video thumbnail hover preview
I would like to be able to hover my mouse over a thumbnail of a video and preview frames from it when I move my cursor left or right. Just like in Adobe Premiere Media Browser. It would make it easier to parse through footage faster without downloading or playing the video.

Add Infinite Scroll to Users & Groups in Admin Console
Please add the Infinite Scroll feature to the "Users & Groups" display page in Admin Console, as the current view limits how many can be viewed on a single page.

Default PDF Preview Size
Can we please set the default zoom percentage on a PDF that is being shared and viewed using Box? When you view a PDF, it would be great to be able set it so each page or spread fills the viewable screen.

Show the password when typing to avoid typo's
Add an option for the user to see the password they are typing to avoid typos when sending to the client. At the moment, there is no option to see what you have typed until the client is telling you that the password doesnt work. Especially with caps, symbols etc.

Co-Owner should be able to confirm the destination of the file (or the user who operated it)./Co-ownerにもファイルの移動先（あるいは、操作したユーザー）確認をできるようにしてほし
We know that if we want to know where a folder has been moved to, we can ask the administrator to output it from the report.
However, We would like the Co-owner to be able to check the destination of the file (or the user who operated it) in case of urgency.(In Japanese)
フォルダの移動先を知りたい場合、管理者に問い合わせる事でレポートから出力する事が可能である事ですが

I would like to copy the triggers and the outcomes within a flow
We can now copy a workflow but when I have a long flow where I am using the same triggers and outcomes, I would like to copy them to make it easier to make the flow.

Metadata visibility in user activity report
when we make changes to "fill in the blank" metadata fields, we would like to be able to see the 'before and after' what was entered within a user activity report or other type of report.

Change configuration shared links - expiration policy
Currently it is possible to configure an expiry policy for shared links for a period of up to 10 years, the logic in which this option is programmed is contradictory in itself.
Once this policy is implemented from the administration console, expecting that links can be removed/expired after a certain period of time in order to have more control and security over the shared content the end user can simply remove this setting (expiry policy) at the time they are creating their shared link.
The end user is practically overwriting the configuration at the environment admin level.

Infinite scrolling setting
With the new UI, there is not settings option to disable Infinite scrolling.
We do not want infinite scrolling.
We would like to add a function/setting to limit the number of files and folders to be displayed per page and display files for each page.

Workflow should be able to utilize metadata field to send notifications.
we have buyers as part of the metadata. Workflow should have a notification as an outcome and retrieve email or user info from metadata to send notifications for folder events.
We also have due date and status on the metadata, workflow should be able to check the date, status and sending overdue messages to the buyers.

allow admins to access new user account without onboarding
when a new user is added to our Enterprise a new user onboarding workflow is started. As an admin I would like to access the new users account without being hampered by the onboarding workflow. I would like to leave the workflow for the new user to step through but I can't get to their 'all files' if that hasn't happened.

User Accessible Content Reporting
Create reports that are accessible to end users without co-admin permissions. Customer suggested reports include: Expired Shared Links or Shared Links that have not been accessed for a specified period of time (Stale Shared Links); Documents that have not been updated, previewed, or downloaded for a specified period of time (Stale Content).

Improve preview window navigation
When checking previews in the Web app the Previous button continuously moves if you go between files that have single or multiple pages. With multiple-page files, a thumbnail pane appears which pushes the Previous arrow around making it a nuisance to preview files smoothly.
Please put the thumbnail pane inside the preview area so the Previous button doesn't jump around. Also, it would be really nice to move between files with the left and right keys on the keyboard, wouldn't it?

View Tags in Collections
The organization heavily uses tags to help with search and sorting. We'd like to have our Tags show on files folders/files when looking at a Collection

Currently, there is an option to get approval when a new file is uploaded, looking to get approval when a new folder is created or uploaded.

Better reporting / auditing of folders marked for offline use
Have better audit trails around the 'marked for offline use' feature. Be able to generate reports such as all the folders marked for offline use for a user and when they were marked for off line use (or 'umarked').
