Date and Signature paired when being dragged into Box Sign doc
Can we have customers pull the date and signature at the same time onto the document? Have heard some feedback that pulling the two fields separately might be an issue when scaling up the use case.

We want to be able to output a log of access to a folder as a report
We want to prohibit access to folders with each access right more than necessary.
We want you to add a function that can acquire the access log to the folder as a monitoring method for that.supplement:
We are not considering removing access rights as a way to ban access.
We strongly hope for this feature as a way to monitor it.(Japan)

Create the folder settings that allows only owners to create subfolders
<We want you to add a feature to the folder settings that "only owners can create subfolders">
By adding this feature, we can prohibit the creation of folders while granting invitation rights.
This will prevent collaborators with co-owner and lower permissions from creating folders, which will prevent unnecessary subfolders from being created and will be easier to control.<フォルダの設定に「サブフォルダを作成できるのは所有者のみ」という設定を追加してほしい>
この機能を追加することで、招待権限を与えつつフォルダの作成を禁止することができます。

Drag to re-order lists and tables in Box Notes
I use lists in Box Notes quite frequently for lists of tasks or priorities. After entering the list items, I often wish to reorder the items. If you could add a simple drag to re-order list items behavior, lists would be a far more useful capability within notes.
This same drag to re-order functionality would also be very useful in tables within Box Notes
The best implementation that I have seen is in the OSX notes app, where a faint grabber icon appears next to the row and column of a table that you are editing. You can re-order rows or columns simply by dragging this grabber icon.

Post filter action on the collaborator management screen
The following events occur when 100 or more people are invited to the folder.
・If you specify a domain and filter it, only 25 people will be displayed on one page.
・After transitioning to the next page, the applied filter function is cleared.It is hoped that it will operate as follows based on the above operation.
・We want to be able to display up to 100 people on one page even if I apply a filter
・We want to prevent the applied filter function from being cleared after moving to the next page.supplement:
As a workaround, there is a method to check from the collaboration report, but it takes time to output each time, so I would like you to implement it by all means.(Japan)

・ドメインを指定してフィルタを掛けると1ページに25名までしか表示されない。

Box Sign - Formatting of fields within paragraphs
Currently in Box it is not possible to drop in a signed field (e.g., Company Name) and have that display perfectly within the body of a paragraph. A great example of this would be a Non Disclosure Agreement which traditionally has the name of the organizations in the first paragraph. While you can drop a field in the approximate location, the sizing will not gracefully adapt to the entered text and it always looks slightly off compared to the rest of the document (e.g., alignment, placement, font, etc.). In other signing tools there is a Word Toolbar that allows you to drop in field attributes and the content experience is seamless.

The ability to search contextually for a topic and have related results be populated similar to an internet search engine e.g. you search for "Fruit" and search results include "apples, oranges, bananas etc."

Ability to go back to the root directory of the box tenant
When editing documents in box, you should leave the file path at the top of the document preview as well as include a mechanism for going back to my box tenant. Navigating backwards via the browser stops all edits and is delayed. Being able to tell box ignore changes and go back to the box directory listings is a better behavior for the user.

View Owner/Creator of Files in Box Drive
We would like the ability to display accurate information about the Owner/creator of files within Box Drive for Windows. The Owner column in Windows was used prior to our migration to Box to show who originally created the file for a folder all in a single glance. Although Box.com shows the upload history of individual files, it's a manual process of viewing each file-- a pain point-- compared to the table view of File Explorer with the Owner column displaying. Currently, within Box Drive/File Explorer, the Owner column is empty. This would be useful for the users to know who to contact regarding the files.
(Side note: Our migration to Box from file shares has modified the Owner of files to be 'Box Admin', altering the accuracy of what the users want to see -- the original creator of the file. The last Uploader in Box.com is the closest thing to what the users want to see but it is not exactly the same. )

Ability to sort bookmarks with other files (e.g., alphabetically)
Please allow links/bookmarks within folders to be sorted (e.g., alphabetically) and not stuck to the end of the list. This would make it easier to find items that are dated; I, for example, have all my items dated, and it's super inconvenient to have the bookmarks located separately/out of order within my folders.

Accessible text colors in Box Notes
Update text colors in Box to be accessible, WCAG-compliant color options. The option to create useful Box Notes by using text color is a nice feature, but most of the color options provided (other than black) do not meet even AA contrast standards and are difficult to read even with typical eyesight.
Minimally, the colors used in the suggested templates and on badges throughout Box should be accessible.

Box Sheild - Improved alert policies
We are based out of the US but have a few users based out of other countries. As of now, every time they access Box we get an alert for a suspicious login location. We can exclude the entire country, which we do not wish to do or we can exclude a specific IP. It would be great if we could create a IF THEN statement. Example: IF user = *@specificdomain.com AND location=specific country THEN SuspiciousLocationAlert=False.
To summarize, additional configuration of alerts would be very beneficial.

Ability to duplicate flows within a Relay
The ability to duplicate or copy flows within a single Relay. Allows users to easily create multiple flows with minor differences between them within a single Relay workflow.

Update activity report to include password reset (IP & time)
Add the password reset to the activity report or security log so that you know who sent it.
Logging the IP address and time of day when it was sent will make it easier to determine if it was done by a malicious third party or by the user.(In Japanese)
パスワードリセットが誰によって送信されたかが分かるようにアクティビティレポートもしくはセキュリティログに追加してください。
送信時のログにIPアドレスと時間帯ログにのこれば、悪意のある第三者実施したのかユーザーの手によって実施されたのかの調査がしやすくなります。4 votes
