  1. "Removed shared link expiration" should be its own action

    Currently it's nestled under "Item Share Updated" which is not only vague and confusing to users but also incredibly unhelpful in troubleshooting.

  2. Decouple the requirement for a SINGLE UNIQUE email address as a primary dependency for accessing the Box service.

    Practical example: Slack allows the same email to appear in their system multiples times, accessing separate Enterprise/Team sites. See login here, which prompts for the unique URL for login.

  4. Dragging scale feature of the gallery view goes from left to right

    The slider to increase the thumbnail size (in gallery view) goes from largest on the left to smallest on the right-- this should be flipped to be consistent with the rest of the UI

    Although we do not plan to introduce this feature in the near term, we will keep this in consideration for future enhancements.

  9. Device security check UI should be editable

    When the user logs in to Box with Device Trust setting on, it might take some time for poor PC to logs in. We request "Device security check" UI with text message should be capable to change by user side. Because texts are not exactly describing about customer "Box tools" status.

  13. Moved to trash report

    We would like to run a report for a user and understand who deleted their content. Currently you will need to run this for the whole enterprise with the option moved to trash, and the results will only show who deleted the content and not who owns that content.

    The only work around at moment is to pivot table with files and folders report of the owner they are looking to run the report on.

  15. Allow invitee to be notified of auto-expiration collaboration event

    One of the settings in "auto-expiration" (Enterprise setting -> Content & Sharing) currently wrote "notify affected users" when the folder owner is the only person actually receiving the notification.
