Unable to administer Macro Enabled Office Documents in Box
At present we have a Group Policy that prevents Macro Enabled Office documents from being opened in our environment. When a macro enabled document is uploaded into box, it circumvents the group policy and is able to be opened on our network. We'd love the ability to manage the types of documents able to be downloaded/opened on our network based on their file extension or type of document.

Allow selecting multiple folders in Folders & Files Report, instead of one folder
When reports are required for tens or hundreds of separate folders, it'd be unrealistic to run reports one by one separately.

Support for some special letters from other languages
I think it's kind of a bug or i don't know: when the file i try to upload have in it's name "not so ordinary" characters i will get an error. Letters like these ones, with symbols: ä, á, ç, é, ñ, etc, there are others, you get the point. Just sayin`...

Ability to customize search option on Content Picker of UI elements.
Currently, search cannot be customized, and full-text search is always used. We want the ability to customize the search on Content Picker so that the search can, for instance, be narrowed down to file names (not file contents), based on “content-type” parameter.

Add a threaded ‘Reply’ button to comments and @mentions
When you are @mentioned, replying to the sender with @mention requires many clicks. It would be simpler to be able to reply to the sender in one click (i.e. add a comment with sender already @mentioned)

I like automation; I would like to be able to pull data from different Google Sheets that are all located in my Box.
In Google Drive, all the documents can be referenced to each other. For instance, I can pull data from one Google Sheet to another separate Google Sheet (using the IMPORTRANGE function). This function no longer works as it now says "spreadsheet cannot be found."

Request: Add the automatic deletion function of external collaborators account
Please add automatically delete function linked to the deletion of his company's Box account.
Reason: Even if he changes jobs, he can still log-in to Box using his old e-mail accounts.
We cannot control the collaborators' job change, and we cannot grasp it in a timely catch-up of his situation.
If he changes jobs to our competitor, the risk of data breaches increases.4 votes -
Request Compliance Reports from Admin Console
It would be great if customers could request SOC reports (and possibly other Compliance reports) directly from the Admin Console. This way requests go to the right people right away, expediting the report return rate!

Add action option for Content Security policy
add another action option to the 'Then take the action(s)' section under Content Security Policies. It would be useful if one of the available actions was to disable the users account/set it to inactive automatically if the account were to violate the content security policy.

Metadata search activity report and tagging notifications
Is there a way to report out on metadata search activities? We'd like to get analytics on our team activities with metadata searches and the frequencies. We'd also like to set-up email notifications notifying admin users when a file has been tagged.

Compliance & Retention of File Activity Comments
We are using the Activity section on each file to keep a running list of processing notes for each documents - ie invoice approvals, marketing and advertising review, etc. More granular control of comment governance would be very helpful.
For instance, including comments in permission settings to prevent a user from deleting comments, or include in Governance Admin Panel an option to disable comment editing. Comments should also be subject to the same retention requirements imposed on the file itself - ie if the file has a 5 year retention period.

Relay Lite for multiple users
Relay Lite has a limitation that would work only for a home user. Any business organization would have a primary and backup user monitoring work items, so the ability to list multiple people on the workflow notifications and having only one complete it is essential. We can list multiple recipients in other areas of your product, and should be able to do so in Relay-Lite, rather than being restricted to a single radio button choice.

Specify the error in the Tracking section
Feature request suggestion: Currently all it says is "Unable to create folder: An error occurred in the workflow". It would've been helpful to see that the error was in the folder name. If there's a lack of space, we can list all the possible reasons for the error on Community too (I think we have a similar list for Sync/Drive errors).

We would like the the ability to submit request/cases from within the admin console with an admin login.
This is very helpful if an admin has to provide permission for features or requests to the support team.
