Ability to duplicate flows within a Relay
The ability to duplicate or copy flows within a single Relay. Allows users to easily create multiple flows with minor differences between them within a single Relay workflow.

Restore Box Drive behavior on MacOS when it mounted as an external hard drive with on-demand file streaming
Product: Box Drive Version 2.24.193 installed 2021-10-12 on MacOS 11.6
Newest release 2021-10-12 has removed the "external hard drive behavior" and on-demand file streaming feature (as illustrated in first 2 minutes of https://youtu.be/t7tPs1naUtY), which was THE reason I use Box. Now it behaves like OneDrive: (1) viewing Box file requires full download, (2) downloaded file remains on computer until manual removal, (3) dragging and dropping into Box folder literally moves file rather than copying file. Option to embed link to sign request document in an email
Instead of telling my clients to look out for an email from no-reply@box.com and dealing with spam issues, I want to be able to embed an link to the document in an email directly from me.

Enhance sorting (alphabetical order)
We use box for our law firm. We often have hundreds of exhibits in a folder. For example: "Exhibit 1 - XYZ Transcript." The exhibits should be listed in alphabetical order, so that Exhibit 1 is first, Exhibit 2 second, so on. But when there is an "Exhibit 11" that becomes the second exhibit listed, "Exhibit 12" the third exhibit. Please build an option to fix this so that they are put in the correct alphabetical order.
Using lettering rather than numeration doesn't help because there usually more than 26 exhibits.

Admins need a way to publish pre-defined collections to Users / Groups . Its also necessary to make these collections visible in Box Drive App.

Add "ent" to the URL of the shared link
Please add "ent" to the URL of the shared link.
Currently, "ent" is not appended to the URLs of shared links issued by tenants who have enabled the Box Verified Enterprise feature.
In certain countries and regions, access to "box.com" may not be possible.
One effective way to get around this is to access Box from a URL with "ent.box.com".When a shared link is issued by a BVE tenant, if the URL has "ent" attached to it, there will be fewer actions by the customer beyond that point, making the interaction smoother.

Improved the operation of the expand/reduce/delete buttons in My Collection./マイコレクションの展開・縮小・削除ボタンの誤操作改善
The "V" button to expand My Collection is in the same position as the "X" button to delete it from the collection, which often leads to accidental deletion of links from My Collection.

Block file extensions lists in Shield malware detection
As part of Governance it is possible to move certain file types to a Quarantine folder. This is useful for a lot of ransomwares, as they change the extension of files.
Currently this "old" functionality has not yet been moved to Shield. Shield does have a malware detection, which uses threat detection technology. We would like to have the ability to extend this with a list of known extensions.

Rearrange rows of tables
We use Box Notes for almost every meeting and use tables to display the agenda. Many meetings have set agenda templates but often the presenters or topics will be shifted based on availability.
The ability to rearrange the rows/columns in tables would greatly reduce the amount of time I have to create a blank row/column, then copy/cut each individual cell from the row/column I intended to move to the new blank one.

Email File Request Link from Box
Add ability to email file request links directly from Box (similar to collaboration invites). This would allow customers to audit who sent out file request link/ when.

First search with detaled contents filters
Currently the initial search for Box items can be filtered by only three types of contents, then you can squeeze the first search results with more detailed filters, like tags or size etc.
It would be better to be able to use those detailed filters from the beginning.9 votes -
Box Drive Bandwidth Usage - Can I pause or limit?
"Every time my Box Drive is syncing large (200-500mb) files, it uses as much bandwidth as it can. While in the office, this was rarely an issue. But, working from home, the rest of my household notices very slow internet while I am syncing files. "
Please add a feature that allows us to limit the bandwidth of Box Drive.

Enhance the Box for DocuSign Integration in terms of metadata
We would like to put some information of DocuSign Envelope (such as contract data, term of contract, type of contract etc.) into Box metadata instance in an automated way. Currently, there's two ways users would be able to do are; 1. users manually populate metadata such as transaction amount in signed document or 2. using iPaaS (Workato) to automate populating metadata. No.1 is inefficient and time-consuming and has human-error risk. No.2 requires additional cost. This is actually required by Japanese local law when we save financial documents digitally. And do not search user one by one in the group, then click one by one on Remove button and then save ...
When you have hundred users to remove in a group with thousand users, it is boring and time consuming...

Metadata visibility in user activity report
when we make changes to "fill in the blank" metadata fields, we would like to be able to see the 'before and after' what was entered within a user activity report or other type of report.

finder tag
I use tags very often in my work to keep track of certain documents and where they are in the process. It is very frustrating to me that I cannot tag documents in Box Drive and have them come up in my sidebar on Finder. Is there a solution to this? Is this a feature that will be added soon? If it is not in the cards for Box Drive, I will have to migrate to Dropbox, which does support this feature for Finder Tags.

Add a reminder function to box notes
Add the ability to set a reminder either push through the app or an email. For example I keep a to do list in notes or there are reports I need to update weekly. If I had a reminder then I could go back to the note and complete whatever I needed.

Custom Subdomain on Upload API Endpoint
When a Box instance is setup to use a custom subdomain, the upload API endpoint should use the subdomain. For example, acme.upload.app.box.com instead of upload.app.box.com. This will make it easy to setup corporate firewall rules that prevent users from uploading content into personal Box accounts

Decrease the line space between each files on the New UI
Hi team ,
I received a feedback from a client that the new UI made the line spacing bigger and would like to make the line space to decrease to before so that they can see more files in one screen.
Can you please consider this or be able to have option to change the line space?

9 votesThanks for the feedback. We have made this change in order to make it easier for users to read and scan their file lists. While other users have made similar comments when they first saw the change, many of them have also told us they adapted to the change and prefer the new design.
