Request for Early Improvement of Upload Speed for Large Files in BoxZones Environment (excluding the United States).
While improvements have been made in the past regarding upload speed in the NonZones environment, these improvements have not yet been implemented in the Zones environment.
There is no significant difference for small to medium-sized files, but there is a noticeable difference for large files of 1GB or more, with a roughly threefold gap observed in multiple upload speed measurements.
As employees regularly upload large-sized drawings, photos, videos, and other data in their daily tasks, this disparity leads to missed opportunities and decreased productivity.

Storage and processing to be brought in region, specifically for the Australian region. This is a regulatory requirement for certain Government and Financial Services institutions.

Please separate the colors of the icons displayed in folders and files.
Due to the release of Box Shield's new classification indicators, the colors of the "lock icon" and "shared link icon" displayed on folders and files are all grayed out.
In the past, the "lock icon" was red, and the "shared link icon" was blue, etc., making it easy for users to see and use.We believe this is a far cry from Box's goal of accessibility, which is "ease of use for all users."
In order to provide an easy-to-use environment for all users, please restore the icon colors to the previous specifications or color code them.(Japanese)

Have and or logic to drive an outcome in Relay based on metadata values
Having the ability to say if a metadata value = abc then create a folder with a standard naming convention derived from a metadata template, if not do not create a folder.

Add more detail to Box Admin Report folder descriptions
Background:In the headers of folders created by Box when Box Admin Reports are run, there is "Folder description". This gives various details associated with the report, including:
Status, Report type, Run on, Date rangeEnhancement Required and Reason:
When there are so many reports being run during the day, and having to wait for them to complete, it would be helpful to add further metadata:
- Users or groups - any and all selected during report preparation

Support for PDF files based on vector graphics, vectorial

In our business, we manipulate PDF files based on vector graphics. Box Sign currently does not support these types of files. Even in the case of Box preview, it does not handle the preview very well (on Chrome, the browser tends to freeze when a zoom of 70% is applied). Would it be possible to support these fairly large files (more than A0)?

Capture file name field needed at time of capture for custom file name entry
Capture automatically assigns a file name. I would like a toggle in settings, so I have the option to enter my own file name at time of capture. Example: when I take pictures of a receipt, I use a naming convention that includes the dollar amount and vendor for easy search in the future. Date/time is not important or helpful in this scenario.

Ordering Files and Folders in numerical order, rather than Folders first and then Files
Have the option to have an entire Folder listed by Name (ie, in numerical order) no matter the Folder/File. For example, not listing Folders first and then Files.

Disable Box Drive for External Users
Due to support or data privacy concerns, it would be beneficial to have the ability to prevent external users from utilizing Box Drive for files shared with them.

Offline signing
The ability to setup a sign document workflow for offline signing (when you do not have network access). This could be app based for signing on a mobile device, document is surface via a box drive (available offline) functionality; once reconnected to the network the documents are synced to box and stored as expected.

Adobe sign integration for Box relays
You can create relays that are triggered by Box sign events, which is helpful, however, in my organization not every person has Box. This has made the integration of adobe to Box so fantastic as we can send documents via Adobe sign in Box, Box tracks them and then adds the fully executed document to the folder the event was initiated.
What I'm a little disappointed by is that an Adobe sign event cannot be included in a Box relay. Usually we have a flow where a document, once signed, is moved by a Box relay into a final destination…

PII and PI fields for text within Boxnotes for granular access control
Customer-facing workers would like to be able to create, store and manage information about their customers in order to better serve them. This often involves storing personally-identifiable information (PII) within Boxnotes. The feature request is the ability to mark or tag specific pieces of text (such as a person's name for example) as PII and control who has access to view such PII. Clear Tag field so it doesn't auto-populate.
When I got to tag something Reviewed it auto fills all the previous tags that say Reviewed 2023 or reviewed SB and it's making it difficult for me to just write Reviewed. I'd like to clear the previous Tags so I don't have an issue. Thank you!

Please implement the ability to check "Search only in this folder" on the search results screen.
The search function has a check box that says Only search inside of THIS FOLDER.
Sometimes we click the search button without checking this checkbox, and after the search results are displayed, we regret that we should have specified a folder to search.
Thereafter, if we then decide to search within a particular folder by checking a checkbox, we have to go back to the original folder, which is time-consuming.

Choosing default sign request folder location when Restrict Content Creation is turned on
For customers with restrict content creation turned on, they are not able to choose a default sign request save location. The "My Sign Requests" folder does not get created for them which is the default for customers whose Box Tenants have restrict content creation turned off. This would be a very helpful item for customers with this setting turned on.
