The legal hold export is very difficult to use because only files are downloaded and the folder structure is lost.

Currently, only two legal hold contents can be exported at a time, and the maximum export size is 4TB.
When there are many legal hold targets, the export setting needs to be repeated many times to download them, which takes a large amount of time.
Therefore, we would like you to revise the maximum number of targets and capacity.現在、リーガルホールドコンテンツのエクスポートは1度に２つまでしか対象を指定出来ず、かつ容量が4TBまでとなっております。
リーガルホールド対象が多いとダウンロードするために何度もエクスポート設定を繰り返す必要があり、時間が大量にかかります。

Under the current legal hold specification, the following contents are deleted from the recycle bin and become invisible even if a legal hold is applied when a deadline is set in the recycle bin.

The current specification is that content with a legal hold can be moved or deleted.
However, this is undesirable in a situation where fraud has been clarified.

People who reassign should still receive emails about that document
My workflow requires me to send documents on to agents, who review documents before sending on to their clients to sign (via 'reassign').
After reassigning, the agent no longer receives information about the document. This seems counterintuitive, and isn't in line with other online document signature services. I can't think of a reason why you would need to be removed from the email chain like this. We would like to see Box Tools improved to support an on/off switch for proxies
Currently Box Tools does not support the ON/OFF switch for proxy settings, so Excel cannot be used without restarting Box Tools when switching to a connection to another company's service.
It is inconvenient to restart Box Tools every time we connect to another company's service, so we would like to see Box Tools improved to support an on/off switch for proxies so that Excel can be used without restarting Box Tools.＜Box ToolsがプロキシのON/OFFのスイッチに対応するよう改善してほしい＞
現状Box Toolsがプロキシ設定のON/OFFのスイッチに対応していないため、他社サービスの接続へ切り替えの際にBox Toolsを再起動しないとExcelが利用できません。

Ability to select BoxEdit even when Box for Microsoft Office co-editing is enabled.
When Box for Microsoft Office co-editing is enabled, microsoft office files cannot be edited in Box Edit.
However, there are use cases where we may not want to co-edit.
Even if the Box for Microsoft Office co-editing feature is enabled, we want to choose whether or not we want to edit in Box Edit.

I would like to be notified when an error occurs and an item cannot be uploaded, or to be able to check the error log in the report.

When an error occurs when uploading a large number of items, it is difficult to list the items that could not be uploaded from the UI.
For this reason, we would like the following functions to be added.
・If an error is detected when uploading to a folder that contains file requests, notify the user who uploaded the file or the owner of the file via e-mail or on the web.
・A function to output the log of failed uploads to the user activity report.＜Japanese＞

I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in creating a report for the documents within the folder. My goal is to see all the metadata associated with each of the files uploaded to that particular folder. Your help in this matter would be truly valuable.

Avoid signed document shared link expiration notifications on internal-only sign requests
Whenever a document sent via Box Sign is completed, all recipients receive an email containing a shared link to the document. This shared link expires 2 weeks later, generating a "this link is about to expire" for all of the same recipients. These notifications can be annoying, and moreover don't clearly state that it is a signed document link that is expiring (it is just a generic notification).

prevent file download to local drive for editor
We would like to have the ability to prevent a user with editor access from being able to download the shared folder content.
According to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/13404788095507-Restrict-download-access, it seems not possible.Our goals are:
- Allow them to create files/folder, and to edit them from within the Box drive.
- Prevent them from downloading the files into their local drive and take it with them.As a security measure of data loss prevention.

Custom color change setting on individual files
Just a simple custom color setting on files would be excellent. The standard purple that Box uses to display the file type really clashes with our branding. We are using the embed widget and turned off the Box logo which is really helpful, but when the audio file plays it shows up purple and does not look custom at all.

2. Create a box note with the original details from the meeting invite (description, date..etc)
3. Fill the box note with a template for taking notes during the meeting
4. Use AI to create a 'suggested' meeting agenda based on the data gathered

Whitelisting file types in Malicious Content scanning in Box Shield
We are currently seeing a large number of non-malicious files being marked by Deep Scan as malicious, resulting in a lot of false positives. These are files such as .gif or .doc. The primary way to reduce the false positive rate would be to improve Deep Scan's scanning capability. However, I think it would also be beneficial to be able to exclude certain file types that are unlikely to include malware (e.g. .gif) from being scanned.

Applying folder exceptions/exclusions to Classification policies
Would like to apply folder exceptions/exclusions to Classification Policies. Currently, we can apply to a selected group of folders, but we have an organizational need to be able to apply a classification policy to all content and add a small selection of folders to exclude from that classification policy.

Greater granularity for co-admin privilages
A co-admin should be able to manage the whitelisted domains for external sharing which is currently only possible by the main admin. Similarly for Shield alerts, only an admin can currently unlock a file. Whilst an admin should be the only one able to change the set up, decide on the alert settings etc a co-admin should be able to manage existing alerts. The lack of granularity of what a co-admin can do makes it difficult to manage as the only alternative is to give co-admins full access to config which isn't a viable option.

Apply Classification labels on multiple items
It's not currently possible to select multiple files or folders and classify them all at once. We have to click the More Options button on each item to apply the labels one-by-one. I need to apply classifications to about 40-50 existing folders so I'll have to do them individually. Please consider allowing us to click the checkboxes next to multiple items and then show the classify option under More Options, or add a button alongside there next to the Move/Copy, Collections, Trash buttons, etc.
Update: I discovered that you can use a Box Relay workflow using a Manual Start trigger…
