Provide a way to get a list of DevicePins for a specific Box User using the Box API
Currently if you want to delete all device pins for a user, you must
- pull the complete list of device pins for your enterprise
- seach through the results for a specific user
- for each device pin found, destroy it.
It would really help to be able to call
/enterprises/{enterpriseid}/devicepinners/{userboxid}
and get the device pins for that user. This feature is already available in the GUI.

Get Easy Technique to Import Zimbra Emails to Outlook PST
If you want to import Zimbra emails to PST file format, this is the perfect convert software. Therefore, it is my recommendation that you use a professional program such as the BLR Zimbra emails to PST Exporter software. Without erasing any individual information, this specialized tool safely exports and imports your selected or multiple Zimbra emails to PST file format. Additionally, this program is helpful for individuals with or without technical backgrounds. All Windows OS editions are also supported by this.

Generate list of user AI queries in Box Hubs
I'd like Box Hubs Owners to be able to view the list of AI queries that users make. This would allow them to curate the content to ensure it meets the needs of the users

Export of / access to preview image file
I like to create image content descriptions (long text, captions, tags) using computer vision AI models and store the descriptions in Box metadata. Therefore i need to provide the image to an external service. The problem is, that the AI services available through e.g. Box Skills or most other 3rd party tools have a size limit of 20 MB per image. Most images i'm dealing with are much bigger. One option would be to convert these images prior to providing them to an external tool, but Box already has a smaller image which could be used for computer vision purposes – the file which is used in the preview (not the thumbnail). It would be great to get access to this preview file (by API, or by download from the preview screen).

Set the sidebar to be closed by default. The sidebar, document Preview, blocks to much of the screen and cannot be closed in embeds.
Within Document Preview, set the righthand sidebar to be closed by default. Within our Box embed the righthand sidebar covers way too much screen space, limiting the viewing of the document. The sidebar can NOT be closed in our small embed, due to the inability to view the minimize or close button. We need to have a way to close or minimize the sidebar when previewing a document in our small embed.

Enable enterprise 'super' co-admin account to hide or disable Content Recovery tab for specific users
There is a new function Content Recovery, which has specific usage and limitations regarding its use. It would preferable therefore for the enterprise's main admin account (super co-admin) to be able to disable the function for specific (co-admin) users

Redirect external users to Terms of Service acceptance screen instead of error page
Would it be possible to redirect external users who have not accepted the custom Terms of Service to the acceptance screen instead of showing an error page when they access a shared link?
External users who have not accepted our custom Terms of Service see an error when opening a shared link. This confuses users and makes it harder for them to access the content. Redirecting them to the Terms of Service screen would improve the experience and help them complete the access flow smoothly.

Calculated Fields in Box Sign
Box Sign does not currently have a way to calculate numbers that are filled out within specific fields. Examples include: setting up an order form, automatically populating contract term expiration date, and signing up forms with multiple choices.
Here's Adobe Acrobat Sign's functionality: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/calculated-fields.html
And DocuSign's functionality: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&rsc_301=&bundleId=gbo1643332197980&topicId=crs1578456361259.html&_LANG=enus

Request Signature outcome should have Form Submitter variable
When creating a workflow like the one in the following article, the Request Signature outcome cannot use the form submitter as a signer
Some of our workflows start with a form, use Box Doc Gen to generate a document, which then needs to be signed by the original form submitter. While the Request Signature step can access form variables, it notably does not have access to the Form Submitter.
It would be great if this was exposed as a variable so that the sign request could have the submitter as a signer.
Our current workaround is to add a field to the form to have them type their own email; this works, but is a bit cumbersome.
It's also a little silly, given the warning at the bottom of the form is "Your email address ... will be recorded when you submit". Recorded, yes - but not available for signature!

Display more information in Upload Error message in Box Drive
It would be helpful to have more information shared in the Upload Error notification that’s displayed for admins when a user tries to upload content to a folder that has run out of storage. It would be helpful for the error message to display information such as account name, email, or login of the user. Currently, if an organization imposes storage quotas for their users, admins will receive this message anytime a user tries to upload content to a full folder. Having more information up front within the error message would save admins time in looking to find who the user is, and reaching out to them to discuss their storage needs.

About the accuracy of Box AI for Hubs
I'm trying out the beta version of Box AI for Hubs.
I expected this feature to be able to combine information from multiple documents within Hubs to generate an answer.
However, at the moment, even though there is relevant information in the documentation within Hubs, only general answers are returned, and no satisfactory answers have been obtained.
As it is, it would be difficult to deploy it internally, so we would like to see further improvements in the accuracy of AI.
Please note that all content is written in Japanese.23 votes -
Request for Additional Output Items in the User Details Report
Could we enable the User Details report to include the user's registration date on Box? Specifically, we would like to propose adding a column titled "User Registration Date."
This information is necessary for user management.
Currently, we have to request this information from Box regularly.
If we could verify it directly in the report, it would eliminate the need for inquiries to you.1 vote -
the folder tree display/tree operations
I would like the folder tree display/tree operations implemented in Content Manager to be implemented on the normal screen as well.
This will improve usability for people who are accustomed to Windows Explorer.
It will make it easier to transition from Box Drive to Box Web.2 votes -

Ability to add a parameter to control the visibility of the zoom button when creating expiring embed links
Most of the time, when viewing on mobile, it appears that the zoom button doesn't do much when pressed. Only when zoomed out does it seem to fit the document to the screen. Raymond James would like the ability to disable this when creating expiring embed links.

Hi there! I'm trying to make the power of Box AI accessible to my users.: Want ability to embed AI Agents, and assign an Agent to a Hub.
Hi there! I'm trying to make the power of Box AI accessible to my users. Right now the best thing would be to give them a chatbot to read HR documents, on our Intranet in Sharepoint.
I would love to be able to embed ONLY the Agent into Sharepoint, but so far we can only embed the Box Hub. Therefore if my user wants to ask about their HR benifits, my user has to:
1. Go to the HR Sharepoint Site (where they normally find info on employee benefits, etc.)
2. Unlock the blue/white Box Cloud image (see: "RC HR Screenshot 0 - Embedded into Sharepoint.png")
3. Read my instructions on the hub, ignore the folders in the hub, and click the Box AI button (see: "RC HR Screenshot 1 - user reads instructions.png")
4. Change the Default AI Agent (see: "RC HR Screenshot 2 - default AI Agent.png")
5. The user has to somehow know that they're using the default AI agent, and they need to use the dropdown to the proper HR Agent "HeberBot" (see: RC HR Screenshot 3 - Dropdown to proper Agent.png)
6. then finally type their question.I would love for this to be simplified somehow. Can you suggest other ways, or let me know if there's something that box has planned to simplify this? The best outcome would be: I would love for my user to go to the HR site, and type questions to the correct AI Agent.
So I guess this request can be broken down to 2 technical asks:
1. Embed Box AI Agents/chatboxes directly into sharepoint.
2. Allow admins to assign specific AI Agents to specific Box Hubs. ( For example, my HR agent to my HR document hub. And inherantly disallow the default Box AI agent, or other AI Agents)Hi there!
