Feature request to be able to set the "Integration Restrictions" setting in Enterprise settings
I'd like to see the "Integration Download Limit" from the Enterprise Settings enforced tenant-wide. And I want it to apply to all content.
We would like to request the ability to set the "Integration Restrictions" setting from the Enterprise settings to the entire tenant.
Currently, in order to specify "Content download restriction on integrations", it must be applied every time a folder is created in the first level, and only restrictable content is applied.

To terminate a document management system and manage documents only with Box.
Currently, version control is possible only on a single file basis.
For document management, version control is necessary to manage mulitple files as a single content.

Unable to navigate between shield alerts easily
When wishing to browse through Shield Alerts, it is only possible by changing the alert ID number in the http://company.app.box.com/master/shield/alerts/nnnn
There should be a First, Previous, Next and Last option to scroll through those Alerts (any rule type) that are currently listed

Dashboard table of results should have additional columns available to display
In addition to the existing columns, there should also be available:
Target user ID
Data Residency Zone (related to Target user ID)number of anomalous downloads (for Anomalous Download rule type only)
gigabytes total anomalous downloads (for Anomalous Download rule type only)
All columns (apart from Alert ID) should be available to hide/display (via settings table)

Enhanced column functionality - sorting, width, display/hide, order and word-wrap
All columns shown in the table of results on Shield Dashboard should be:
- sortable
- hidden / displayed
- content word wrapped

Enable a download to csv of the current list of alert details displayed
There is currently no suitable way of saving the viewed alert list to csv/excel. The only way I have found to do this is to highlight the range of rows, copy to clipboard, then paste to excel. HOWEVER this exports content to a SINGLE column - I've then had to create special formulae to extract the data to additional columns - ie Created, Rule name, rule type, target user etc
The download button should export the current list (all selected - ignoring pages) to a csv with all the displayed columns
The download should have ADDITIONAL columns (populated only for anomalous alerts) for Date range (the range of dates the alert is based on), Files downloaded (Anomalous count), total size (GB, anomalous size of downloads

Enable Alert range filter
Enable user to select a range of Alert numbers to display

Box Shield should save last used filters
When closing Box Shield, it should retain details of the filters last used, so that when Box Shield is relaunched (or dashboard if selected), the dashboard displays only the content according to the filters last chosen. Without having a First, Next, Previous, Last option to scroll through the alerts, it is annoying having to RESELECT the preferred filters
For example, some Co-Admins may only be interested in anomalous downloads, and always wishing to view those for the last 30 days.

Please display the [Justification] in its entirety.
When users select a [Justification], only the first approximately 20 characters are shown, and the rest are truncated.
While users can hover over the truncated text to view the full [Justification] during selection, they cannot view the entire text after making a selection. Consequently, if multiple [Justifications] begin with the same text, users may not realize they have made an incorrect selection. Please ensure that the full [Justification] is displayed.*This refers to cases where a Business [Justification] is specified to allow a one-time exception to Shield’s access policies. For example, even when external invitations are restricted, selecting a [Justification] would permit sending invitations.

Give each Box Hub a “classification label” for the Shield function.
We want to give each box hub a “classification label” for the shield function. This would allow us to apply the shield function to each hub at once and prevent accidental external sharing.
各Box HubにShield機能の”分類ラベル”を付与したい。そうすることで、各Hubに一括でShield機能がカバー可能になり、誤った外部共有を防げます。

Widget for tags in Hubs
In Hubs, it would be extremely useful to add a widget for tags, so that a list of tagged files could be shown/retrieved.

Allow Admins/Approved Users to Archive outside of admin portal
While there is nothing wrong with the current process, I would be less disruptive to our workflows for users with the ability to use archive to be able to 'move to archive' without entering the admin console.
With the current implementation, if our admin see content that needs to be archived, they first need to go to the admin console, then find the content a second time before archiving.

I've been having issues uploading PSD files for months now. I use to be able to upload multiple photoshop files at once. Last year BOX started having uploading issues with me doing that. So I had to upload them one at a time. Slow but still worked. These past few months it takes a half hour to and hour to upload each PSD file. Mind you these files are only a few megabites in size. It is slowing me down a lot. Theres constantly this glitch where files just wont upload or make any progress for no reason. I literally cant do anything until hours later when the site decides I can upload again. Now this past week its been vertually impossible. I've been trying to upload the same file for the past few days. It takes 3 hours just to get at 100%. I also had to manually make it continue the upload because it kept stopping like 5 times. The site wide crash yesterday made my 100% uploaded file get an error and have to start over. And now after 3 more hours its been sitting at 100% again for another 3 hours. Totalling 6 hours for 1 photoshop file with only 304.1 MB. I am using BOX for my company so I need these files to go up for them to access them. It's just been super inconvenient using BOX the past year, especially right now. I have already tried restarting my computer, logging out and back in again, refreshing the BOX page, and trying new PSD files that wern't previously tried. These issues need to be resolved or els BOX is literally unusable

Fix hallucination when comparing faces in images with BOX AI.
I was testing the comparison of two photos of the same person using Box. The images are clear, but I received the following response:
"The two images show a man with his face blurred for privacy. In the first image, he is indoors wearing a maroon long-sleeve shirt, leaning slightly forward against a background of vertical blinds and a dark window or door. The second image shows the same man outdoors in daylight, wearing a white sleeveless shirt with holes on the shoulder, surrounded by trees, cars, and urban elements like street signs and poles. Both images focus on the upper body of the individual but differ in setting and clothing style." THIS IS A HALLUCINATION and can be fixed in a prompt update.

Box AI - Agent - Source Control Like Ability, Versioning?
The prompts, models and other parts of the AI agent will be treated like code and any changes can impact a process or pipeline. It will be important to make it easy for firms to test new models before adopting them. Likewise, someone could easily make a prompt change and the old version would be gone. Either versioning, source control, especially recording which model was previously used will be helpful with extraction use cases.

Ability to rotate multi-page TIFF files in Box Preview
For scanning use cases, Content is typically scanned into Box as a TIFF file that can have multiple pages. For review purposes, it would be great to have the ability to rotate individual apges of the TIFF file if they were scanned incorrectly. Otherwise, end users have to download the multi-page TIFF file to rotate files. For our use case, downloading files to local disk should be avoided because of the sensitivity of the files.

Support for Other Templates and Legacy File Formats
Hi Team,
We are looking for Box Drive and Box Web to support additional Word, Excel, and other office templates and file formats so we can save these into Box.
Currently Box only supports a few modern formats like .docx and .xlsx for word and excel for example, but we are using several other templates and formats as you can see in the screenshot below.
Please consider broader support for other types of files for office going forward.

Search within a folder using words from your search history
When words used in a folder search are displayed as search history, clicking on the word will result in a global search.
I would like to be able to search for words in the search history used in a folder search again within the same folder.(in Japanese)

Customer would like the option to disable notices for Box features in Microsoft Teams Chat. Examples are "Upload file to Box" and "Share file from Box".
