Want to allow users with 0byte allocated storage to save Box AI Home responses.
We understand that Box AI Home answers cannot be saved when "Allocated Storage" is set to 0 bytes or insufficient — by design.
However, our company requires end users to have 0 bytes of allocated storage, which prevents them from saving AI Home answers. We request that this limitation be removed to improve usability.「割り当て済みストレージ」を0バイトに設定 or 十分な容量が割り当てられていない場合、Box AI Homeの回答を保存できないことはBoxの仕様と伺っています。
しかしながら会社の都合上、エンドユーザーには「割り当て済みストレージ」を0バイトに設定しており、結果としてAI Homeの回答が保存できません。

Box Shield MIP Integration with GCC High
For customers with GCC High environments (Microsoft), Purview is not currently able to be integrated using the Box Shield integration (as it can be with the commercial version of Purview) to map the MIP Sensitivity labels with Box Shield's classification labels. We would like to see Box Shield to be able to integrate with Purview when it lives in Microsoft's non-commercial environments, including GCC High and DOD.

Global filter
Box APPs would benefit from a global filter (a filter on the APP's main page). This filter would allow to see the dashboard in context:
Projects. The app displays all projects, but allows you to drill into individual projects.
Manufacturing: see an overview of all machines and a global status, but allowing to dive into any machine.
HR: getting an overview of how your hiring is doing globally, while also being able to look at individual countries / cities (multiple fields).

Enable Metadata Cascading when using the Add Metadata outcome
Description
Allow users to enable metadata cascading when applying the Add Metadata outcome to a folder. This should be a user-selectable option in the workflow builder (for example, a simple "Enable metadata cascading" checkbox for this outcome).
Business Value
Many document-centric processes follow the same pattern:
- A user submits a request through a form.
- A workflow automatically creates a dedicated folder for that request.
- Documents related to the request are uploaded into that folder over time by multiple users.

Box Drive built with the new architecture to not move deleted files/folders to the local Recycle Bin
For the new-architecture Box Drive, we have observed that deleting the following types of items primarily moves them to the local and Box Web trash.
・Folders with online status
・Folders with downloaded status

Retrieve logs of users who uploaded files via the file request link
The file request link is extremely useful in our daily operations. It is a great feature that allows users without a Box account to upload files to Box. However, under the current specifications, if logging in to Box is not required in the settings, no information about the person who uploaded the file via the file request link is recorded in the logs. This poses a significant problem from an audit and compliance perspective.

Displaying Tag Suggestions to Collaborators
When performing a tag-based search, content owners see tag suggestions automatically populated in the search view as they type the first few characters.
However, users who are not the content owner do not see any suggested terms, so they must already know the exact tags that have been registered.

Need for User Self-Removal from the Suppression List
Currently, only Box administrators or co-admins can remove email addresses that have been added to the Suppression List.
Furthermore, users cannot tell whether they are on the Suppression List and have no choice but to contact an administrator.
To reduce the burden on administrators, it is desirable that users be able to remove themselves from the Suppression List.

Sign Template Recovery
If a file used for a Sign template is accidentally deleted and restored, the sign template is not restored even though the file is. The sign template should be restored along with the file instead of having to redo the entire template.

I’d like the workflow error messages to include specific details about what the problem is.
Now that BoxAutomate has been released, I’m really excited about all the new possibilities it will unlock inside Box.
However, with the current specifications, when an error occurs in a workflow, a message is displayed, but it doesn’t tell us what exactly went wrong.
With things the way they are, it’s impossible for us to fix the workflow on our own. It’s like being told, “Something’s broken… somewhere… good luck!”
To enable users to fix errors by themselves, we’d like the error messages to clearly specify the detailed points where the problem occursワークフローでエラーが発生した場合、メッセージが表示されるが、具体的にどこが問題なのかが分からないです。
これではワークフローを自分たちで修正することもできません。

Enable Device Trust for Co-Administrators as Well
Under the current specification, device trust is not applied to administrators and co-administrators to prevent them from being accidentally locked out of the management console.
Because co-administrators have higher privileges than regular users, they can freely access the console from personal PCs and other unmanaged devices, which raises concerns about the risk of information leakage.
From a security perspective, we would like to request the implementation of a feature that allows administrators to choose whether to apply device trust to co-administrators (“enable” or “disable”).件名：共同管理者に対してもデバイストラストを適用可能にする

We'd like Box Agent to reference not only the files but also the text information within the Hub site
Before Box AI Home was released, when we asked the AI a question, it would reference not only the files linked within the Hub but also the text information on the site. However, after enabling AI Home and asking questions to the Box Agent in Hub, it now only references the content linked to the Hub. Support mapping a single Microsoft Entra ID tenant to multiple Box enterprises (MPIP–Box Shield label integration)
Request: Allow a single Microsoft Entra ID tenant to be connected to multiple Box enterprises, so that MPIP sensitivity labels can be mapped to Box Shield classifications in each of them.

Enable Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel Online for Excel files stored in Box

We would like Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel to be available when an Excel file stored in Box is opened and edited with Excel Online from the Box web application.
Currently, users can open Excel files stored in Box using Excel Online and edit them collaboratively. However, the native Copilot functionality in Excel is not available or enabled for these files because the files are stored in Box rather than in OneDrive or SharePoint.

We Want to Easily Obtain the File ID
Currently, in order to obtain a file ID, we have to access the folder where the file is stored and open the file.
If there were a way to easily get the file ID from the screen without opening the file, it would reduce stress and improve work efficiency.

Box Automate: Local time zone support for date variables
We use Box Automate to move files into daily folders.
Because date/time variables are evaluated in UTC, workflows that run around local midnight (for example in JST) sometimes create folders with the previous day’s date.
We would appreciate it if you could add the following configuration options for the date/time variables used in folder and file names:(1) Ability to specify a time zone (e.g., Asia/Tokyo)
(2) Ability to perform date/time arithmetic (e.g., adding +9 hours to UTC)

Audit log for changes to Hub settings.
I would like changes to the “Hubs Global Presets” or “Hub Settings” to be recorded in the security log.
Even if we apply restrictions on collaboration and shared links, there is currently no way to trace what happened when those restrictions are somehow removed. From a security and compliance standpoint, not being able to review an audit trail of these operations poses a significant risk.（日本語）

Metadata attribute update
As the increased use of metadata becomes popular, it would be great to have updates attributes in the metadata templates automatically update in the file requests/ forms or metadata options where they are being used.
Currently, in files requests and forms the metadata templates needs to be manually updated in the designated forms, which can be hard to track.
