View Collaborators On Custom Applications
With the primary admin account you are able to see the list of all Server Authentication Apps created in your environment and authorize them. There should be a way to see a list of all collaborators for that app to allow for proper user access audits.
There should also be a way to view ALL custom applications (server and user) within your environment so the admin team can properly track and audit these.

Disable email upload notification for users who are uploading the files
We are using Box Email feature to collect all attachments from the important thread. Box sends notification after succesful upload for EACH file. Sometimes company logo in the signature is also treated as an attachment. The end result is too many emails from box.
It will be better to turn off this feature at the folder level. If folder to which the attachments get delivered could select to turn off the notifications, it would be greatly appriciated.15 votes -
Consistent TimeZone Reporting
Good morning,
I think it is important that all the reporting is consistent in the way it is generated. Right now there are three linked reports that are treated differently and make more difficult to compare them. Though the underlying purpose is different, it is clear that they are related and it would help a lot that they use the same exact time zone.These reports are:
- Platform Activity. Generated by using PST time zone.
- User Activity. Generated by using the report requester time zone.

We have a lot of users that access large spreadsheets and projects from their cloud drive when they would have good productivity gains if they had the file synced locally and worked on it that way. Would it be possible to build intelligence into Box Drive that could suggest best practices like synching large files that need to be accessed frequently?

Send box drive logs to any email address
Allow users to send box drive logs to a given email address rather than ONLY to Box Support. Remote debugging is difficult when we can't work directly with our end users' logs.
