About drawing function
I would like to be able to change the thickness of the drawing pen.
I know that there are different types of pens. However, I would like to see more variations in the thickness of the pen, like in Microsoft's OneNote.1 vote -
Make it possible to have content default to available offline
When I create a file using my OneDrive that file is by default always available to me one the device where it was created. Having a similar option would be very helpful in Box especially when I am creating multiple folders worth of material and would like to be able to work on them while in transit or other locations without wifi. When I reconnect to the internet in One Drive it automatically updates the cloud version of the document with edits I made while offline. Box for salesforce is slow to display
We use Box for salesforce to display the Box screen component within the Salesforce screen, but it takes time (about 5-9 seconds) to display.

Make the SSO prompt editable - so clients are not as confused
Our clients are confused by the Box SSO that says, "If you are not part of [Our Company], continue to log in with your Box.com account." They believe they ARE part of our company, so they often select the other option meant for our employees.
Can you either change your SSO language so the left says Employees of [*** Company] and the right says [Clients of or 3rd Parties to *** Company]?
The other option would be to make this language editable in the Admin Console.

Clicking "updated" column header twice each page load is a huge frustration!
Revert back to the display order of most recent. You took away a good feature within the last year.

Forensic watermarketing
Teams with highly sensitive embargoed (pre-release) assets really needs this in order to track exactly who leaked sensitive data without the leaker knowing they're being tracked (e.g. the blue is a slightly different blue for everyone who downloads, or the text is a slightly different gray for everyone who downloads).

Ability to upvote or interact with content in Box with Emojis, similar to what you can do in Slack
This is especially important if you want to have a large vote on content in Box (e.g. Box Hackathon) without massively blasting everybody with notifications.

Render InDesign files previews with high quality
When Box creates a preview of Indesign .indd files, placed images are shown in low quality only. This prevents to run correction and approval processes with customers as some image formats aren't rendered at all (white images area), especially images with transparencies and vector images like .ai, .eps, but also .psd.
We are an ad agency and we depend on properly rendered previews.
Is there a way to render the previews in correct quality and resolution without beeing forced to create a PDF instead for approval?i can see two options:

Administrator fails when inviting inactive users.

Continuous Capture with Box for EMM
Please improve Capture Mode of EMM.
Comparing Capture Mode of Box for EMM with Capture for EMM,
the probability the photo data becomes holding status is seriously high.
When it happens, saving data is so tough that the users have to avoid continuous shooting.

Classification labels are assigned only when an exact match is registered in the file for the file condition "custom term" in the Management Console > Classification > Classification Policy.
If you want to assign a classification label to a partially matched term, you need to register all the terms in the "custom term".

Option for only owners and co-owners to permanently delete content from trash
This would include an option in the Admin Console > Enterprise Settings > Content & Sharing tab to allow only owners and co-owners to permanently delete content.

Function to check recipent later
Share > Shared Link - Send Shared Link "ON" > Messages (optional)
When we click the "Share" icon and add or send an email address from "Send a shared link (email icon)", the history will not remain in the sent folder of the mailer (outlook) we are using.

Please Allow an Approval or Denial workflow for Auto Roll-in user creaiton
Please allow for Admins to allow or deny auto roll-in requests.
While I understand we can be notified of user creation and take action from there, it would be more beneficial for organization to approve or deny requests to roll in.
At the very least, allow us the option to block the requests or have a custom message that directs the user to their helpdesk or IT to get the account permissions. This would seriously help us be more secure while avoiding contract violations.
