Request for the ability to zoom in and out and preview clearly after displaying TIF.
When viewing a TIF file in a browser, it is clear, but in a mobile app, the TIF file is not clear

Give download rights for analysis without flagging safe
Hi, we have a process of validating in a secured sandbox environment documents that are flag as malicious to be analyse to put back into circulation if it's a false positive. Right now, Box Shield co-admin cannot retrieve those documents. Support suggest to flag them as false positive, download them and revert them back. It is a horrible practice to have to do that. It gives false information to the AI and it prevents automation via webhooks.
I have a multiple async jobs I want to run when a file becomes a false positive. This way of downloading is dangerous…

Box Online Only
Admins should be able to decide which groups of users are allowed to use Box Drive versus Box online only. Box Online only would increase security in that users would not be able to download files and would be forced to edit/view files in browser only. This helps tremendously in securing data that contractors need to access.

Audio/Video Playlists
Add Audio/Video Playlists so that clients can more quickly review a folder or "album" of media content without having to click on a single file at a time while it loads in a new window in order to hear or watch it. Then having to arrow back to the original list to repeat the process for the full album. It would work much like you see an iTunes or Spotify album. There's a tiny company already doing this... but they're not running on our infrastructure, don't have access to the customer's we do....See: https://riffo.ai/
Anyone who works in legal, operations, or has a type A level need for consistent naming conventions to be applied across folders will love this.

Quota Notifications for End Users
I would like a way to set up different thresholds where a user can be notified that they are getting close to exceeding their quota limit. Give me the option to allow notifications at 95% and 99% and then every time they have hit their quota limit when they are someone else adds files to something that they own. I would also like to see warnings added for collaborators when they add files to another person's shares that indicate that they have hit a quota limit for the owner of the folder and give them a warning that they need…

Ability to turn off listing of files in collaboration invitation emails (for HIPAA)
Currently, if you share a folder with someone, they get an email that lists up to the first ten items in that folder. If the file names have Patient Health Information in them (e.g. if they contain the name of the patient) then this could result in PHI inadvertently being sent via email, in violation of HIPAA security policies. If we could turn this off in our Box instance, so that invited collaborators get an email but not a listing of contents, then there would be no unintended sending of PHI via email.

Version history control per file basis
We would like for Owners and Co-owners of a file to have control over limiting the number of versions that can be created on an individual file. Currently, this is an enterprise wide setting and users do not have the option to override the number of versions. Users are requesting this control because the versions count against their individual storage quota.

I would like to be able to catch the user.authentication.verify event with Event Hooks.

Ability to specify the destination folder for periodic output of Box reports
We would like to be able to output Box reports periodically by specifying a folder.
Currently, it is possible to output reports on a regular basis, but when providing them to users, it is necessary to manually move the output results, which takes a lot of man-hours.

Disable the collaboration expiration date set for an external user when the external user is changed to a managed user.
External users who have been collaborated with an expiration date often become managed users.

Add signature without needing to select default on every document
I manage 10-30 or more unique documents/invoices for accounts payable purposes on a regular basis. In DocuSign I can manage many documents, and I have 1 signature that is auto-filled for me when I add the Signature field. Although I only have 1 Saved signature In Box Sign, the extra pop-up window prompts me to select the 1 signature I have that saved in signature apply it to every document individually, resulting in additional clicks on every document. Please automatically close the tab of the browser we used to log in after completing the login process.
The login method from Box Drive has been changed to using a web browser.
Currently, the behavior is that the tab of the web browser used for login authentication remains after login is completed.

grant access
I have a parent folder with many multiple subfolders with additional subfolders. Is it possible to grant different levels of access (i.e. lower level such as Viewer access) despite giving Editor access to the parent folder? If that feature could be included, that would be fantastic. Thanks!
