Request for improvement of behavior when posting a shared link of a Box folder in a Teams channel or chat
When you post a Box shared link in a Teams channel or chat, you'll see a Grant Access card with the option to grant users additional permissions if the following conditions are true:
condition：If there are channel members or chat members who do not have access permissions to the shared folder or file.
＊This includes channel members and chat members who are invited as a group but not directly invited as users.The support article states that when you grant access, the card will update and a content card with file details will be displayed.

Toolbar vanishes randomly
When multiple files are selected the toolbar goes invisble and right click options are reduced to a minimum. The chance increases with every selected file which makes it practically impossible to move multiple files/folders at the same time.

back up
Allow Box to automate back up to either a hard drive or 3rd party location automatically, give the recent concerns about CrowdStrike crash and how that stopped so many workdays, we want to protect ourselves if that were to ever happen in Box!

About the display when Box is opened from the Team mobile app with the mobile screen mode "dark mode".
I use my mobile to access Box on the Teams mobile app.
When the mobile screen mode is set to "Dark Mode", the screen will appear dark when the "Box Files" option on the Teams mobile app is selected and the box is opened, making it impossible to see file names, etc.
Please improve the Box so that it can be used in dark mode.（Japanese）

Add additional_info data to all events to include service_id
Currently, many events do not include the additionalinfo fields, in particular the serviceid field. This makes it difficult for organizations with many applications to track which of these applications are making the calls.

Admin permissions
Admin role and permissions should be able to correct a mistake When a collaborator is accidentally given the ownership of a folder. Also when the owner of folders and files leaves a company, the Admin should be able to reassign ownership.

Box Sign notifications: a setting to group notifications sent to signers in case of many docs sent for signing during the day
Sometimes our managers receive several docs for signing during the day and it's not convenient to be pinged by the requests during the day, also there is a chance to miss something if they don't sign immediately.
We'd like an option to group such notification in order that the employee receives one notification per day with all docs they need to sign.
It may be nice to have it as a company-wide setting for those who don't have an account in Box and a personal setting where a user can overwrite the company settings, if the user has a Box…1 vote -
If I drag folder directly from my PC to Box, some files in the folder cannot be uploaded
If I drag folder directly from my PC to Box (webpage), some files in the folder cannot be uploaded. I find this problem persist and happen more than once. Why?
This is annoying because after I upload a folder, I need to check manually whether all files in that folder has been correctly uploaded. "Upload folder" function become useless.

Improved file count interval in WebUI
I heard that it takes up to 24 hours to update the number of files.
When moving folders in Box, you may want to check the number of files immediately.
I want to be able to see the number of files in real time.

Add "role" field to user Sign profile for Box Sign GxP
Role is an important component of a signing event in a GxP context. We would like to see a "role" item that is associated with each user that is added to the signature block when a document is signed and is then surfaced in the signing log.

Allow users to click "Use Template" without automatically creating new documents
When a user clicks "Use Template" - a new version of the document or documents are created regardless of whether a signature request is submitted or not. A user can use the edit template option if they simply want to view it, but there could be many reasons why a user would click "Use Template" and then need to cancel.
The major issue is when clicking "Use Template", Box automatically creates new version of every document that is present in the template which quickly creates duplicate and content sprawl. My request is to make it so new documents are not…

Sharing permissions
Currently, if an account does not have sharing privileges at the "upper level", it cannot be shared at the "lower level".
Therefore, although the "higher hierarchy" holds more information, it is not possible to give them permission to share only part of it.
For example, suppose that the "A folder" contains a "B team folder" and a "C team folder".
The users are "B team account" and "C team account".
At this time, in order for "B team's account to share B team's folder", sharing privileges for the higher "A folder" are required.

Ability to have users enter their name and email address when downloading from a shared link without being logged in.
In the case of a public shared link, there is no way to verify the user who manipulated the file if it was manipulated while the user was not logged in.
However, we would like to verify by whom the shared file was downloaded.

Add toggling of comment and annotation creation
Users want the ability to highlight text and copy-to-clipboard while in Preview mode.
Currently, clicking and dragging results in entering comment-generation mode.
The only workarounds:
1. Enter editing mode (but this may not be possible with all roles, and may risk making unintended changes)
2. View the document full-screen (this is not intuitive).Solution: add a one-click toggle, perhaps on the comment/annotation floating panel, that enables click-and-drag commenting OR disables it so highlight-and-copy can be used.

Default search in "Sign" section
Please update the default setting for the search bar in the 'Sign' section. Currently, it only searches within the list of documents sent for signature, even though we had a separate search bar for that purpose. The search function should be set to search across all areas.

email as only option for 2fa
In the 2FA options there are options for i) TOTP ii) TOTP, Email, SMS - however there is not an option for just email only. Can this option be added for Email only
