against multiple folders
Many times, there is a single automated workflow, e.g. from a file action or folder event, that actually applies across different folders in the structure.
Today, we can only select one folder for the workflow and therefore have to duplicate the workflow multiple times if we want it to work in different places. Then, if the workflows needs updating, then it has to be done in multiple places, which isn't the best place use of time.
It would be great if, in the workflow builder, if you can select more than folder for where the workflow should listen for the event, meaning you can easily scale out the workflow to different folders.

Ability to turn off all suggestion notifications
give me an option to turn off all suggestions for feature exploration. I'm only here to access files and do not care about whatever features are available; making me click 'maybe another time' rather than providing a 'i never want to see a notification like this ever again' option big thumbs down.

In-person signing without e-mail address
In in-person signing, e-mail is required even though sender will verify the signer's ID using driver's license,SSN,etc in front of signer.
If signer don't own email address or email inaccessible, you can't create in-person sign request.
For example, hospitalized, elderly people.
It would be ideal if in-person sign request have a option to work without email address.1 vote -
Pause and Resume Uploads or downloads to or from Box
The ability to Pause Downloads + Uploads so that Resource intensive tasks on other software can be carried out on a single computer/device without being slowed down by Box Transferring large amounts of data to/from the device to cloud. The ability to resume Downloads + Uploads after resource intensive tasks are completed.
Not everyone/every company has the budget to have expensive "workhorse" computers or Gigabit internet (not to mention a lot of places dont even have gigabit internet. (Im lucky enough to have access to both where I work and I STILL run into issues from time to time)

Box Drive support MacOS Monterey
Box does not support Box Drive aliases with Mac OS Monterey. We need this feature back so users don't remove/delete files and folders from Box by mistake.

Bring back WebDav support
Please bring back WebDav support. It had better performance than Box Drive or Sync and was easier to setup for Linux or Windows.

Ability to control roll-out of Box apps
Right now, updates to apps like Box Drive roll-out in a phased approach without any admin control. That means that I have some users on one version and some on another... and the manual download version is the old version so I can't force-update anyone who is having issues and needs to take advantage to a bug-fix version.
If this is difficult, then just post the current/new version as the manual download - problem solved!

Ability to change the URL of the notification email to a URL for each tenant.
I would like to be able to change the URL of the notification email to a URL for each tenant.
In the notification email, click on "Go to My Account" to go to https://box.com.
I would like to be able to change this URL to a per-tenant URL. Example: https://[company name].ent.box.com
Currently, if you are using SSO login or if your firewall controls access by domain, the user accessing the site must manually change the URL.
It takes a lot of man-hours for a user who receives a notification e-mail to follow the above procedure every time, and there are patterns that may affect security settings, so we would like tenants to be able to set a fixed URL.【日本語】
