Pop up message when users try to move Large folders to a trash
Hi Could you consider displaying a pop-up message when users try to move a lot of contents to a trash?
Currently, a pop up message appears when large folders are moved to oher folders. But no message appears when a user tries to move contents to a trash.

Records management certificate of destruction
In order to support a variety of compliant content management use cases, GxP validation, and fulfill various audit requirements, Box should provide business-centric proof that a record (one to many files with versioned metadata) has been properly disposed according to a retention schedule. Business leaders engaged in a GxP audit need more visibility into records beyond what is available in technical solutions like the Event Stream API and / or Box admin-level reporting.

Prevent file duplication when using template and file replacement
Box Sign allows the creation of templates that replace the underlying document within a signature request / template while keeping the existing field placeholders in place.
However, using a different document than the pre-set document will result in duplicate files identical to the original document in the destination folder of the Sign document.
This means that one unnecessary file is generated each time the template is used once.
If a template is used 100 times, there can be as many as 100 unnecessary files!
Of course, this will not occur if no files are replaced. However, it is common to replace an existing document with another and use the Sign template.What we really need is a Sign template with the following items set without the documents.
-Signatures & Fields
-Recipients
-The save location*The save location should be freely specified, not be the same as the template storage folder.

Organize Folders that are shared with me
I use box drive on Mac and my main finder window is cluttered with folders that have been shared with me and there is no way for me to organize these folders. I have 50 folders that I use maybe once a year in the same spot as a folder that I use every day. Being able to rehome those folders off of the main screen would be a huge plus.
Currently it feels like a messy desktop that I have no control over.

Log HTTP_PROXY/HTTPS_PROXY Usage in Box Drive (Windows)
On Windows, we encountered prolonged troubleshooting with Box Drive because setting the HTTPPROXY and HTTPSPROXY environment variables led to unexpected proxy usage.
While it is widely known in the Python ecosystem that these environment variables can influence program behavior, the impact on Box Drive was not obvious and made diagnosis difficult.
Could you consider enhancing Box Drive’s logs to output a list of the environment variables it reads (e.g., those related to proxy configuration) so that issues like this are easier to identify?

Enable Bulk Import of User Activity Report Schedule Settings via CSV
In our company, we create dedicated folders for each project to manage personal information.
For each project folder, we export a User Activity Report related to file management and share it with the inspectors responsible for each project on site.
Since this task needs to be performed regularly, we use the schedule feature of the report.Because the "Affected Folders and Files," "Invite as Viewer," and "Repeat Every" differ for each project, we have to manually configure the Schedule Report settings one by one for each case.
Currently, with Box's reporting feature, it is not possible to batch configure these settings.
As a result, a significant amount of effort is required to perform the initial setup of the report schedules.If a feature were implemented that allows importing the output conditions (filter settings) of the User Activity Report from a CSV file, we believe it would be possible to reduce this workload.

現状、Boxのレポート機能では、これらの設定を一括で行うことができません。
そのため、レポートのスケジュールを初期設定するのにかなりの工数を取られています。ユーザーアクティビティレポートの出力条件(フィルタ設定)をCSVファイルから取り込めるような機能が実装されれば、工数を削減可能と考えます。

I want the "Integration" menu to be hidden
I want to hide the "Integration" menu in BoxWeb.
The "Integration" menu is displayed in the menu that appears on the left side of BoxWeb (all files, history, admin console, developer console, etc.), but since we do not provide the "Integration" service to end users as part of our company's operations, I would like to be able to hide it.BoxWebの「統合」メニューを非表示にしたい。

Request to Add “Preview Only, Download Disabled” Permission in Admin Console
Currently, the admin console user status settings include permissions such as “Active - View Only” and “Active - View/Upload,” but there is no granular control to allow file preview while disabling downloads. For security reasons, we request adding a new status or permission that enables “preview only with download disabled.”

Unable to open the Online MS Office Excel Add-in selector window.
When attempting to open an Excel Add-in, the Add-in pop-up window sometimes does not appear, or when loading the add-in, this error message is displayed:
"We couldn't connect to the 'Office Store' catalog server for this add-in."The add-in use to load fine, until recently, and still loads ok using the offline Excel.

Enhanced video player and shortcuts
In general, it would be great if Box could make improvements to its video player. We find that the video player is lower quality than other software that our team uses, and team members frequently reach out with concerns that the video quality is low given the resolution issues with Box's video player. Our team would like to be able to have a frame-by-frame preview in Box and quickly navigate between frames using shortcut keys.

Enable support for Python in Excel with Box co-authoring enabled
We would like to use the new Python in Excel feature while collaborating on Excel files stored in Box with co-authoring enabled. Currently, this combination is not supported, which limits our ability to leverage advanced data analysis and automation in collaborative environments.
Please consider enabling compatibility between Python in Excel and Box's co-authoring functionality. This would greatly enhance productivity and data-driven collaboration for teams using both Microsoft 365 and Box.

My team relies heavily on Box tasks, and we’ve found that the current functionality lacks robust filtering and sorting options. Beyond the basic status categories—In Progress, Completed, Approved, or Rejected—there are no meaningful ways to organize or prioritize tasks. This becomes especially challenging when managing a high volume of tasks. For example, our HR teammate regularly handles 50 to 100 active tasks at a time, and navigating them efficiently in Box can be clunky and time-consuming. It appears the task feature was not designed for this scale of use. I recommend enhancing the filtering, sorting, and organizational capabilities to better support users who rely on Box for large-scale task management across multiple workflows.

Add Annotation and Task details to User Activity Report
Currently the UAT does not include details about the actual text a user entered into a task or annotation (but does for comments). As the system allows those fields to be edited and/or deleted we must also now show those details so we know what was edited or deleted.
